Claims (5)
- 冷媒を一時的に溜めておくことのできるタンクを有し、該タンクの上部に、気液流入口、液相用流出口、及び気相用流出口が設けられ、前記気液流入口から導入された冷媒を液相冷媒と気相冷媒とに分離し、該分離された液相冷媒のみを前記液相用流出口を介して膨張弁側に導出するレシーバ機能と、前記分離された気相冷媒を、前記液相冷媒中に含まれるオイルを伴って前記気相用流出口を介して圧縮機吸入側に導出するアキュームレータ機能とを併せ持ち、
前記タンクは、前記気液流入口、前記液相用流出口、及び前記気相用流出口が設けられた蓋部材によりその上面開口が気密的に閉塞され、該タンク内における前記蓋部材の下側に前記タンクの内径より小径の笠状ないし逆薄鉢状の気液分離体が配在され、前記蓋部材と前記タンクの底部との間に、その上端が前記気液分離体の下側に開口して前記タンク上部の気相冷媒を前記タンク底部近くまで導くための下送流路部と、該下送流路部からの気相冷媒を前記気相用流出口に導くための、その上部が前記下送流路部の上端より上側に突出した上送管部と、前記タンク底部付近の液相冷媒を前記液相用流出口に導くための液相用管部とに区分された気液流出管が配在され、該気液流出管の下端部にストレーナが設けられていることを特徴とする冷媒容器。 - 前記気液分離体は、前記蓋部材と前記気液流出管とで挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒容器。
- 前記アキュームレータ機能部分における気相冷媒導出流路を開閉する開閉弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒容器。
- 前記開閉弁は、前記タンクの上側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷媒容器。
- 前記開閉弁は電磁式のものであることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の冷媒容器。
