Description

Claims (14)
- 自動車ワッシャノズルアセンブリで使用される小型スプレーヘッドであって、前記ノズルアセンブリは、内側内腔断面積が漸減する先細遷移領域を有する内側内腔と流体連通する開放近位端を有する成型小型せん断スプレーノズル部材を備え、
前記内腔が遠位側で、第2の孔縁と対向する第1の孔縁を有する細長噴霧孔を備えた遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバを終端とし、
前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバが、第1の流体衝突角を画定する第1の凹壁部も有し、前記第1の凹壁部が前記第1の孔縁を終端とし、
前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバが、第2の流体衝突角を画定する第2の凹壁部も有し、前記第2の凹壁部が前記第2の孔縁を終端とし、前記成型小型せん断スプレーノズル部材が遠位略半球状外面を終端とし、前記噴霧孔が外方に放射する流体噴霧扇を生成するように構成される、小型スプレーヘッド。 - 前記噴霧孔は、均一な噴霧分布で30度〜120度の範囲から選択される角度の第1および第2の略同一平面扇状噴霧を生成するように構成される第1および第2の並んだ噴霧孔を画定するスプリッタの周囲に画定される、請求項1に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 前記遠位略半球状外面の外径が5mmである、請求項1に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバおよび前記噴霧孔が、選択された噴霧照準角、ヨー角、ロール角で噴霧を生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 前記遠位略半球状外面が、外側切欠き壁部と、前記第1および第2の並んだ噴霧孔を画定する前記スプリッタとを備えて構成される、請求項2に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 前記第1および第2の略同一平面扇状噴霧が形成され、前記スプリッタによって分割されて前記噴霧孔を画定する楕円状孔の高さおよび幅によって噴霧扇角が画定される、請求項2に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 前記噴霧のヨー角は非対称であり、第一の横方向に間隔をおいて配置される噴霧孔が第二の横方向に間隔をおいて配置される噴霧孔よりも大きい開口部を有することによって、2つの扇が交わる場所で、比較的広い噴霧角の均一な発泡しない噴霧を生成できる、請求項4に記載の小型スプレーヘッド。
- 小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリであって、
近位端を備えた流体流路を有する成型小型せん断スプレーインサート部材を備え、前記流体流路が、内側流体流路断面積が漸減する先細遷移領域をさらに備え、
前記流体流路が遠位側で、第2の孔縁と対向する第1の孔縁を有する細長噴霧孔を備えた遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバを終端とし、
前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバが、第1の流体衝突角を画定する第1の凹壁部も有し、前記第1の凹壁部が前記第1の孔縁を終端とし、
前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバが、第2の流体衝突角を画定する第2の凹壁部も有し、前記第2の凹壁部が前記第2の孔縁を終端とし、
前記成型小型せん断スプレーインサート部材が遠位外面を終端とし、前記噴霧孔が、外方に放射する流体噴霧扇を生成するように構成される小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。 - 前記噴霧孔は、均一な噴霧分布で30度〜120度の範囲から選択される角度の、第1および第2の略同一平面扇状噴霧を生成するように構成された第1および第2の並んだ噴霧孔を画定するように配置された内方突出スプリッタの周囲に画定される、請求項8に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記成型小型せん断スプレーインサート部材の終端の遠位外面が外径5mmの略半球状である、請求項8に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記遠位せん断噴霧生成チャンバと前記噴霧孔が、様々な噴霧照準角、ヨー角、ロール角で噴霧を生成するように構成される、請求項8に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
- 噴霧のヨー角は非対称であり、第一の横方向に間隔をおいて配置される噴霧孔が第二の横方向に間隔をおいて配置される噴霧孔よりも大きい開口部を有することによって、2つの扇が交わる場所で、比較的広い噴霧角の均一な発泡しない噴霧を生成できる、請求項11に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記せん断チャンバおよび前記噴霧孔が、均一な噴霧分布で、30度〜120度の範囲から選択される角度の、第1、第2、第3の略同一平面扇状噴霧を生成するように構成される第1、第2、第3の並んだ噴霧孔を画定するように配置された前記インサート部材の外周面に画定される、請求項8に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記インサート部材の外面は、前記インサート部材を包囲する流体不浸透性キャップ部材によって画定される、請求項13に記載の小型せん断スプレーノズルアセンブリ。
