Description
従って第1の態様では、本発明は、3000g/mol以下の数平均分子量を有する該少なくとも1つのポリオール、該少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、および該少なくとも1つの乳化剤を含む2成分ポリウレタン組成物であって、該組成物は2:1〜1:2のNCO:OH比率において少なくとも1つのポリオールおよび該少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートを含み、該少なくとも1つの乳化剤および該少なくとも1つのポリオールの混合物の860nmにおける透過率が90%未満である、組成物に関する。
実施例
1.ポリオール:ポリエーテルトリオール、ヒドロキシル価 = 550mg KOH/g、25℃の粘度 = 1800mPas(ブルックフィールド 25℃、No.4スピンドル、20rpm)、OH等量 = 102g、数平均分子量 = 300g/mol
2.ポリイソシアネート:MDIと高官能性同族体との異性体混合物、NCO含量 32重量%、25℃の粘度 = 43(ブルックフィールド 25℃、No.3スピンドル、50rpm)
3.触媒:二環式第三級アミン(DABCO)のポリオール溶液(溶液に基づいて30重量%DABCO)
4.乳化剤/離型剤
− 乳化剤1:二官能カルボン酸(C6)と不飽和脂肪酸(平均炭素鎖長18)との混合物でエステル化された四官能性ポリオール
− 乳化剤2:オレイン酸で完全にエステル化されたジペンタエリスライト
− 乳化剤3:分岐アルコール(平均アルコール鎖長C8)を有するダイマー脂肪酸のジエステル
− ダイマー脂肪酸
− ポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテルホスフェート
ポリオール、乳化剤/離型剤および触媒を25℃で合わせ、スピードミキサー(モデルDAC600.1 VAC−P、250−mLスピードミキサー容器)を用いて2100rpmで2分間攪拌した。ダイアフラムポンプによって圧力を約50mbarに下げながら、混合物はその後800rpmで5分間攪拌しながら真空下で脱気した。
成分Bとしてポリイソシアネートを用いた。
成分Aおよび成分Bを混合し、続いて混合物を、初めは800rpmで1分間、その後1250rpmで30秒間、そして最後に150rpmで20秒間、真空下で攪拌した。製造後直ちに、試料からの試験片(4mm厚さ)を注ぎ95℃で(45分)、そして130℃(60分)で硬化させた。
Claims (20)
- − 3000g/mol以下の数平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つのポリオール、
− 少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、および
− 少なくとも1つの乳化剤
を含む、繊維複合体を製造するための2成分ポリウレタン組成物であって、
該組成物は2:1〜1:2のNCO:OH比率において該少なくとも1つのポリオールおよび該少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートを含み、該少なくとも1つの乳化剤および該少なくとも1つのポリオールの混合物の860nmにおける透過率が90%以下であり、
該組成物の水分含有量は0.5重量%未満である、組成物。 - − 10〜80重量%の、3000g/mol以下の数平均分子量を有する前記少なくとも1つのポリオール、
− 5〜70重量%の、前記少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、および
− 0.2〜10重量%の、前記少なくとも1つの乳化剤
を含み、質量分率は2成分ポリウレタン組成物の全重量に関する、請求項1に記載の繊維複合体を製造するための2成分ポリウレタン組成物。 - 前記乳化剤は、10未満のグリフィン法によるHLB値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは、1000g/mol以下の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは、100mg KOH/g以上のヒドロキシル価を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは、2.5以上の平均OH官能価を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールはポリエーテルポリオールまたはポリエーテルポリオールの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリオールは、ブックフィールドRVT粘度計によりNo.4スピンドルを用いて25℃および20rpmにおいて決定される、5000mPas未満の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートは、少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートの重量に基づいて、25重量%以上のNCO含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 3mol%未満のNCO基が反応してカルボジイミドおよび/またはウレトンイミン基を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートは、ブックフィールドRVT粘度計によりNo.3スピンドルを用いて25℃および50rpmにおいて測定される、80mPas未満の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物。
- 繊維複合体を製造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物の使用。
- 繊維と架橋された請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物とを含むことを特徴とする繊維複合体。
- 架橋された2成分ポリウレタン組成物は熱硬化性プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の繊維複合体。
- 架橋された2成分ポリウレタン組成物は、60℃以上のガラス転移温度TGを有することを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の繊維複合体。
- 架橋された2成分ポリウレタン組成物は、−10℃〜+70℃の間の温度において1000MPa以上の弾性率を有することを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の繊維複合体。
- 架橋された2成分ポリウレタン組成物は0.5MPa m1/2以上のK1C値を有することを特徴とする請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載の繊維複合体。
- 繊維は、繊維複合体全体に基づいて40体積%以上の体積分率で含まれることを特徴とする請求項13〜17のいずれかに記載の繊維複合体。
- 自動車部品としての請求項13〜18のいずれかに記載の繊維複合体の使用。
- 加圧下および/または減圧を適用して、まず鋳型を繊維材料で充填し、次に請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の2成分ポリウレタン組成物をこの鋳型に導入し、繊維複合体を140℃以下の温度において硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項13〜18のいずれかに記載の繊維複合体の製造方法。
