- 水中に設置されたアンカーに対して、水面に浮いた浮体の上から引き上げ方向の力を加えて、前記浮体を水中に沈み込ませ、
前記浮体の沈み込み体積を、必要な設置強度に見合った引き上げ力を作用させる値に設定して、前記アンカーが不動であることを確認する
