Description
In the present invention, for example, a flexible sheet-like (tape-like, film-like, etc. including similar shapes, and the same applies hereinafter) electric components are in a bent state (that is, a state in which bending stress is applied to the electric parts) The invention relates to a socket for an electric component suitable for application in evaluating the electric component with respect to a product to be mounted in 2.).
Conventionally, as a socket for this kind of "electrical components", there is an IC socket which detachably accommodates a ball grid array type IC package which is an "electrical component" (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Generally as this IC socket, what stores an IC package in a flat state in a socket main body, and evaluates it in the flat state is used widely.
In addition to the above-mentioned ball grid array type, there are also IC packages in a contact mounting type called TCP (Tape Carrier Package). This TCP may be implemented in products in a bent state using its flexibility.
However, in this case, if TCP was evaluated in a flat state using the above-mentioned IC socket, the evaluation state (flat state) of TCP deviates from its mounting state (folded state), and TCP evaluation It is not always correct. Therefore, a method for evaluating this TCP in a bent state has been desired in accordance with the TCP implementation state.
Therefore, the present invention provides a socket for an electric component which can be properly evaluated in a bent state of the electric component, as in the case of mounting the flexible sheet-like electric component in a bent state. The socket for electric parts according to
The socket for electric parts according to claim 3 is a socket for electric parts comprising a socket main body having a housing portion in which a flexible sheet-like electric part is housed, and the housing of the socket main body A guide plate for pressing a part of the electric component from above in a state in which the electric component is accommodated in an electric part, and an electric component holding member for holding the remaining part of the electric component in a bent state on the upper surface side of the guide plate; And the electric component holding member includes a grip portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section provided movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the socket main body, and moving the grip portion to one side, The remaining portion of the electric component is bent and held on the upper surface side of the guide plate by the grip portion, and the electric portion is moved by moving the grip portion to the other side. Wherein the held state of the part of the balance is configured to be released.
Further, in the invention according to claim 4, in addition to the configuration according to any one of claims 1 to 3, a cover member is provided on the socket body so as to be openable and closable, and the electric component is closed by closing the cover member. And a remaining portion of the electric component is bent and held on the upper surface side of the guide plate by the electric component holding member. .
Further, in the invention according to claim 5 , in addition to the configuration according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , the housing portion is a floating plate supported so as to be vertically movable with respect to a base portion of the socket main body. It is characterized in that it is formed.
According to the invention described in the first to third aspects, in the state where the electrical component is accommodated in the housing portion of the socket body by the guide plate, a part of the electrical component is pressed from above, and the electrical component holding member The remaining part of the component can be held in a state of being bent to the upper surface side of the guide plate. Therefore, as in the case of mounting the flexible sheet-like electric component in a bent state, it is possible to properly evaluate the electric component in a bent state.
Further , according to the invention described in claim 1 , by rotating the pusher of the electric component holding member to one side, the accommodating portion can be formed substantially flat on the upper side of the pusher, and the pusher to the other side By rotating, the remaining part of the electrical component can be bent and held on the upper surface side of the guide plate by the pusher. Therefore, in addition to the evaluation in the bent state of the electric component described above, the evaluation can be performed even in the non-folded state (flat state) of the electric component, so that the versatility of the socket for the electric component can be enhanced.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the first holding mechanism can lock the guide plate to the socket main body and hold the state in which a part of the electric component is pressed from above, and the second holding mechanism The mechanism locks the electric component holding member to the guide plate or the socket main body to hold a part of the electric component from above, and the electric component holding member bends the remaining part of the electric component to the upper surface side of the guide plate Can be held. Therefore, even if the reaction force when bending the flexible sheet-like electric component is large, it is possible to hold down the remaining part of the electric component. In addition to this, since the bent state of the electrical component can be easily maintained, the operability of the electrical component socket can be improved. As a result of these, the evaluation in the bent state of the electric component described above can be carried out reliably and quickly, and the reliability of the socket for electric component can be enhanced.
According to the invention described in claim 3 , the remaining part of the electric component is bent to the upper surface side of the guide plate and held by moving the grip part of the electric component holding member having a substantially U-shaped cross section to one side. The holding state of the remaining part of the electrical component can be released by moving the grip portion to the other side. Therefore, it becomes possible to easily carry out the evaluation in the bent state of the electric component described above.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a part of the electric component is pressed from above by the guide plate by the cover member, and the remaining part of the electric component is bent to the upper surface side of the guide plate by the electric component holding member The held state can be maintained. Therefore, it becomes possible to easily carry out the evaluation in the bent state of the electric component described above.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the housing portion is formed in the floating plate supported so as to be movable up and down with respect to the base portion of the socket main body. It can be carried out smoothly, which in turn makes it possible to bring the electrical component into good contact with the contact pins provided on the socket body.

Furthermore, at the other end of the

That is, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 4B, a pair of left and
Here, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the electric
As shown in FIG. 4B, coil springs 37 are vertically telescopically interposed between the respective engagement pins 35 of the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, in the

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Here, when the

Next, the method of handling the
First, in the case where the
In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
At this time, since the predetermined
In this state, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, after the
At this time, since the predetermined
In this state, as shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. 2, the
In addition, since the
In this state, a current can be supplied to the
As described above, in the first embodiment, while the
Moreover, when performing this evaluation, by closing the
Further, the
Furthermore, since the
On the other hand, when the
As described above, in the first embodiment, by rotating the
