Description
典型的には、残油などのより重質の(すなわちより高沸点の)芳香族種は原油精製装置内でさらに処理されて、原油からのより軽質の(蒸留性の)生成物の収率を最大化する。この処理は、水素化分解(これによって、水素化分解装置供給物は、同時に水素を添加することによって、供給物分子の一部をより短い炭化水素分子に分解させる条件下で適切な触媒に暴露される)などのプロセスによって実施できる。重質精製流の水素化分解は、典型的には高圧・高温で行われるため、資本コストは高い。
水素と共に原油留分を1つまたは複数の水素消費装置に供給するステップと;
前記1つまたは複数の水素消費装置からの流出物を、メタン、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、ピッチおよびBTXを含む1つまたは複数の流れ内に分離するステップと;
エタン、プロパンおよびブタンを含む前記1つまたは複数の流れを、オレフィン、BTX、メタンおよび水素を含む1つまたは複数の流れを生成する1つまたは複数の水素生成装置に供給するステップと;
前記水素生成装置起源の水素を含む前記流れを前記水素流内に混合して、前記1つまたは複数の水素消費装置に供給するステップと、をさらに備え、前記原油留分の少なくとも25質量%は、エタン、プロパンおよびブタンを含む低沸点炭化水素留分に変換され、前記水素生成プロセス装置は、水蒸気分解装置と、プロパン脱水素化装置(PDH)、ブタン脱水素化装置(BDH)およびPDHとBDHの組み合わせ装置の群から選択された1つまたは複数の装置と、を備えることで特徴付けられる。

ここに提供される実験データは、Aspen Plusでモデル化されたフローシートで得られたものである。水蒸気分解反応速度を厳密に考慮した(水蒸気分解装置製品スレート計算用ソフトウェア)。供給物水素化分解については、実験データに基づく反応スキームを用いた。芳香環開環とその後のガソリン水素化分解については、多環芳香族化合物のすべてがBTXE(BTX+エチルベンゼンを表す)とLPG(供給物水素化分解と同じLPG配分)に変換される反応スキームを用いた。プロパン脱水素化およびブタン脱水素化からの製品スレートは、文献データに基づくものである。軽油水素化分解装置と残油水素化分解装置は、文献からのデータに基づいてモデル化した。
芳香環開環装置:空間速度、リアクタ圧力、リアクタ温度を管理することによって、およびまたは芳香族生成物のカット分をリアクタに戻す再循環によって、単環芳香族化合物、二環芳香族化合物および飽和成分の生成物比は変えることができ、水素の消費量は変化する。
図3では、接触ナフサ改質装置(60)とLPG芳香族化装置(61)の2つの付加装置が含まれている。これらの装置を文献からのデータに基づいてモデル化した。
実施例6は、原油供給物がアラビア軽質原油ではなくアラビア重質原油である点を除いて実施例1と同じである。
APは芳香族化プロセスであり、FHCは供給物水素化分解であり、GHCはガソリン水素化分解であり、
PDHはプロパン脱水素化装置であり、BDHはブタン脱水素化装置である。
Claims (8)
- 原油を石油化学製品に変換するために、オレフィンプラントと統合された製油所の水素システムにおける水素ガスの供給と配分の制御方法であって、
前記水素システムは、それぞれの割合、純度、圧力およびコストで水素を提供する1つまたは複数の水素生成プロセス装置と;それぞれの割合、純度および圧力で水素を消費する1つまたは複数の水素消費プロセス装置と;相互に連結した水素分配ネットワークと、を備え、
本方法は、前記水素消費プロセス装置と前記水素生成プロセス装置との統合を含み、
前記水素生成プロセス装置は、水蒸気分解装置と、プロパン脱水素化装置(PDH)、ブタン脱水素化装置(BDH)およびPDHとBDHの組み合わせ装置の群から選択される1つまたは複数の装置と、を含み、
前記水素消費プロセス装置は、供給物水素化分解装置、芳香環開環装置、残油水素化分解装置、軽油水素化分解装置、ガソリン水素化分解装置、水素化脱硫装置、水素化脱芳香族装置および水素化脱アルキル装置の群から選択された1つまたは複数の装置を含み、

前記水素生成プロセス装置起源の水素を含む前記流れを前記1つまたは複数の水素消費プロセス装置に供給するステップと、
をさらに備え、
前記原油留分の少なくとも25質量%が、前記水素消費プロセス装置においてエタン、プロパンおよびブタンを含む低沸点炭化水素留分に変換され、当該低沸点炭化水素留分が前記水素生成プロセス装置においてオレフィンに変換され、
蒸留装置などの1つまたは複数の分離装置のカットポイントを設定するステップと、
水素消費プロセス装置の運転条件を設定するステップと、
水素生成プロセス装置の運転条件を設定するステップと、
をさらに備え、
前記カットポイントと前記水素消費プロセス装置の運転条件の値と前記水素生成プロセス装置の運転条件の値とによって、製油所の水素システムにおける水素ガスの前記供給と配分が制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記原油留分の少なくとも50質量%が、前記水素消費プロセス装置においてエタン、プロパンおよびブタンを含む低沸点炭化水素留分に変換され、当該低沸点炭化水素留分が前記水素生成プロセス装置においてオレフィンに変換される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素生成プロセス装置は、接触ナフサ改質装置およびLPG芳香族化装置の群から選択される1つまたは複数の装置をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 過剰の水素をパージするステップおよびまたは上記の装置以外の水素生成プロセス装置からの追加の水素を供給するステップをさらに備える請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素消費プロセス装置からの前記流出物を分離装置に供給するステップと、
前記分離装置からの流出物を軽質留分、C2留分、C3留分およびC4留分内に分離するステップと、
をさらに備える請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記C2留分を前記水蒸気分解装置に、前記C3留分を前記プロパン脱水素化装置に、前記C4留分を前記ブタン脱水素化装置に、それぞれ供給するステップをさらに備える請求項5に記載の方法。
