Description
‐ 第1伝熱流体が内部で循環する熱交換コアバンドルと、
‐ 第2伝熱流体用の少なくとも1つの入口タンク又は出口タンクであって、支承ゾーンと、前記支承ゾーンの領域において前記タンクの外側に向けられた少なくとも1つのショルダと、を有するタンクと、
‐ 前記熱交換コアバンドルの周縁に配設された少なくとも1つのコレクタと、
を有する熱交換器であって、
前記コレクタは、
○ 前記タンクの前記支承ゾーンが支持されることが意図された基部と、
○ 側壁と、を有し、
前記側壁の少なくとも2つの部分が、前記熱交換コアバンドルに対する圧着によって、前記タンクを固定するように前記ショルダに対して折り重ねられた、
熱交換器において、
前記側壁は、前記熱交換コアバンドルの少なくとも1つの隅部の輪郭に沿っており、
前記側壁は、前記隅部の各側において折り重ね部分を有するとともに、前記隅部の領域において非折り重ね部分を有し、
前記折り重ね部分は、前記非折り重ね部分に連続的に連結されている、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器に関する。
熱交換器1は、
‐ チューブ又はプレートの集合体(図示せず)を有する熱交換コアバンドル3であって、第1伝熱流体が当該第1伝熱流体用の入口パイプ3aと出口パイプ3bとの間を循環する、熱交換コアバンドル3と、
‐ 第2伝熱流体の、少なくとも1つの入口タンク5a又は出口タンク5bと、
‐ 熱交換コアバンドル3に取付けられたタンク5a、5bの少なくとも1つのコレクタ7と、
を有している。

- ‐ 第1伝熱流体が内部で循環する熱交換コアバンドル(3)と、
‐ 第2伝熱流体用の少なくとも1つの入口タンク(5a)又は出口タンク(5b)であって、支承ゾーン(57)と、前記支承ゾーン(57)の領域において前記タンク(5a、5b)の外側に向けられた少なくとも1つのショルダ(51)と、を有するタンク(5a、5b)と、
‐ 前記熱交換コアバンドル(3)の周縁に配設された少なくとも1つのコレクタ(7)と、
を有する熱交換器(1)であって、
前記コレクタ(7)は、
○ 前記タンク(5a、5b)の前記支承ゾーン(57)が支持されることが意図された基部(71)と、
○ 側壁(75)と、を有し、
前記側壁(75)の少なくとも2つの部分(77)が、前記タンク(5a、5b)を固定するように前記ショルダ(51)に対して折り重ねられた、
熱交換器(1)において、
前記側壁(75)は、前記タンク(5a、5b)の少なくとも1つの隅部の輪郭に沿っており、
前記側壁(75)は、前記隅部の各側に折り重ね部分(77)を有するとともに、前記隅部の領域において非折り重ね部分(79)を有し、
前記折り重ね部分(77)は、前記非折り重ね部分(79)に、ねじられた部分(78)によって連続的に連結されており、
前記タンク(5a、5b)は、前記熱交換コアバンドル(3)の少なくとも1つの隅部の領域において、前記非折り重ね部分(79)の端面を押圧するバッファ(50)を有している、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器(1)。 - ねじられた部分(78)の領域における前記側壁(75)の厚みは、前記折り重ね部分(77)および前記非折り重ね部分(79)の領域における前記側壁(75)の厚みよりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記タンク(5a、5b)は、前記コレクタ(7)によって、前記熱交換コアバンドル(3)の2つの隅部の間におけるその長さの少なくとも4分の1に亘って、圧着されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記側壁(75)は、前記熱交換器(1)の全周縁に亘って連続している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記タンク(5a、5b)の前記支承ゾーン(57)と前記固定装置(7)の前記基部(71)との間にシール(9)が配設されている、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記シール(9)は、前記固定装置(7)の前記基部(71)内の溝に配置されている、
請求項5に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記タンク(5a、5b)は、前記熱交換コアバンドル(3)の少なくとも1つの隅部の領域において、前記バッファ(50)に垂直な脚部(52)を有し、前記脚部(52)は前記シール(9)を圧縮している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の熱交換器(1)。 - 前記コレクタ(7)は、前記熱交換コアバンドル(3)の周縁に固定された要素である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(1)。
