Description
Claims (15)
- 磁性体を含むインクが保存されるインクタンクと、
前記インクタンクと連結され、前記インクを噴射するための噴射ノズルと、
噴射された前記インクが堆積される基板と、
誘導加熱を通じて前記基板上に塗布された前記インクを加熱させるように設けられ、前記噴射ノズルの移送方向を基準として前記噴射ノズルの後方に位置するように設けられた加熱部と、
前記噴射ノズル及び前記加熱部を移送するための移送部と、
前記加熱部及び前記移送部を制御するための制御部と、
を含む3Dプリンターであって、
前記加熱部は、前記噴射ノズルを基準として後方の両側にそれぞれ配置された2つのコイル構造体を含み、
前記加熱部は、2つの前記コイル構造体の間の空間に位置する前記インクに外部の交流電磁場を印加するように設けられ、
前記加熱部は、2つの前記コイル構造体の間に前記噴射ノズルのノズルヘッドの中心線が位置するように設けられた
3Dプリンター。 - 前記コイル構造体は、円筒形状、螺旋形状、またはパンケーキ(Pancake)形状を有する
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記コイル構造体は、円形または四角コイル形状を有する
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 2つの前記コイル構造体は、ヘルムホルツタイプ(Helmholtz type)、バイ-コニカルタイプ(Bi−conical Type)、または、デュアルパンケーキタイプ(Dual Pancake Type)で設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記移送部は、前記加熱部と前記噴射ノズルを一体として移送するように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記移送部は、前記加熱部と前記噴射ノズルを個別に移送するように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記移送部は、前記加熱部と前記噴射ノズルを互いに異なる速度で移送するように設けられた
請求項6に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記移送部は、前記基板に対する前記加熱部の相対位置を調節するように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記加熱部及び前記基板のうち少なくとも一つは、昇降可能に設けられた
請求項8に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記移送部は、前記基板と前記噴射ノズルとの間の間隔を調節するように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記制御部は、前記インクを塗布するとともに前記加熱部を作動させるように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記制御部は、前記インクを塗布後、所定の時間が経過した以降に前記加熱部を作動させるように設けられた
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記磁性体は、磁性を有する金属粒子、金属酸化物、または合金粒子を含む
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記インクは、熱硬化基を含む単分子、オリゴマー、または高分子を含む
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。 - 前記インクは、セラミック粒子を含み、
セラミック粒子は、シリコン(Si)、アルミニウム(Al)、チタン(Ti)及びジルコニウム(Zr)からなる群から選択された一つ以上の酸化物、窒化物または炭化物を含む
請求項1に記載の3Dプリンター。
