(c)電気自動車(EV)モード(electric vehicle mode):エンジン11のスイッチが切られ、パワートレイントルク要求に応じてCIMG16が単独でドライブライン5に正の駆動トルクを提供する。
(d)ハイブリッド抑止モード(hybrid inhibit mode):CIMG16がモータとしても発電機としても動作せず、エンジン11が運転サイクル中動作を続け必要な正の駆動トルクを提供する。
(a)要求されるブレーキトルク量、
(b)車両速度、
(c)車両の縦加速度、
(d)路面傾斜、
(e)車両の車輪と走行路面の間の表面摩擦係数、
(f)車両が動作中の走行モード、
(g)車両が動作中のパワートレインモード、
(h)車両のバッテリ1Bの充電状態(SOC、state of charge)、
(i)車両が停止に向かって又は比較的低速走行に向かって減速している確率を常に示す信号。
Claims (28)
- 車両用の制御システムであって、
前記車両のブレーキシステムへのブレーキ力要求を示すブレーキ信号を受信し、それに依存して前記車両のドライブラインを、1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループではなく、1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループが前記ドライブラインによって駆動される第二の構成における動作から、前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループに加えて、前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループが前記ドライブラインによって駆動される第一の構成における動作に変換するように構成され、
前記制御システムは、前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループが前記ドライブラインにより駆動され、
前記ドライブラインが前記第一の構成において動作している場合、ブレーキ力を前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループに加えることにより、少なくとも前記ブレーキ力要求のいくらかを提供するために前記ドライブラインに連結された電気機械を制御するように構成され、
前記ブレーキ信号は少なくとも部分的には前記ブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量を示し、前記制御システムは、前記ブレーキ信号が要求されたブレーキ力の量が、要求ブレーキ力所定量を超えたことを示す場合、前記ドライブラインを前記第一の構成で動作させ、
前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は少なくとも部分的に前記車両が遭遇する縦方向の加速度に依存して決定される、
制御システム。 - 前記ブレーキ信号が、運転者によってブレーキ制御にかけられる圧力量及び運転者が作動させたブレーキ制御の位置の内から選択された少なくとも1つを示す、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記ブレーキ信号が、前記ブレーキ制御にかけられる圧力の量が所定の圧力量を超えたことを示す場合、又は前記ブレーキ制御の位置が、可動範囲に対する前記ブレーキ制御の移動量が所定の移動量を超えたことを示す場合、前記ドライブラインを前記第一の構成で動作させるよう構成される、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は少なくとも部分的に走行路面の傾斜に依存して決定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、下り坂勾配の増加の関数として減少する、及び/又は上り坂勾配の増加の関数として増大するように構成される、請求項4に記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、下り坂勾配の増加の関数として増大する、及び/又は上り坂勾配の増加の関数として減少するように構成される、請求項4に記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、少なくとも部分的に1つ以上の車輪と走行路面との間の表面摩擦係数を示すパラメータに依存して決定される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、表面摩擦係数値の増加の関数として増大するように構成される、請求項7に記載の制御システム。
- 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、少なくとも部分的に、前記車両が走行する選択された運転モードを示す信号に依存して決定され、前記運転モードは複数の運転モードの内から選ばれる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。
- 前記車両が走行する選択された運転モードを示す前記信号は、手動の運転モード選択入力装置の状態に対応する、又は運転モード自動選択手段により自動的に選択された運転モードを示す信号である、請求項9に記載の制御システム。
- 前記運転モードは、車両の様々な運転条件それぞれに対応する、請求項9又は10に記載の制御システム。
- 複数のサブシステム構成モードから選択された1つにおいて少なくとも1つの車両サブシステムの制御を開始するサブシステムコントローラを含み、前記サブシステム構成モードは、選択された前記運転モードに依存して選択される、請求項9〜11のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。
- 各運転モードにおいて、前記システムが、前記少なくとも1つの車両サブシステムを、前記運転条件に適したサブシステム構成モードにおいて動作させるように構成される、請求項11に従属する請求項12に記載の制御システム。
- 各運転モードは、対応する少なくとも1つの車両サブシステムの構成モードを有し、車両サブシステムは、エンジン管理システム、変速システム、操舵システム、ブレーキシステム、及びサスペンションシステムの内から選択される、請求項12又は13に記載の制御システム。
- 少なくとも1つの運転モードのサブシステム構成モードは、
サスペンションシステムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数のサスペンションシステムのサブシステム構成モードは、複数の車高を含むもの、
車両の反対側の車輪のサスペンションの間で流体の相互接続があり得る流体サスペンションシステムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数の流体サスペンションシステムのサブシステム構成モードは、様々なレベルの前記相互接続を提供するもの、
操舵補助を提供し得る操舵システムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数の操舵システムのサブシステム構成モードは、様々なレベルの前記操舵補助を提供するもの、
ブレーキ補助を提供し得るブレーキシステムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数のブレーキシステムのサブシステム構成モードは、様々なレベルの前記ブレーキ補助を提供するもの、
車輪スリップを制御するアンチロック機能を提供し得るブレーキ制御システムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数のブレーキ制御システムのサブシステム構成モードは、様々なレベルの前記車輪スリップを許容するもの、
パワートレイン制御手段及びアクセル又はスロットルペダルを含むパワートレインシステムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数のパワートレインシステムのサブシステム構成モードは、アクセル又はスロットルペダルの動きに対し様々なレベルのパワートレイン制御手段応答性能を提供するもの、
車輪スピンを制御するように構成される駆動力制御システムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数の駆動力制御システムのサブシステム構成モードは、様々なレベルの前記車輪スピンを許容するもの、
車両のヨーを制御するように構成されるヨー制御システムのサブシステム構成モードであって、複数のヨー制御システムのサブシステム構成モードは、前記車両のヨーの予測されるヨーからの様々なレベルの逸脱を許容するもの、
丘陵地対応変速器サブシステム構成モードであって、丘陵地対応変速サブシステム構成モードは、前記変速器の高い丘陵地モードと低い丘陵地モードを含むもの、
複数の変速比で動作可能であり、少なくとも1つの車両パラメータをモニタして、それに応じて変速比を選択するように構成された変速器制御手段を含む変速器システムのサブシステム構成モードであって、変速器システムのサブシステム構成モードは、前記少なくとも1つのパラメータに応じて異なる変速比が選択される複数の変速器構成モードを含むもの、
の内から選択される、請求項12〜14のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。 - 前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は、少なくとも部分的に電気エネルギー保存装置の充電状態を示すパラメータに依存して決定され、前記保存装置は充電システムにより充電されるように構成され、前記充電システムは前記電気機械を含み、前記充電システムは回生ブレーキ機能を提供するように前記ドライブラインにより駆動されるように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の制御システム。
- 前記制御システムが、前記ドライブラインが前記第二の構成から前記第一の構成に変換するとき要求されるブレーキ力のうち、車両の摩擦ブレーキによって提供されるブレーキ力の比率を減らすように構成されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載のシステムとの組み合わせによるドライブライン。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載のドライブライン及びシステムを含むパワートレイン。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載のドライブライン及びシステムを含む動力車両。

- 動力車両のドライブラインを制御して、制御システムを使って実行される複数の構成の内から選択された1つの構成で動作させる方法であって、
その方法は、
ブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量を示すブレーキ信号を受信するステップと、
少なくとも部分的にはブレーキ信号に依存して第二の構成ではなく、第一の構成でドライブラインを動作させるステップを含み、
第一の構成において、1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び加えて1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループがドライブラインにより駆動されるように構成され、
第二の構成において、1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループではなく、1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループがドライブラインにより駆動されるように構成され、
前記制御システムは、前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループが前記ドライブラインにより駆動され、
前記ドライブラインが前記第一の構成において動作している場合、ブレーキ力を前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループに加えることにより、少なくとも前記ブレーキ力要求のいくらかを提供するために前記ドライブラインに連結された電気機械を制御するように構成され、
前記ブレーキ信号は少なくとも部分的には前記ブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量を示し、前記制御システムは、前記ブレーキ信号が要求されたブレーキ力の量が、要求ブレーキ力所定量を超えたことを示す場合、前記ドライブラインを前記第一の構成で動作させ、
前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は少なくとも部分的に前記車両が遭遇する縦方向の加速度に依存して決定される、
方法。 - 動力車両のドライブラインを制御して、制御システムを使って実施される複数の構成の内から選択された1つの構成で動作させる方法であって、
前記方法は、
ブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量を示すブレーキ信号を受信するステップと、
前記ドライブラインに少なくとも部分的には、前記ブレーキ信号によって示される前記ブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量に依存して選択される構成で動作させるステップと、
前記ドライブラインを、1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び加えて1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループが駆動されるように構成された第一の構成において、又は、
1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループではなく、1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループがドライブラインにより駆動されるように構成された第二の構成において、動作させるステップと、
ドライブラインに少なくとも部分的には、ブレーキ信号によって示されるブレーキシステムに要求されるブレーキ力の量に依存して構成を選択するステップを含み、
前記制御システムは、前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループが前記ドライブラインにより駆動され、前記ドライブラインが前記第一の構成において動作している場合、ブレーキ力を前記1つ以上の車輪の第一のグループ及び前記1つ以上の車輪の第二のグループに加えることにより、少なくとも前記ブレーキ力要求のいくらかを提供するために前記ドライブラインに連結された電気機械を制御するように構成され、
前記制御システムは、前記ブレーキ信号が要求されたブレーキ力の量が、要求ブレーキ力所定量を超えたことを示す場合、前記ドライブラインを前記第一の構成で動作させ、
前記要求ブレーキ力所定量は少なくとも部分的に前記車両が遭遇する縦方向の加速度に依存して決定される、
方法。 - 要求されたブレーキ力の量を示す信号が、要求ブレーキ力が所定の量を超えたことを示した場合、ドライブラインを第一の構成で動作させるステップを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
