Description
洗浄に適し、かつ汚れ及び染みの蓄積からの長期持続性保護を提供するのに適した組成物がここに記載される。組成物は、水性液相と、シリカナノ粒子と、水溶性コポリマーと、非イオン性界面活性剤と、アニオン性界面活性剤とを含む。

本開示による組成物は、アクリル酸とアクリルアミドの水溶性コポリマー、又はその塩、シリカナノ粒子、及び水性(連続)液相中に分散した界面活性剤の組み合わせを含む。

HLB=20*Mh/M
であり、式中、Mhは分子の親水性部分の分子量であり、Mは分子全体の分子量である。この計算は、0〜20の尺度での数値結果をもたらし、「0」は高親油性である。
NALCO 1115(「NP 1115」)コロイダルシリカ(体積平均粒径4nm、16.5重量%)をNalco Company(Naperville,IL)から入手した。
石鹸かす試験方法
A.石鹸かすを調製するための材料
Ivory固形石鹸(Procter and Gamble Co.,Cincinnati,Ohio)
合成皮脂(Scientific Services S/D Inc.,Sparrow Bush,New York)
Color Me Happyハーバルエッセンスシャンプー(Procter and Gamble,Cincinnati,Ohio)
Color Me Happyハーバルエッセンスコンディショナー(Procter and Gamble,Cincinnati,Ohio)
塩化カルシウム二水和物(Sigma−Aldrich,St.Louis,Missouri)
硝酸マグネシウム六水和物(Sigma−Aldrich,St.Louis,Missouri)
オレイン酸(Sigma−Aldrich,St.Louis,Missouri)
ダスト(ISO 12103−1、A2 Fines ID番号10842F、Power Technology Inc.,Burnsville,Minnesota)
最初に、塩化カルシウム二水和物(calciumchloride dehydrate)(0.066重量%)と硝酸マグネシウム六水和物(0.064重量%)とを含む硬水溶液を1000g調製した。第1の容器の中で、粉砕したIvory石鹸(1.99g)を上記硬水溶液(239.28g)に加え、混合物を60℃で30分間音波処理した。次に、合成皮脂(1.5g)を混合物に加え、混合物を更に10分間音波処理した。第2の容器の中で、シャンプー(1.99g)を60℃の上記硬水溶液(747.75g)に加え、混合物を15秒間攪拌した。次に、オレイン酸(1.99g)を混合物に加えた。両方の容器の内容物を混ぜ合わせ、60℃で2時間撹拌した。次に、コンディショナー(5.00g)を、上記の合わせた混合物に加え、41℃で15分間攪拌した後、更に45℃で15分間攪拌した。最後に、汚れ(0.50g)を混合物に加え、この混合物を10分間攪拌した。
試験する洗浄組成物約0.3gを、レーヨン/ポリエステル拭き取り用品(50/50、40グラム/m2坪量)を使用して、4インチ(10.2cm)×6インチ(15.2cm)のガラスパネルの表面の4インチ(10.2cm)×5インチ(12.7cm)の領域にコーティングした。石鹸かす試験を行う前に、コーティングされたパネルを室温で少なくとも1時間乾燥させた。
一定量の石鹸かす(10回噴霧)を、ガラスパネルのコーティングされた表面全体に噴霧し、室温で3分間風乾した。次に、表面を流水ですすぎ、室温で更に7分間風乾した。これを1回の石鹸かす噴霧サイクルとして数えた。更なる石鹸かす噴霧サイクルを実施する前に、表面の水をシート状にする性能(親水性)を検査した。除去されたコーティングの量を、所与の噴霧サイクルの後に乾燥して見えるガラスパネルの表面積百分率に基づいて評価した。水をシート状にする性能は、コーティングされた表面全体を覆うように水を噴霧してから15秒後に、コーティングされたガラスパネル上で乾燥状態が目視によって観察されない場合に、100%と定義された。そのようなものは、サイクルの間に除去されたコーティングの百分率は0%と定義された。水をシート状にする性能がゼロであると決定された場合(ガラスパネルが乾燥して見える場合)、サイクルの間に除去されたコーティングの量は100%と定義され、更なる石鹸かす噴霧サイクルを行わなかった。水をシート状にする性能がゼロでない場合には、コーティングされた表面が水をシート状にする性能を完全に失う(ゼロ親水性又はコーティング損失100%)まで、石鹸かす噴霧サイクルを繰り返した。
ガラス基材から石鹸かすを取り除く組成物の能力を、以下の通りに評価した。4インチ(10.2cm)×6インチ(15.2cm)のガラスパネルを、4層の石鹸かす溶液(上記の通りに調製)でコーティングし、周囲温度で24時間乾燥させた。試験する洗浄組成物約0.1グラムを、石鹸かすをコーティングしたガラスパネルの半分(3インチ(7.6cm)×10.2cmの区域)に塗布し、汚れていない拭き取り用品(レーヨン/ポリエステル)を使用し、前後に合計で4回動かしてこの区域を清浄化した。ガラスパネルの綺麗な外観を1〜10段階で評価し、10の評価はガラス表面が完全に綺麗であることを表し、1の評価は、石鹸かすコーティングがガラス表面から実質的に全く拭い落されなかったことを表す。比較するために、2種類の市販のガラスクリーナーも試験した。
NP 1115コロイダルシリカ及びPAA水溶液、界面活性剤及び香料を、攪拌しながら混ぜ合わせ、脱イオン水を使用して希釈した。LUTROPUR MSA水溶液を添加することによってこの混合物を酸性化し、表に示すpH値とした。
表1A及び1Bに示す組成を有するサンプルを上述の通りに調製した。表中の各実施例の材料の量はグラム表示である。最初の値は、材料が水溶液として添加された場合にはあらゆる水を含む、添加された物質の量である(例えば、比較例2では、PAAの10%水溶液1.99グラムが添加された)。括弧内の値は、(水性液体が存在しない場合の)固体(例えば、活性)物質のグラム量である。組成物を、石鹸かす性能及び洗浄性能に関して、上記の石鹸かす保護試験及び洗浄性能試験に記載の通りに試験した。試験結果を表2に示す。
Claims (14)
- 水性液相と、
シリカナノ粒子と、
アクリル酸とアクリルアミドの水溶性コポリマー、又はその塩と(前記アクリルアミドは次式により表される

R1及びR2は、H、C1〜C3アルキル、又はR3SO3H(式中、R3は、2〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキレンである)から独立して選択される。])、
0.5〜50重量%固形分の量の非イオン性界面活性剤と、
0.10〜25重量%固形分の量のアニオン性界面活性剤と、を含み、
前記非イオン性界面活性剤がアルキルサッカライドであり、
前記アニオン性界面活性剤がアルキルスルホネート塩である、組成物。 - 前記組成物が5以下のpH値を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記アクリル酸とアクリルアミドの水溶性コポリマーが次の一般式を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
[式中、R1及びR2は、H、C1〜C3アルキル、又はR3SO3H(式中、R3は、2〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキレンである)から独立して選択され、M+はアルカリ金属カチオンである。] - 前記水溶性コポリマーが、前記組成物の総重量に対して、少なくとも90ppm又は100ppmのアルカリ金属カチオン濃度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記水溶性コポリマーが有する、アクリルアミドのアクリル酸に対する重量比が、50:50〜95:5の範囲内である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記水溶性コポリマーが、0.5〜85重量%固形分の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリカナノ粒子が、15〜90重量%固形分の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリカナノ粒子が、60ナノメートル以下の体積平均粒径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリカナノ粒子が球状であり、前記組成物が針状シリカ粒子を含まない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、揮発性有機溶媒を本質的に含まない、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を基材の表面に適用することと、前記基材の前記表面から前記水性液相を少なくとも部分的に除去することと、を含む物品の洗浄方法。
- 前記表面が、ガラス、金属、又はセラミックスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物をシャワー周り、浴槽、トイレ、流し台、蛇口、窓、又は鏡の表面に適用することと、前記表面から前記水性液相を少なくとも部分的に除去することと、を含む洗浄方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物をコーティングとして含む物品。
