Description
1.内燃機関停止時に氷の形成を回避するため、リザーバタンクからかつ/または送り導管および戻し導管からかつ/または1つまたは複数の噴射ノズルから液体を空にする手段
2.「冷間始動段階」用の、リザーバタンクの体積の十分な部分の解凍

Claims (10)
- 補助液を蓄えかつ自動車の内燃機関または自動車の内燃機関の部品に供給するシステムにおいて、補助液用のリザーバタンク(1)と、補助液用の少なくとも1つの圧送ポンプ(7)と、消費器に通じる送り部および前記リザーバタンク(1)内への戻し部を含む少なくとも1つの導管システムとが設けられており、当該システムには、前記リザーバタンク(1)の開口に挿入された接続モジュール(2)が含まれており、該接続モジュール(2)は、前記リザーバタンク(1)に連通する複数の流体通路を有しており、これらの流体通路は、前記導管システムの送り導管(8)と戻し導管(10)とに接続されており、前記接続モジュール(2)は、熱伝導性のボディおよび/または加熱可能なボディとして形成されたモジュールブロックを有しており、前記接続モジュール(2)は、相応に操作した場合に前記導管システムを通気しかつ/または空にすることを可能にする、切換可能な方向制御弁として形成されている、システムにおいて、
前記モジュールブロックは、前記リザーバタンク(1)の容積内へ延在している複数の熱伝導部材(4)を含んでおり、これらの熱伝導部材(4)は、前記導管システムに対して間隔をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記接続モジュール(2)は、前記リザーバタンク(1)内で補助液戻し流を解放する手段を有している、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記接続モジュール(2)は、操作可能で制御可能な通気接続部(2a)を有しており、該通気接続部(2a)の上流にはフィルタが接続されている、請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 前記接続モジュールは、電気的な解凍用加熱装置を有しており、前記熱伝導部材(4)は、前記電気的な解凍用加熱装置の加熱体として形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記内燃機関の停止後に前記導管システムを通気しかつ/または空にする手段が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記内燃機関および/または当該システムの運転状態に応じて前記導管システムを通気しかつ/または空にすることを制御する手段が設けられている、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバタンク(1)内に設けられた前記送り導管(8)の吸込み点は、前記送り導管内のサイフォンまたは上昇管の上流に配置されている、請求項5または6記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバタンク(1)内への前記戻し導管(10)内または該戻し導管(10)の、前記リザーバタンク(1)内への開口の上流または該開口のところに、逆止弁(11)が設けられており、該逆止弁(11)は、当該システムを通気しかつ/または空にする際に、前記リザーバタンク(1)から前記導管システム内への、補助液の吸戻しを防ぐようになっている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシステムを作動させる方法において、
内燃機関の停止後にその都度、周辺温度に応じて前記導管システムを通気しかつ/または空にすることが規定されていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシステムのためのリザーバタンクとしての水噴射タンク用の加熱可能な前記接続モジュール。
