Description
なお、ハニカム材は含水ケイ酸マグネシウムの代わりに水酸化アルミニウムを成分として含むものであっても構わない。
ハニカム材11の柔軟化した部分には、接着剤そのものも浸透するので、その後、接着剤は硬化すると、ハニカム材の構成組織と相まって、強固な複合構造を生成する。
開口率の大小についていえば、開口率が大きいほど、外部からフォーム材へ吸収される音が多くなるので、吸音率の特性が向上するという効果に繋がる。

Claims (5)
- 少なくともフォーム材を充填した吸水性ハニカム材と通気性材とを積層して両者を接着した吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法であって、
該吸水性ハニカム材の壁面の一方の先端部を水溶性接着剤に浸漬し、該先端部が該水溶性接着剤の水分を吸収し、軟化した頃合を見計らって、該先端部を該通気性材に強く押し当てて、該先端部を変形させることによって接着面積を拡大し、接着することを特徴とする吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、水溶性接着剤がエマルジョン系接着剤であることを特徴とする吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、
少なくとも硬質フェノールフォーム材または硬質ウレタンフォーム材を含んだ連通気泡を有する硬質吸水性フォーム材を吸水性ハニカム材に充填することを特徴とする吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
含水ケイ酸マグネシウムまたは水酸化アルミニウムのどちらか、およびパルプを含んでいる吸水性ハニカム材を使用することを特徴とする吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
アルミニウム合金繊維不織布を通気性材として使用することを特徴とする吸遮音ハニカムパネルの製造方法。
