Description
本出願は、2016年3月24日付韓国特許出願第10−2016−0035196号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記第1面と前記第2面は互いに平行であり、前記第1面と前記第2面を垂直に見渡したとき、前記第1面と前記第2面それぞれは、同一の曲率中心及び同一の中心角を有する二つの円弧を互いに連結してなる閉曲線の周りを有することができる。

Claims (8)
- 円錐台の周り部分のうち一部を取った形状を有する電池であって、
曲線を含む閉曲線(closed curve)の周りを有する第1面;
曲線を含む閉曲線の周りを有する第2面;及び
前記第1面及び前記第2面を連結して体積を形成する体積部;
を含み、
前記第1面の閉曲線は、前記第1面を垂直に見渡したときに曲線を呈する部分を含み、
前記第2面の閉曲線は、前記第2面を垂直に見渡したときに曲線を呈する部分を含み、
前記第1面及び前記第2面は、前記円錐台の軸方向に沿って離間しており、
前記第1面及び前記第2面のうち少なくともいずれか一つは、同一の方向に曲がった二つの曲線を互いに連結してなる閉曲線の周りを有し、前記第1面の面積と前記第2面の面積が互いに異なる電池。 - 前記曲線は、それぞれ円弧(circular arc)である請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記二つの円弧は、同一の曲率中心を有する請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記二つの円弧は、同一の中心角を有する請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記第1面及び前記第2面は、いずれも同一の方向に曲がった二つの円弧を互いに連結してなる閉曲線の周りを有し、
前記第1面の周りに含まれた二つの円弧の曲率半径のうち少なくともいずれか一つは、前記第2面の周りに含まれた二つの円弧それぞれの曲率半径と全て異なる請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記第1面の周りに含まれた二つの円弧の曲率半径の全てが、前記第2面の周りに含まれた二つの円弧それぞれの曲率半径より小さい請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記第1面と前記第2面は互いに平行であり、
前記第1面と前記第2面を垂直に見渡したとき、前記第1面と前記第2面それぞれは、同一の曲率中心及び同一の中心角を有する二つの円弧を互いに連結してなる閉曲線の周りを有する請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記体積部は、前記第1面の周り及び前記第2面の周りを直線に連結して形成される請求項1に記載の電池。
