Claims (10)
- 気筒内に収容されたピストンと、
前記気筒の燃焼室へ通じる吸気通路の開口部に設けられる吸気バルブと、
前記燃焼室から引き出される排気通路の開口部に設けられる排気バルブと、
前記燃焼室又は前記吸気通路に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記燃焼室に設けられる点火手段と、
前記燃焼室内における筒内温度及び筒内圧力によって算定され圧縮行程での点火時期以前のクランク角における燃料の自着火の発生しやすさを示す自着火指標を算定する自着火指標算定手段と、
前記クランク角における前記燃焼室内の壁面への燃料付着量に基づいて前記自着火指標を補正する壁面付着燃料補正係数を算定する第一補正係数算定手段と、
前記自着火指標と前記壁面付着燃料補正係数とに基づいて低速プレイグニッションの発生を予測する低速プレイグニッション予測手段と、
を備えるエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記燃料付着量は、燃料の噴射時期とエンジンの冷却媒体温度又は吸気温度によって推定されるものである
請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記排気通路の排気の一部を還流ガスとして吸気に導入する排気ガス再循環装置と、
前記燃焼室への吸気中の還流ガスの比率に基づいて前記自着火指標を補正する吸気酸素濃度補正係数を算定する第二補正係数算定手段とを備え、
前記低速プレイグニッション予測手段は、前記自着火指標と前記吸気酸素濃度補正係数とに基づいて低速プレイグニッションの発生を予測する
請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記低速プレイグニッション予測手段は、前記自着火指標、前記壁面付着燃料補正係数及び前記吸気酸素濃度補正係数によって算定される修正自着火指標に基づいて低速プレイグニッションの発生を予測する
請求項3に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - P:各クランク角での圧力、及び、T:各クランク角での温度は、前記燃焼室への吸入空気量と、IC:吸気バルブ閉時期の筒内温度及び筒内圧力に基づいて状態方程式によって算定される
請求項5に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記低速プレイグニッションの発生が予測される場合に、その低速プレイグニッションの発生を回避する制御を行う低速プレイグニッション回避制御手段
を備える請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記低速プレイグ回避制御手段は、低速プレイグニッションの発生を回避するために、筒内温度又は筒内圧力を低減する制御、又は、燃料の噴射時期を遅角する制御を行う
請求項7に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記低速プレイグ回避制御手段は、前記壁面付着燃料補正係数を参照することなく前記低速プレイグニッションの発生が予測される場合には前記筒内温度又は筒内圧力を低減する制御を行い、前記壁面付着燃料補正係数を参照することで前記低速プレイグニッションの発生が予測される場合には燃料の噴射時期を遅角する制御を行う請求項8に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 一つの気筒に前記燃料噴射弁を複数備え、
前記低速プレイグ回避制御手段は、相対的に前記燃焼室内の壁面に付着する燃料が多くなる燃料噴射弁による燃料の噴射量の量を低減する制御を行う
請求項7に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
