Claims (3)
- 入力信号を受けるように構成された入力信号用入力部と、
局部発振器(LO)信号を受けるように構成されたLO信号用入力部と、
上記入力信号及び上記LO信号を受け、上記LO信号に基づいて上記入力信号の周波数を変換するように構成された第1混合部と、
タイミング・パルスを供給するパルス信号部と、
上記LO信号を受けて、上記タイミング・パルスに従って周波数変換し、周波数変換LO信号を生成する第1スイッチと、
上記第1混合部からのLO漏洩信号及び上記周波数変換LO信号を受け、さらに上記LO漏洩信号の周波数をベースバンドに変換するように構成された第2混合部と、
上記LO漏洩信号を上記第1混合部から上記第2混合部へ通過させるように構成された結合部と、
上記LO漏洩信号に対応する測定値を提供するように構成された信号出力部と
を備えた漏洩信号検出装置。 - 上記結合部が、上記LO漏洩信号を上記第1混合部から上記第2混合部へ通過させると共に、上記入力信号用入力部の上記第1混合部への接続を切断できるように構成される請求項1に記載の漏洩信号検出装置。
- 上記LO信号の周波数が、上記入力信号の中心周波数に設定され、上記第1混合部がゼロ中間周波数変換用の混合部として機能する請求項1又は2記載の漏洩信号検出装置。
