Description
前記センシングフィルムの縦幅は75mm以下である、第11態様又は第12態様に記載の嚥下センサを提供する。このような構成によれば、振動のノイズを検知してしまうことを抑制することができ、さらにはセンシングフィルムを剥がれにくくすることができる。
図1―図3は、実施形態にかかる嚥下センサ2の概略構成を示す図である。図1は、嚥下センサ2の使用時における概略側面図であり、図2は、嚥下センサ2の使用時における概略斜視図である。図3Aは、使用前における嚥下センサ2の正面図である。図3Bは、図3AのA―A’断面図であり、図3Cは、図3AのB―B’断面図である。
Claims (9)
- 人の咽頭部に貼付されて人の嚥下能力を測定するための嚥下センサであって、
前記咽頭部の変位および音に基づく振動を検知する膜状の検知部と、
前記検知部の一方側の主面上に設けられ、前記検知部を前記咽頭部に貼り付ける粘着層と、
前記検知部の他方側の主面全体を覆うように前記検知部に取り付けられており、前記検知部に接触する側の主面が粘着成分を有し、前記粘着成分により前記検知部の周囲における前記咽頭部に貼り付け可能であって、前記検知部に振動を伝達するセンシングフィルムと、を備え、
前記粘着層のヤング率は、前記センシングフィルムのヤング率よりも小さい、嚥下センサ。 - 前記粘着層の粘着力は、前記センシングフィルムの粘着力よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の嚥下センサ。
- 前記センシングフィルムは、前記粘着成分を含む層と、当該層を支持する基材とを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の嚥下センサ。
- 前記センシングフィルムの厚みは90μm以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の嚥下センサ。
- 前記センシングフィルムは、ポリエチレン又はポリエステルで構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の嚥下センサ。
- 前記検知部は、検知した振動に基づいて電荷信号を発生させる圧電素子である、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の嚥下センサ。
- 前記圧電素子が発生させる電荷信号を増幅する増幅回路をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の嚥下センサ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の前記嚥下センサと、前記嚥下センサによる検知結果のデータを処理する制御部と、前記制御部により処理されたデータに基づき、人の嚥下能力を判断する判断部と、を備えた嚥下能力診断システム。
- 人の呼吸状態を検出する呼吸状態検出装置をさらに備え、
前記判断部は、前記制御部により処理されたデータと、前記呼吸状態検出装置による検出結果に基づき、人の嚥下能力を判断する、請求項8に記載の嚥下能力診断システム。
