Claims (5)
- 目標対象物からの反射光が入射するダイクロイックプリズムと、前記ダイクロイックプリズムに備えられた前記反射光から視準光を分割する第1の反射面と、前記ダイクロイックプリズムに備えられた前記第1の反射面で反射された光を測距光と追尾光とに分割する第2の反射面と、を備え、
前記第2の反射面を形成する2つのプリズムの間に、波長660nmより短波長の光を吸収する光学吸収フィルタを挿入し、
前記第2の反射面は、光の伝搬方向において前記光学吸収フィルタの後側の面と光の伝搬方向において前記光学吸収フィルタの後方となる側のプリズムの表面との境界に形成されることを特徴とする自動測量機。 - 前記ダイクロイックプリズムは、対物レンズの後ろに配置され、前記ダイクロイックプリズムに入射する前記反射光は収束光となる請求項1に記載の自動測量機。
- 前記測距光と前記追尾光は、660nm以上の長波長の光であり、前記第1の反射面は、波長400〜660nmの光を透過し、波長660〜1000nmの光を反射し、前記第2の反射面は、波長660〜700nmの光を透過し、波長700〜1000nmの光を反射し、前記光学吸収フィルタは、波長660nmより短波長の光を吸収する 請求項1に記載の自動測量機。
- 前記光学吸収フィルタの前記光の伝搬方向における厚みdは、0mm<d≦3.5mmである請求項1に記載の自動測量機。
- 前記ダイクロイックプリズムの、前記測距光の出射面と前記追尾光の出射面には、それぞれ前記測距光と前記追尾光の波長のみを透過させる光学薄膜が形成される請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の自動測量機。
