Description
(R1−O)3−P=O
[式中、3個のR1は、互いに独立して1個以上のフェニル基、1個以上のリン酸基、又はそのエステル、及び/又は窒素、酸素、フッ素、塩素、及び臭素からなる群から選択される1個以上の原子を含む有機基である]に相当する前記リン酸エステルである。これに関連して、前記基R1は、いずれの場合にも互いに独立して、好ましくは1〜20個、特に好ましくは2〜10個、特に2〜5個の炭素原子を含み、芳香族、分岐、又は直鎖であってもよい。好ましくは、前記基は、脂肪族である。塩素原子、又は例えばOH末端基として酸素原子を有する基が好ましい。前記基R1の例としては、塩化エチレン、塩化プロピレン、塩化ブチレン、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシド、好ましくは2〜10個の繰り返し単位を有するポリエチルアルキレンオキシドである。
ポリオールA:78質量%のプロピレンオキシド含有量、及び21質量%のエチレンオキシド含有量のエチレンオキシド及びプロピレンオキシドに基づく、27mgKOH/gのOH価、及び2.5の官能性を有するポリエーテルオール
MEG:モノエチレングリコール
Schwarzpaste:エチレンオキシド及びプロピレンオキシドに基づく、22mgKOH/gのOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオール中のカーボンブラックの分散物
TEDA:トリエチレンジアミン
Fomrez UL32:触媒(GE Silicones製)
Irganox 1135:式
Tinuvin 765:式

Claims (9)
- ポリウレタンを製造する方法であって、
(a)ポリイソシアネート、
(b)イソシアネートに対して反応性である基を有するポリマー化合物、
(c)触媒、
(d)1,3−ジクロロ−2−プロパノール、1,1,1−トリクロロ−2−メチル−2−プロパノール1/2水和物、2−[2−(2−クロロエトキシ)エトキシ]エタノール、2−(2−クロロエトキシ)エタノール、ビス(2−(2−クロロエトキシ)エチル)エーテル、1,2−ジクロロ−3−プロパノール、3−クロロ−1−プロパノール、3−クロロ−2,2−ジメチル−1−プロパノール、1−クロロ−2−プロパノール、2−クロロ−1−プロパノール、3−ブロモ−1−プロパノール、4−クロロ−1−ブタンジオール、5−クロロ−1−ペンタノール、又は6−クロロ−1−ヘキサノール(d1)、
(e)酸化防止剤、及び/又は光安定剤
を、混合し、反応混合物を得て、前記反応混合物を十分に反応させて、ポリウレタンを得る方法。 - 前記(a)〜(e)の他に、さらに、
(f)発泡剤、
(g)鎖延長剤、及び/又は架橋剤、及び
(h)助剤、及び/又は添加剤
を、混合し、反応混合物を得て、前記反応混合物を十分に反応させて、ポリウレタンを得る、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 使用される前記光安定剤が、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン(HALS)の誘導体である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 使用される前記酸化防止剤が、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾトリアゾール、シアノアクリレート、ケイ皮酸エステル、立体障害フェノール、オキサニリド、ホルムアミジン、トリアジン、マロン酸ベンジリデン、ベンゾピラン、硫化物、又はベンゾエートからなる群から選択される一般構造単位の1種以上を有する酸化防止剤である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化防止剤、及び光安定剤の画分が、前記成分(a)〜(h)の総質量に基づいて、0.1質量%を超える(0.3〜10;0.5〜5)請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化防止剤、及び/又は光安定剤が、少なくとも1種のエステル又はエーテル基を含み、いずれの場合にも、前記酸化防止剤の、又は前記光安定剤の分子内に、前記エステル又はエーテル基の酸素原子に隣接する1個の炭素原子が存在する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、850g/lを超える平均密度を有するコンパクトなポリウレタンである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されるポリウレタンの輸送機関の内装における使用方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されるポリウレタンの自動車におけるウィンドウ用シールとしての使用方法。
