Description
The present invention relates to an article storage / sorting apparatus, and more particularly to an article storage / sorting apparatus that sorts articles for each delivery destination in a distribution center or the like.
Until now, in such distribution centers, a method has been widely used in which a large number of articles to be delivered are subdivided into articles and temporarily stored and then taken out and delivered to each delivery destination. .
At that time, in order to facilitate temporary storage, it is generally performed to store articles in a fixed storage container (also referred to as a case or a transport container). For example, as described in
As a result, the configuration of the apparatus is simplified by putting articles of various shapes into a regular container, and the processing can be facilitated by the identifier attached to the container. There are advantages.
However, in such a configuration, there is a problem that identifiers must be attached to all the storage containers in advance, which is complicated and expensive.
In addition, there is a problem that information related to an article to be accommodated that is useful for the visual observation of the worker cannot be added if the container identifier is attached in advance.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an article storage and sorting device that can attach a storage container identifier when storing an article in a storage container.
In order to solve such problems, the present invention relates to an article storage sorting apparatus,
-A storage container for storing articles by storage type;
A transport unit for transporting the storage container;
-A storage unit for storing the storage container transported from the transport unit, and an identifier is attached to the storage container when the article is stored in the storage container.
According to this, when an article is stored in a storage container, an identifier is attached to the storage container, so that the work of transportation and storage can be smoothly executed using the identifier information.
Here, attaching an identifier includes fixing a medium on which the identifier is printed to a storage container by a method such as sticking, rewriting information on a rewritable medium provided in advance in the storage container, and the like.
According to this, when using a medium on which an identifier is printed, an inexpensive paper medium can be used, the overall system configuration cost is low, and if a rewritable medium is used, it can be used for a long time. This helps to reduce running costs.
Furthermore, visual or automatically readable additional information may be added together with the identifier attached to the container. The additional information includes an article name, an article code, an article quantity, a lot number, a date and time when the article was stored, an article manufacturing date and expiration date, and an article sorting customer information.
In this way, by adding additional information, it is very useful for an operator's visual confirmation or automatic processing by automatic reading during transportation, storage, or subsequent sorting.
In addition, when the article is stored in the storage container, it includes both immediately before storing the article in the storage container, at the same time as storing the article, or immediately after storing the article in the storage container.
According to this, immediately before the article is accommodated in the container, the article can be accommodated after visually confirming that the container identifier has been given, and accurate processing becomes possible, while the container It is possible to enrich the additional information that can be displayed together with the containing container identifier immediately after containing the item. In addition, the occurrence of the insertion error can be completely eliminated if simultaneous with the storage of the article.
Furthermore, the article storage sorting apparatus described above,
-It may be characterized by further including a sorting unit for sorting the storage containers or articles stored in the storage unit for each sorting destination.
According to this, when storing the article in the storage container, since the identifier is attached to the storage container, the sorting operation after storage can be smoothly executed by the identifier information.
According to the present invention, when an article is stored in a storage container, an identifier is attached to the storage container, so that an article storage / sorting apparatus capable of appropriately subdividing, transporting, storing, and sorting can be realized.
Hereinafter, an article storage and sorting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Next, the operation of the article

FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a control method of the storage container of the article storage sorting apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Here, the
Next, the
According to the instruction, the worker takes out one item XXX. On the other hand, the
Here, in order to confirm whether or not the article according to the instruction has been taken out, the operator reads an article identifier (not shown) composed of the barcode attached to the article by the barcode
In addition, taking-out work in the same supply container may be performed in random order instead of the description order shown in FIG. 6 depending on the operation. In other words, by specifying the articles taken out by means such as reading the article identifier of the article with the
Here, the
FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing a
Note that these additional information is not essential, but in some cases, the additional information is easy to understand for the operator and is effective information for performing an accurate work. In addition to this, any other items related to the contained items, such as the item code, lot number, date of manufacture and expiration date of the item, customer information on the sorting destination of the item, precautions for handling the item, etc. It may be information.
Furthermore, these additional information may not be visible or may be an automatically readable code or the like. In later processing, it is also possible to automatically read them and perform appropriate processing.
FIG. 9 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the
In order to secure the connection, as described above, the article identifier of the article to be accommodated is read, or, as described later, the
Here, the label printing and label pasting step (step S13) is performed after the article input step (step S12), but it may be performed before or at the same time. Further, the step of the label printing and labeling (step S13) has been so as to work to the workers, the determination of the
Next, the
The
In the case of using a weight sensor, if information on the weight of a stored article is acquired, it can be confirmed with higher accuracy whether or not the article is stored as instructed. Also, when using optical, acoustic, or mechanical sensors other than weight, if information such as the shape of the item to be stored is acquired, it is possible to accurately check whether the item according to the instruction is stored. it can.
Next, the
Here, the order of the associating step (step S14), the step of confirming that the container is not empty (step S16), and the container identifier reading step (step S17) may be different from this, May be simultaneous. It may be effective in operation. Further, the step of confirming that the container is not empty (step S16) can be omitted if there is no operational necessity, and in this case, the system configuration is simplified.
The
Here, the first supply container 11a is normally emptied and is thus removed from the branch conveyor, and then the second supply container 11b is supplied before the dispensing
In this way, the

FIG. 11 is a state explanatory table in which the
The specific storage operation is as follows. The
By repeating this operation, the group of
Next, a procedure for sorting the articles stored in the
When the
The
Next, in the stacking
As described above, it is not essential to read the
Here, in the description of the first embodiment of the present invention, the
The identifier information may be rewritable regardless of the label material / structure and the presence / absence of the label. The case of paper is also possible. Resources saving and other effects can be obtained.
Furthermore, FIG. 12 is an explanatory view of a weight identifier instead of the container identifier. Here, it is not a method of assigning the
In the first embodiment, the bar code is used as the container identifier or the article identifier. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and QR code (registered trademark), AR code, RFID, OCR character recognition, etc. are automatically read. Any code that is possible is acceptable. Further, the reading unit is not limited to the bar code reader, and an appropriate reading unit may be selected according to the code format.
In the first embodiment, the
In addition, it is also assumed that the
In this case, it is also possible to store information indicating that the
Further, an irregular correspondence station (not shown) may be provided further downstream of the
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. These are all included in the technical concept of the present application.
As described above, according to the invention of the present application, when storing an article in the storage container, the storage article and the storage container can be reliably linked by the configuration in which the storage container identifier is attached, and the division is appropriately performed. It can be transported, stored and sorted.
Therefore, the invention according to the present invention can remarkably improve the workability in the subdivision, transportation, storage, and sorting related to the merchandise distribution, and the economic efficiency can be remarkably improved. Therefore, the present application is not limited to the merchandise logistics industry, and brings great benefits to various industries.
