Claims (8)
- 測定チャンバ内に、パルププロセスに関連する第1の物質を収容したまま、投与ユニットにより、パルププロセスに関連する第2の物質を、前記測定チャンバにインプットして、前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質との間に、化学反応を生じさせるステップであって、
前記測定チャンバにインプットされる前記第2の物質および前記第1の物質の量は、既知であり、前記第1の物質および前記第2の物質の一方は、二酸化塩素を含み、前記第1の物質および前記第2の物質の他方は、パルププロセスのパルプスラリからのフィルタ化サンプルを有する、ステップと、
少なくとも一つのセンサにより、前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質の間の化学反応に応じて把握される特性の検出を実行するステップと、
データ処理ユニットにより、前記検出された特性における1または2以上の値に基づいて、漂白サブプロセスにおける洗浄ロス用の二酸化塩素の化学的需要に関するパラメータを定めるステップであって、
前記値の少なくとも一つは、化学反応の終点で、または化学反応の終点と交差した後に検出される、ステップと、
を有する、測定方法。 - さらに当該方法は、データ処理ユニットにより、前記化学反応の検出された特性の終点に基づいて、漂白サブプロセスにおける洗浄ロス用の二酸化塩素の化学的需要に関する特性を定めるステップ
を有する、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - さらに当該方法は、
投与ユニットにより、時間の関数として、第2の物質の量を増加させることにより、前記パルププロセスに関する第2の物質を前記測定チャンバにインプットし、前記第1の物質と前記第2の物質との間で化学反応を生じさせるステップと、
少なくとも一つのセンサにより、第2の物質のインプットと同時に、前記特性を検出するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - さらに、当該測定方法は、
前記フィルタ化サンプルを収容する前記測定チャンバに、二酸化塩素をインプットするステップ
を有し、
前記二酸化塩素の1回のインプット量は、前記フィルタ化サンプルに対する化学的需要よりも多い、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - さらに、当該測定方法は、
前記二酸化塩素を収容する前記測定チャンバに、フィルタ化サンプルをインプットするステップ
を有し、
前記測定チャンバ内の前記二酸化塩素の量は、1回にインプットされる前記フィルタ化サンプルに対する化学的需要よりも多い、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - さらに、当該測定方法は、
前記測定チャンバに、前記パルププロセスの現在のサブプロセスから、既知の量のフィルタ化サンプルを収容するステップと、
時間の関数として、二酸化塩素の量を増加させることにより、現在のサブプロセスの次の漂白サブプロセスにおいて使用される二酸化塩素を、前記測定チャンバにインプットし、二酸化塩素と前記フィルタ化サンプルとの間で化学反応を生じさせるステップと、
二酸化塩素のインプットと同時に、前記特性の検出を実行するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - さらに、当該測定方法は、
前記パルププロセスの現在のサブプロセスから、既知の量の二酸化塩素を前記測定チャンバに収容するステップと、
時間の関数として、前記フィルタ化サンプルの量を増加させることにより、前記フィルタ化サンプルを前記測定チャンバにインプットし、二酸化塩素と前記フィルタ化サンプルとの間で化学反応を生じさせるステップと、
二酸化塩素のインプットと同時に、前記特性の検出を実行するステップと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の測定方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の方法の全てのステップを実施する手段を備える測定機器。
