Description

The present invention relates to a brush and a method of manufacturing the brush, and, for example, relates to a brush and a method of manufacturing a brush without a flat line.

The brushes include various brushes such as hair brushes, body brushes, makeup brushes, shoe brushes, clothes brushes and the like.
For example, as a toothbrush, the toothbrush shown by patent document 1 shown in FIG. 13 is proposed. Below, the toothbrush shown by patent document 1 is demonstrated.

The toothbrush 11 shown in FIG. 13 folds the hair bundle 12 in two and inserts the bent portion into the flocked hole 13 recessed on the surface of the head portion 15 of the toothbrush, and a flat line inside the bent portion of the hair bundle 12 14, both ends of the flat wire 14 are fixed to the surface of the head portion 15 of the toothbrush. The hair bundle 12 is fixed to the head portion 15 by the flat wire 14.
In the toothbrush 11 using the flat wire 14, the head portion 15 needs to be thick enough to withstand the press-fit of the flat wire 14, and there is a problem that the head portion 15 becomes large. Moreover, since the head part 15 is formed with resin and the flat wire 14 is formed with metal, there existed a problem that it was difficult to isolate | separate the head part 15 and the flat wire 14, and to discard separately.

Then, as a thing which solves the problem of the toothbrush 11 which used the said flat wire 14, the toothbrush of the non flat wire type which does not use a flat line as shown to patent document 2 is proposed, for example.
A flat wire type toothbrush that does not use a flat wire will be described based on FIG.
In this flat-wire type toothbrush 20, a flocked hole 22 is formed in the head portion 21, a recess 23 is formed in the back of the head portion 21, and the flocked hole 22 is opened in the recess 23. Then, the hair bundle 24 is inserted into the flocking hole 22, and the recess 25 is filled with the resin 25 to fix the hair bundle 24 to the head portion 21.

Further, a method of manufacturing the flat wire type toothbrush 20 will be described based on FIG. First, a toothbrush main body (head portion 21) in which the flocked holes 22 and the recess 23 are formed in the head portion 21 is formed.
And as shown to Fig.15 (a), the head part 21 is installed in the hair bundle holding jig 30. As shown in FIG. The hair bundle holding jig 30 includes a mounting portion 31 of the head portion 21 and a hair bundle shaping hole 32 connected to the flocking hole 22 of the head portion 21 installed in the mounting portion 31.

Next, a hair bundle is implanted in the hair bundle shaping jig 32 of the hair bundle holding jig 30 from the flocking hole 22 of the head portion 21 installed in the hair bundle holding jig 30 by a hair bundle implantation device (not shown). 24 is implanted, and the tip of the hair bundle 24 is pressed against the bottom of the hair bundle shaping hole 32 for shaping.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 15 (b), the end face of the hair bundle 24 exposed in the recess 23 of the head portion 21 is melted by the hair bundle end surface melting device 40 to form a massive portion 24 a.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 15C, the toothbrush having the head portion 21 and the hair bundle holding jig 30 are transported to the molding device 50 by the transport device (not shown) and positioned.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 15 (d), a back filler (resin molding material) 60 introduced from the injection port 52 (gate) of the molding die 51 of the molding apparatus 50 is injected into the recess 23. The hair bundle 24 is fixed to the head portion 21.
After the filling material 60 is solidified, the molding die 51 is opened, the toothbrush 20 and the hair bundle holding jig 30 are taken out, and the toothbrush 20 is removed from the hair bundle holding jig 30, as shown in FIG. , The toothbrush 20 is completed.

By the way, the above-mentioned non flat wire type toothbrush 20 inserts the hair bundle 24 in the flocked hole 22 of the head part 21 formed beforehand, and fills the resin 25 in the said recessed part 23, thereby the said hair bundle 24 Are fixed to the head portion 21. In addition, when forming the head portion and the handle portion of the toothbrush (hereinafter referred to as the toothbrush main body including the head portion and the handle portion), the hair bundle to the head portion There is also known a flat wire type toothbrush that performs fixation simultaneously.
A flat wire type toothbrush which simultaneously performs the formation of the toothbrush main body and the fixation of the head portion of the hair bundle will be described based on FIG.
By the way, in the conventional flat wire type toothbrush shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the back filler (resin molding material) is formed in the one recess formed in the head portion by the molding device. Filled with injection pressure. This injection pressure is performed at a high injection pressure in order to distribute the back filler throughout the entire recess.
Therefore, in this conventional flat wire type toothbrush, there is a possibility that the resin filled in the recess may leak to the surface of the head through between the hairs of the hair bundle, and the lower end of the hair constituting the hair bundle There has been a technical problem that the resin is adhered to each other by the resin, and the lower end portion of the hair constituting the hair bundle is adhered to the flocking hole, and a predetermined softness of the hair bundle is lost.

Further, since the injection pressure acts on the side wall of the recess formed in the head portion, a thick edge portion F (a thickness between the side surface of the head portion 21 and the inner surface of the recess 23, see FIG. 14) is formed. It is necessary to be able to form a flocked hole in the vicinity of the outer edge of the toothbrush body (head portion). That is, there is a technical subject that a hair bundle can not be formed in the whole toothbrush main part (head part), and a good usability can not be obtained.

Moreover, in the conventional flat wire type toothbrush shown in FIG. 16, the molding of the toothbrush main body (the head and the handle) and the fixing of the head of the hair bundle are simultaneously performed.
In this flat wire type toothbrush, as shown in FIG. 17, the shape of the flocked holes 22 themselves conforms to the hair bundles 24 and the gap between the flocked holes 22 and the hair bundles 24 is lost. There were technical issues. Further, lower ends 24A of the bristles constituting the hair bundle 24 are adhered by a resin formed by the toothbrush main body, and the lower ends 24A of the bristles constituting the hair bundle 24 are adhered to the flocking hole 22 by the resin. There has been a technical problem that the predetermined flexibility of the bundle is lost.

As described above, in any flat wire type toothbrush, the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair bundle are adhered with resin, and the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair bundle are adhered to the flocking hole, and further The gap between the flocking hole and the hair bundle may be lost.
As a result, in the conventional flat wire type toothbrush, it has a technical subject that the predetermined pliability of the hair bundle is lost, the water leakage between the hairs is poor, and the use feeling of the toothbrush is inferior. there were.

The present inventor has made the present invention to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, and to provide a brush and a method of manufacturing a brush with a good feeling of use that is good in water leakage and can maintain predetermined flexibility of a hair bundle. With the goal.

The brush according to the present invention made to achieve the above object is a brush in which a hair bundle is implanted in a synthetic resin head without using a flat wire, and a plurality of brushes penetrating the surface and the back of the head. A plurality of hair bundles made of a plurality of planting holes and a plurality of synthetic resin fibers, each of which is inserted into each of the plurality of planting holes, and a head portion of a back of each hair bundle which is inserted into the plurality of planted holes. Provided at one end on the side, the lumped part in a state in which the hair bundle is solidified by melting, the locking part to which the lumped part of the hair bundle is locked, and the plurality of planting holes A plurality of hair bundle fixing portions covering the back side of the massive portion of the hair bundle locked to the locking portion and closing the implantation hole, the plurality of hair bundle fixing portions in a state where the resin is solidified by melting; It is characterized in that two hair bundles are fixed to the head part by one hair bundle fixing part.

As described above, in the brush according to the present invention, the lump portion of the hair bundle is fixed by the hair bundle fixing portion provided in each of the plurality of planting holes.
That is, since one hair bundle is fixed to the head portion by one hair bundle fixing portion, even if the flocking hole is filled with a molding resin, the filling is performed at a high resin injection pressure as in the prior art. do not have to.
As a result, the filled resin can be prevented from leaking through the hair bundle to the surface of the head, and the adhesion between the lower ends of the hairs and the adhesion between the lower ends of the hairs and the flocking holes can be suppressed. In addition, it is possible to suppress that the shape of the flocking hole itself becomes a shape conforming to the hair bundle.
Therefore, the brush according to the present invention can be a well-drained brush and can be a brush with a good feeling of use that can maintain a predetermined softness of the hair bundle.

In addition, since the hair bundle fixing portion is formed in each of the plurality of planting holes, there is no thick edge of the recess as compared to the case where one recess is formed in the head portion as in the prior art. Therefore, the flocked holes can be formed in the vicinity of the outer edge portion of the head portion, more hair bundles can be formed in the entire head portion, and a brush with a good feeling of use can be obtained.

Here, the hair bundle fixing portion provided in each of the plurality of planting holes is a hair bundle fixing portion in a state in which a part of the head portion or a closure member different from the head portion is solidified by melting. desirable.
Since the hair bundle fixing portion is obtained by solidifying and solidifying a part of the head portion or the closing member other than the head portion, the resin passes between the hairs of the hair bundle as in the case of resin filling. It is possible to prevent the adhesion of the lower ends of the hairs and the adhesion between the lower ends of the hairs and the flocking holes without bleeding onto the surface of the head, and the flocking holes themselves have a shape conforming to the hair bundle Can be prevented.
As a result, it is possible to obtain a toothbrush with a good feeling of use, which is good in water leakage and can maintain predetermined flexibility of the hair bundle.
In particular, since the shape of the flocking hole can be maintained in a desired shape, a gap can be formed between the flocking hole and the hair bundle, and the area of the hairdressing hole and the total area of the hair bundle (occlusion of hair bundle The ratio can be easily made to the desired ratio, and it is possible to obtain a brush with desired water loss and desired hair bundle softness.

Moreover, it is desirable that the surface of the hair bundle fixing portion provided in each of the plurality of planting holes is projected from the back of the head portion. That is, the fixing portion is formed as a convex portion on the back surface of the head portion.
As described above, the surface of the fixing portion is configured to protrude from the back surface of the head portion, whereby the holding length of the hair bundle by the head portion (flocked hole) is lengthened while reducing the thickness of the head portion. Can.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the lumps of the hair bundle be disposed at a position of 50% or more of the thickness of the head portion with reference to the surface of the head portion.
In addition, when it arrange | positions in the position of less than 50% of the said head part thickness, the holding length of the hair bundle by a head part (planting hole) is short, and the movable fulcrum of hairs (head part surface side Since the edge of the planting hole and the contact point of the hair are in the vicinity of the massive portion, a bad effect that the hair is easily removed is not preferable. In addition, since the movable fulcrum of the hair is in the vicinity of the massive portion, the amplitude of the hair is increased, which causes an adverse effect that the hair tip is easily opened, which is not preferable.

In addition, it is desirable that the opening edge of the planting hole on the front surface side of the head portion is curved or chamfered.
In the case where the opening edge of the planting hole on the surface side of the head portion is a vertical corner, the hair is likely to be broken by the corner, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the opening edge of the planting hole is curved or chamfered, bending of the hair is suppressed and the hair can be functioned as a guide when inserting the hair bundle at the time of manufacture.

In the brush manufacturing method according to the present invention made to achieve the above object, in the brush manufacturing method, a head portion including a plurality of penetrating planting holes and the locking portion is formed by resin molding. And after the step of forming the head portion, the step of inserting a hair bundle made of a plurality of synthetic resin fibers into the planting hole and the step of inserting the hair bundle into the planting hole; A step of melting and solidifying one end of the hair bundle on the back side to form a massive portion; a step of locking the massive portion to the locking portion after the step of forming the massive portion; A plurality of hair bundle fixing portions are formed which are formed in respective holes and cover the back side of the massive portion with a molten resin, and the molten resin is solidified to fix the hair bundle to the head portion. Forming the hair bundle fixing portion The extent, the one tuft is by one tuft fixed portion, and characterized in that it is fixed to the head portion.

Thus, in the method for producing a brush according to the present invention, the bristles are formed in each of the plurality of planting holes, and the back side of the massive portion is covered with the molten resin, and the molten resin solidifies by the solidified resin. Forming a plurality of hair bundle fixing portions for fixing the bundle to the head portion. Then, since one hair bundle is fixed to the head portion by one hair bundle fixing portion, even in the case where a molding resin is temporarily filled in a flocking hole, a conventional high resin injection is carried out. There is no need to fill with pressure.
As a result, the filled resin can be prevented from leaking between the hairs of the hair bundle to the head surface, and adhesion between the lower ends of the hairs and adhesion between the lower ends of the hairs and the flocking holes can be suppressed. Furthermore, it can be suppressed that the shape of the flocking hole itself becomes a shape conforming to the hair bundle.
Therefore, in the brush according to the present invention, it is possible to have good water leakage and a good feeling of use capable of maintaining the predetermined flexibility of the hair bundle.

Here, in the step of forming the hair bundle fixing portion, in the hair bundle fixing portion, the molten resin is injected and filled in each of the plurality of planting holes, and the resin is solidified to solidify the hair bundle. It is desirable that a part be formed.
As described above, since the hair bundle fixing portion is individually provided in each of the plurality of planting holes, it is not necessary to fill with a high resin injection pressure as in the conventional brush, and sufficient filling with a low resin injection pressure Thus, the filled resin can be prevented from exuding to the head surface through the spaces between the hair bundles.

In the head portion forming step, a wall portion is formed in each of the plurality of planting holes on the back side of the head portion so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole, and the hair bundle is fixed to the head portion. Preferably, the wall portion is melted and solidified, and a hair bundle fixing portion covering the back surface side of the massive portion is formed on each of the plurality of planting holes on the back surface side of the head portion.
As described above, by forming a wall formed so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole on the back side of the head, and melting and solidifying the wall, the back side of the massive portion can be easily covered. The hair bundle can be reliably fixed to the head portion.

Further, in the step of fixing the hair bundle to the head portion, the plurality of planting holes on the back side of the head portion separately from the head portion so as to surround the periphery of the planting holes on the back side of the head portion. It is desirable that the closure member is disposed, the closure member is melted and solidified, and a hair bundle fixing portion covering the back surface side of the massive portion is formed in each of the plurality of implantation holes on the back surface side of the head portion.
Also in this case, the back side of the massive portion can be easily covered, the hair bundle can be securely fixed to the head portion, and the shape of the flocked hole can be maintained in a desired shape, It is possible to make a brush with a desired feeling of use having desired water leakage and flexibility of desired hair bundle.

In addition, a part of the head portion or a closing member other than the head portion in which the planting hole is disposed is melted and solidified to cover the back side of the massive portion, and a fixing portion for fixing the hair bundle to the head portion In the case of forming, since it does not require a molding die, it can be manufactured inexpensively.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a brush and a method of manufacturing a brush with a good feeling of use, which is excellent in water loss and can maintain predetermined flexibility of the hair bundle.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 8. In the description of this embodiment, a toothbrush is described as an example.
1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the toothbrush according to the present invention, (a) is a perspective view seen from the back side of the toothbrush, (b) is a perspective view seen from the front side of the toothbrush is there. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line I-I of FIG. Furthermore, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the planting hole.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a toothbrush, and reference numeral 2 denotes a handle of the toothbrush 1. A toothbrush head (hereinafter referred to as a head portion) 4 on which the toothbrush 3 is provided is formed at the tip of this handle. The toothbrush 3 is formed by implanting hair bundles 5A made of a plurality of synthetic resin fibers 5 in a plurality of places of the head portion 4.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a massive portion 5B is formed at one end of the hair bundle 5A on the back side of the head portion 2. The massive portion 5B is formed in a state in which the hair bundle 5A is melted and solidified.
Further, the head portion 4 is formed with a plurality of planting holes 6 through which the hair bundle 5A is inserted and held. The upper end portion of the planting hole 6 is formed with a large diameter portion 6 b having a diameter larger than that of the other portion (small diameter portion) of the planting hole 6. The large diameter portion 6 b constitutes a part of the planting hole 6 and is in communication with the planting hole 6. That is, the large diameter portion 6b forms a locking portion 6a, which is a so-called stepped portion, at the boundary between the large diameter portion 6b (bottom surface portion) and the planting hole (small diameter portion) 6. The locking portion 6a is configured to lock the massive portion 5B.
The large diameter portion 6b only needs to have a diameter that allows the locking portion 6a to be formed, and making the diameter larger than necessary means the number of the planting holes 6 formed in the head portion 2 It means to reduce, which is not preferable.

The planting hole 6 is formed by penetrating the surface 4 a side and the back surface 4 b side of the head portion 4, and the opening on the back surface side of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6 b) is formed by the hair bundle fixing portion 7 The hair bundle 5A is fixed to the head portion 4 by covering. The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is a state in which a part of the head portion 4 is melted and solidified.

The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface 4 b of the head portion 4. As described above, the surface of the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is configured to protrude from the back surface of the head portion 4 because the thickness of the head portion 4 is reduced and the holding length of the hair bundle 5A by the planting hole 6 To make the
In particular, it is desirable that the massive portion 5B be disposed at a position (dimension t2) of 50% or more of the head portion thickness t1 from the surface 4a of the head portion 4.
The thickness of the head portion means the maximum thickness of the head portion, and in the case where the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface 4 b of the head portion 4, hair from the surface of the head portion 4 The dimension up to the convex surface of the bundle fixing portion 7 is referred to.
When the head portion 4 is disposed at a position less than 50% of the thickness of the head portion, the holding length of the hair bundle by the head portion 4 (planting hole 6) is short, and the movable fulcrum P of the hair (head portion The contact point between the edge of the surface-side planting hole and the hair is in the vicinity of the massive portion 5B, which is not preferable because the hair is easily removed. Further, since the movable fulcrum point P of the hair is in the vicinity of the massive portion 5B, the amplitude (deflection) of the hair is increased, which causes an adverse effect that the hair tip is easily opened, which is not preferable.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening edge 6 c of the planting hole 6 on the surface side of the head portion 4 is curved or chamfered. When the opening edge 6c of the planting hole 6 on the front surface side of the head portion 4 is a vertical corner, the bristles 5 are easily bent by the corner, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the opening edge 6c of the planting hole 6 is curved or chamfered, bending of the hair 5 is suppressed, and it functions as a guide when inserting the hair bundle 5A at the time of manufacture be able to.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) on the back surface side of the head portion 4. It is formed by melting and solidifying the wall portion 4c having a cylindrical or frusto-conical shape (in which the implantation hole 6 is formed in the center). In the case of the cylindrical or frusto-conical wall portion 4c, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 can be easily formed by pressing a heating and melting device such as a heater from above.
The wall portion 4 c does not have to be formed to surround the entire circumference of the planting hole 6, and may partially surround the planting hole 6. That is, the wall portion 4c may be any as long as it can melt and close the opening 6b1 of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) and fix the massive portion 5B.

Further, the head portion 4 is formed integrally with the handle 2 of the toothbrush 1 with a resin such as a polypropylene resin, a polyacetal resin, or a polyoxymethylene resin. Moreover, the said head part 4 is formed in width 6-15 mm, length 15-35 mm, and thickness 2-7 mm, for example.

The synthetic resin fiber 5 implanted in the head 4 is, for example, 9 to 14 mm in length from the surface of the head 4. The material of the synthetic resin fiber 5 constituting the toothbrush 3 is a polyamide resin such as 6,6-nylon, 6-nylon, 12-nylon, 6,10-nylon, 6,12-nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene And polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, and polytrimethylene terephthalate.

As shown in the schematic view enlarged in FIG. 4A, the synthetic resin fiber 5 constituting the toothbrush portion 3 is formed such that the diameter gradually decreases toward the tip, and the tapered surface is tapered at the tip. It includes a tapered fiber 5a in which 5a1 is formed, and a cylindrical fiber (non-tapered fiber) 5b as shown in a schematic view enlarged in FIG. 4 (b).
The tapered surface 5a1 length X of the tapered fiber 5a is formed in the range of 1 to 5 mm from the tip of the synthetic resin fiber.

Thus, the taper surface 5a1 length X of the taper fiber 5a is formed in the range of 1 to 5 mm from the tip of the synthetic resin fiber in consideration of the sweeping effect of the periodontal pocket etc. and the cleaning effect of the tooth surface. It is a thing. As a result, a toothbrush corresponding to a patient suffering from moderate periodontitis can be obtained.
That is, when the tapered surface 5a1 has a length X of less than 1 mm, the tapered fiber 5a does not penetrate to the deep part of the periodontal pocket, and the cleaning of the back of the pocket becomes insufficient. On the other hand, if the tapered surface 5a1 has a length X of more than 5 mm, the tips (tapered fibers) become too thin and it is difficult to sweep out dirt in the periodontal pocket, and the waist (reflexion force against bending) is weak. It is not preferable because the polishing effect is also reduced.

As the synthetic resin fiber, one having a diameter of about 0.10 mm to 0.25 mm can obtain appropriate elasticity, and also has a suppressing effect such as bending or breaking, and is suitably used as a toothbrush of a toothbrush be able to.
The diameter of each of the tapered fibers 5a and the non-taper fibers 5b is preferably 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. In addition, the diameter of the said taper fiber 5a is a diameter of a cylindrical part (part in which the taper surface 5a1 is not formed).

The synthetic resin fiber may have any of an elliptical shape, a star shape, a cocoon shape, a cross shape, and a polygonal shape in addition to the cylindrical shape.

Moreover, the number of fibers in one bundle in which the synthetic resin fibers 5 are gathered can be set as appropriate, but it is preferable to normally use 20 to 50 fibers as the number jumping out from one flocking hole 6 it can. Further, the number of fiber bundles 5A (flocked holes 6) implanted at the tip of the handle 2 of the toothbrush 1 can be set as appropriate, but preferably 14 to 40 are usually implanted. It can be used.

In the toothbrush configured as described above, the lump portion 5B formed at one end of the hair bundle 5A inserted into the planting hole 6 is melted at a part of the head portion 4 without using a flat wire. It is fixed by the hair bundle fixing part 7 in a solidified state. Therefore, since the resin is not filled in one recess as in the conventional toothbrush, the interface between the fixing portion for fixing the hair bundle and the head portion does not exist, and the problem that the fixing portion falls off can be prevented. .

Further, unlike the conventional toothbrush in which the formation of the toothbrush main body (head portion and handle portion) and the fixation of the hair bundle to the head portion are simultaneously performed, the lower ends of the hairs are not adhered to each other. Further, the lower end of the hair is not adhered to the toothbrush main body (head).
Further, the flocking hole of the toothbrush does not follow the shape of the hair bundle as the conventional toothbrush, and a gap is formed between the lower end of the hair and the toothbrush main body (head).
As a result, it is possible to obtain a toothbrush with a good feeling of use, which is good in water leakage and can maintain predetermined flexibility of the hair bundle.
In particular, since the shape of the flocking holes can be maintained in a desired shape, a gap can be formed between the flocking holes and the hair bundle, and the area of the hairdressing hole and the total area of the hair bundle (hair bundle The occupancy rate can be easily made in a desired ratio, and a toothbrush having desired water loss and desired hair bundle softness can be obtained.

Next, an embodiment of a method of manufacturing a toothbrush according to the present invention will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), a plurality of penetrating planting holes 6 and a locking portion 6a formed on the bottom of a large diameter portion 6b provided on the top of the planting hole 6 are provided. The toothbrush 1 having the head portion 4 is formed by resin molding.
After the toothbrush 1 having the head portion 4 is formed, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the hair bundle 5 A made of a plurality of synthetic resin fibers 5 is inserted into the planting hole 6. At this time, the opening edge (opening 6c) on the surface side of the planting hole 6 is curved or chamfered.
Therefore, the opening edge (opening 6c) on the surface side of the planting hole 6 functions as a guide when inserting the hair bundle 5A, and the hair bundle 5A can be easily inserted into the planting hole 6 it can.

After the hair bundle 5A is inserted into the planting hole 6, one end of the hair bundle 5A on the back side of the head portion 4 is melted and solidified by the heating and melting device 8, as shown in FIG. The massive portion 5B is formed.
As the heating and melting apparatus 8, a heating and melting apparatus such as a commonly used heater or an impulse welder (IPW) can be used.
In the case of using the heater, the shape of the massive portion 5B can not be adjusted because it is heated and melted in proximity to (not in contact with) one end of the hair bundle 5A. Therefore, there is a possibility that the massive portion 5B can not be accommodated in the large diameter portion 6b in the pushing process in the later process.
On the other hand, in the case of using an impulse welder (IPW), the heating chip 8a is provided, and the massive portion 5B can be formed by bringing the massive portion 5B into contact by contacting the heating tip 8a. The adverse effect that it can not be accommodated in the large diameter portion 6b can be prevented.

The case where the massive portion 5B is formed using an impulse welder (IPW) will be described based on FIG.
As described above, in the case of using an impulse welder (IPW), a heating chip 8a is provided, and a cavity 8a1 having a predetermined shape is formed in the heating chip 8a. The heating chip 8a is lowered from the state shown in FIG. 7 (a). And as shown in FIG.7 (b), the one end part of the hair bundle 5A is accommodated in the cavity 8a, and it heat-melts. At this time, one end of the hair bundle 5A can be formed by the cavity 8a to form a massive portion 5B having a predetermined shape.

Furthermore, it returns to Drawing 5 (d) and explains.
As shown in FIG. 5D, after cutting the hair bundle 5A of the synthetic resin fiber (hair) 5, as shown in FIG. 6A, with the push pin 9, depending on the bottom surface of the large diameter portion 6b. The massive portion 5B is pushed to the formed locking portion 6a, and the massive portion 5B is locked to the locking portion 6a.
In this pressing step, the method of pressing the massive portion 5B with the push pin 9 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a nozzle for jetting air is provided to jet the air to the massive portion 5B. Alternatively, the massive portion 5B may be pressed.

After the pressing process of the massive portion 5B, as shown in FIG. 6B, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed. An impulse welder (IPW) is used to form the hair bundle fixing portion 7.
The process of forming the hair bundle fixing portion 7 will be described based on FIG. As described above, the impulse welder (IPW) has the heating chip 8b, and the cavity 8b1 having a predetermined shape is formed in the heating chip 8b (see FIG. 8A).

As shown in FIG. 8B, the heating chip 8b is lowered, the wall 4c is accommodated in the cavity 8a, and it is heated and melted. At this time, corresponding to the shape in the cavity 8a, the wall portion 4c falls in the direction covering the back side of the massive portion 5B, closes the upper opening 6b1 of the large diameter portion 6b, and fixes the massive portion 5B. The fixing portion 7 is formed. That is, the massive portion 5B is embedded and fixed in the head portion 4 when the wall portion 4c is heated and melted and solidified.
As shown in FIG. 8 (c), the head 4 (toothbrush 1) is completed by raising the heating tip 8b.

Thus, since the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed by melting and solidifying a part (the wall portion 4c) of the head portion 4, the fixing portion for fixing the hair bundle like the conventional toothbrush and the head portion There is no interface and mechanical strength can be increased.
Moreover, since the shaping | molding die 50 is not required like the conventional toothbrush, the head part 4 (toothbrush 1) can be manufactured cheaply.
Moreover, in the toothbrush, the lower ends of the bristles constituting the tufts are not adhered to each other as in the conventional toothbrush, and the lower ends of the bristles may be adhered to the toothbrush main body (head). Absent. Further, unlike the conventional toothbrush in which the formation of the toothbrush main body (head portion and handle portion) and the fixation of the hair bundle to the head portion are simultaneously performed, the flocking hole of the toothbrush does not have a shape following the hair bundle. A gap is formed between the lower end portion of the hair and the toothbrush main body (head), and the shape of the flocked hole can be maintained.
As a result, it is possible to make the toothbrush easy to use, and to have a good feeling of use that can maintain the predetermined flexibility of the hair bundle.

Next, a first modification of the above embodiment will be described based on FIG. In FIG. 9, members that are the same as or correspond to the members shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
