Description

The present invention relates to a brush and a method for manufacturing a brush, and for example, to a method for manufacturing a non-flat line type brush and a brush without using a flat line.

As the brush, there are various brushes such as a hair brush, a body brush, a make-up brush, a shoe brush, and a clothes brush.
For example, as a toothbrush, the toothbrush shown in Patent Document 1 shown in FIG. 13 has been proposed. The toothbrush shown in Patent Document 1 will be described below.

In the toothbrush 11 shown in FIG. 13, the hair bundle 12 is folded in half, the bent portion is inserted into the hair-planting hole 13 recessed in the surface of the head portion 15 of the toothbrush, and a flat line is formed inside the bent portion of the hair bundle 12. 14 is me, and both ends of the flat wire 14 are fixed to the surface of the head portion 15 of the toothbrush. The hair bundle 12 is fixed to the head portion 15 by the flat wire 14.
In the toothbrush 11 using the flat wire 14, the head portion 15 needs to have a wall thickness that can withstand the press-fitting of the flat wire 14, and there is a problem that the head portion 15 becomes large. Further, since the head portion 15 is made of resin and the flat wire 14 is made of metal, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate the head portion 15 and the flat wire 14 and dispose of them separately.

Therefore, as a solution to the problem of the toothbrush 11 using the flat line 14, for example, a non-flat line type toothbrush that does not use the flat line as shown in Patent Document 2 has been proposed.
A non-flat line type toothbrush that does not use a flat line will be described with reference to FIG.
In this non-flat wire type toothbrush 20, a follicle hole 22 is formed in the head portion 21, a recess 23 is formed in the back surface of the head portion 21, and the follicle hole 22 is opened in the recess 23. Then, the hair follicle 24 is inserted into the hair-implanted hole 22 and the inside of the recess 23 is filled with the resin 25 to fix the hair follicle 24 to the head portion 21.

Further, a method for manufacturing the non-flat wire type toothbrush 20 will be described with reference to FIG. First, a toothbrush main body (head portion 21) in which a flocking hole 22 and a recess 23 are formed in the head portion 21 is formed.
Then, as shown in FIG. 15A, the head portion 21 is installed on the hair bundle holding jig 30. The hair follicle holding jig 30 includes an installation portion 31 of the head portion 21 and a hair follicle shaping hole 32 connected to the hair planting hole 22 of the head portion 21 installed in the installation portion 31.

Next, by a hair bundle planting device (not shown), the hair bundle is inserted into the hair bundle shaping hole 32 of the hair bundle holding jig 30 from the hair transplanting hole 22 of the head portion 21 installed in the hair bundle holding jig 30. 24 is planted, and the tip of the hair bundle 24 is pressed against the bottom surface of the hair bundle shaping hole 32 for shaping.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15B, the hair bundle end face melting device 40 melts the end face of the hair bundle 24 protruding in the recess 23 of the head portion 21 to form the lump portion 24a.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 15C, the toothbrush having the head portion 21 and the hair bundle holding jig 30 are conveyed to the molding apparatus 50 by a conveying device (not shown) and positioned.
After that, as shown in FIG. 15D, the back filler metal (resin molding material) 60 introduced from the injection port 52 (gate) of the molding die 51 of the molding apparatus 50 is injected into the recess 23. , The hair bundle 24 is fixed to the head portion 21. After the filler 60 is solidified, the molding die 51 is opened, the toothbrush 20 and the hair bundle holding jig 30 are taken out, and the toothbrush 20 is removed from the hair bundle holding jig 30 as shown in FIG. 15 (e). , The toothbrush 20 is completed.

By the way, in the above-mentioned non-flat wire type toothbrush 20, the hair bundle 24 is inserted into the hair-planted hole 22 of the head portion 21 formed in advance, and the inside of the recess 23 is filled with the resin 25. Is fixed to the head portion 21, but in addition, when the head portion and the handle portion of the toothbrush (hereinafter referred to as the toothbrush main body including the head portion and the handle portion) are formed, the hair bundle is attached to the head portion. A non-flat line type toothbrush that fixes at the same time is also known.
A non-flat line type toothbrush that simultaneously forms the toothbrush body and fixes the head portion of the hair bundle will be described with reference to FIG. The members that are the same as or correspond to the members shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 16A, the hair bundle holding jig 30 has a toothbrush main body forming portion 33 formed of recesses for forming the toothbrush main body and a hair bundle shaping hole opened in the toothbrush main body forming portion 33. 32 is provided.
Then, the hair bundle 24 is planted in the hair bundle shaping hole 32 of the hair bundle holding jig 30 by a hair bundle planting device (not shown), and the tip of the hair bundle 24 is set in the hair bundle shaping hole 32. Press against the bottom of the hole to shape it.
After that, as shown in FIG. 16B , the hair bundle end face melting device 40 melts the end face of the hair bundle 24 protruding in the toothbrush main body portion forming portion 33 to form the lump portion 24a.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 16C , the hair bundle holding jig 30 is conveyed to the molding apparatus 50 by a conveying device (not shown) and positioned.
After that, as shown in FIG. 16D , the resin molding material 60 introduced from the injection port 52 (gate) of the molding die 51 of the molding apparatus 50 is injected into the head portion forming portion 33, and the toothbrush is used. The main body portion (head portion and handle portion) 26 is formed, and the head portion 21 of the hair bundle 24 is fixed.
After the molding material 60 is solidified, the molding die 51 is opened, the toothbrush 20 and the hair bundle holding jig 30 are taken out, and the toothbrush 20 is removed from the hair bundle holding jig 30 as shown in FIG. 16 (e). , The toothbrush 20 is completed.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-235648

By the way, in the conventional non-flat wire type toothbrushes shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a back filling material (resin molding material) is predetermined in one recess formed in the head portion by a molding apparatus. Filled with injection pressure. This injection pressure is applied at a high injection pressure in order to spread the backside filler over the entire recess.
Therefore, in this conventional non-flat wire type toothbrush, the resin filled in the concave portion may pass between the hairs of the hair follicles and seep out to the surface of the head, and the lower end portion of the hairs constituting the hair follicles may be exuded. There is a technical problem that the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair tresses are adhered to each other by the resin and the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair follicles are adhered to the hair-planting holes, so that the predetermined suppleness of the hair follicles is lost.

Further, since the injection pressure acts on the side wall of the recess formed in the head portion, a thick edge portion F (thickness between the side surface of the head portion 21 and the inner surface of the recess 23, see FIG. 14) is formed. It was not possible to form a follicle hole near the outer edge of the toothbrush body (head part). That is, there is a technical problem that a hair bundle cannot be formed on the entire toothbrush body (head portion) and a good usability cannot be obtained.

Further, in the conventional non-flat line type toothbrush shown in FIG. 16, the toothbrush main body portion (head portion and handle portion) is molded and the hair bundle head portion is fixed at the same time.
In this non-flat line type toothbrush, as shown in FIG. 17, the shape of the hair follicle hole 22 itself follows the hair follicle 24, and the gap between the hair follicle hole 22 and the hair follicle 24 is lost. There was a technical challenge. Further, the lower end portions 24A of the hairs constituting the hair bundle 24 are adhered to each other by the resin formed by the toothbrush main body, and the lower end portions 24A of the hairs constituting the hair bundle 24 are adhered to the hair planting hole 22 by the resin. There was a technical problem that the predetermined suppleness of the bundle was lost.

As described above, in each of the non-flat wire type toothbrushes, the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair follicles are adhered to each other by the resin, and the lower ends of the hairs constituting the hair follicles are adhered to the hair follicles, and further. , The gap between the hair follicles and the hair follicles may be lost.
As a result, the conventional non-flat wire type toothbrush has technical problems that the predetermined suppleness of the bristles is lost, the drainage between the bristles is poor, and the usability of the toothbrush is inferior. there were.

The present inventor has been made to solve the above technical problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a brush having good drainage and a good usability capable of maintaining a predetermined suppleness of a hair bundle. And.

Method of manufacturing brushes according to the present invention made in order to achieve the above object, there is provided a method of manufacturing a brush implanted hair bundle to the head portion, a plurality of implanted passing through the rear surface of the head portion The hair bundle, which is composed of a hole and a synthetic resin fiber and is inserted into the planting hole, and the hair bundle formed at one end on the back surface side of the head portion of the hair bundle inserted into the planting hole, is melted and solidified. The lumpy portion in the state of being squeezed, the locking portion formed in the planting hole to which the lumpy portion of the hair bundle is locked, and the hair locked to the locking portion provided in the planting hole. The hair bundle fixing portion is provided with a hair bundle fixing portion in a state in which the resin is melted and solidified, which covers the back surface side of the bundle-shaped portion and closes the planting hole, and the hair bundle fixing portion is a part of the head portion or the head portion. A hair bundle fixing portion formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface of the head portion, which is provided for each planting hole in a state where the head portion and another closing member are melted and solidified, and the lump portion is the head. In the method of manufacturing a brush arranged at a position of 50% or more of the thickness of the head portion from the surface of the portion, a step of forming a head portion having a penetrating planting hole and the locking portion, and forming the head portion. After the step, after the step of inserting the hair bundle made of synthetic resin fiber into the planting hole and the step of inserting the hair bundle into the planting hole, one end of the hair bundle on the back side of the head portion is inserted. The step of forming the lumpy portion by melting and solidifying, the step of locking the lumpy portion to the locking portion after the step of forming the lumpy portion, and the step of locking the lumpy portion to the locking portion, and the resin formed in the planting hole and melted. A step of forming a hair bundle fixing portion, which covers the back surface side of the lumpy portion and fixes the hair bundle to the head portion by solidifying the molten resin, is provided in the head portion forming step. In the step of forming a wall portion so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole on the back surface side of the head portion and fixing the hair bundle to the head portion, the wall portion is melted and solidified, and the back surface side of the head portion is planted. The hole is characterized in that a hair bundle fixing portion that covers the back surface side of the lumpy portion is formed, and the hair bundle fixing portion is formed as a convex portion that protrudes from the back surface of the head portion .

Thus, in the brush to be produced by the method that written in the present invention, provided planting設穴by tufts fixing portion, massive portion of the tufts are fixed.
That is, since the hair follicle is fixed to the head portion by the hair bundle fixing portion, even if the hair-implanted hole is filled with the molding resin, it is not necessary to fill it with the conventional high resin injection pressure. ..
As a result, it is possible to suppress the filled resin from seeping out to the surface of the head through the hair follicles, and also suppress the adhesion between the lower ends of the hair and the adhesion between the lower end of the hair and the hair planting hole. Further, it is possible to prevent the shape of the hair-implanted hole itself from becoming a shape that imitates a hair bundle.
Therefore, the brush manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention can be a brush having good drainage and a good usability that can maintain a predetermined suppleness of the hair bundle.

In addition, since the hair follicle fixing portion is formed in the planting hole , there is no thick edge portion of the recess as compared with the case where one recess is formed in the head portion as in the conventional case. Pore can be formed in the vicinity of the outer edge portion of the head portion, more hair bundles can be formed in the entire head portion, and a brush having a good usability can be obtained.

Further, since the hair follicle fixing portion is formed by melting and solidifying a part of the head portion or a closing member different from the head portion, the resin is formed between the hairs of the hair follicle as in the case of filling with the resin. It is possible to prevent the lower ends of the hair from adhering to each other and the lower end of the hair from adhering to the hair follicle hole without seeping through to the surface of the head, and the shape of the hair follicle itself imitates the hair bundle. It is possible to prevent the shape from forming.
As a result, it is possible to obtain a toothbrush having good drainage and a good usability that can maintain a predetermined suppleness of the hair bundle.
In particular, since the shape of the hair follicles can be maintained in a desired shape, a gap can be formed between the hair follicles and the hair follicles, and the ratio of the area of the hair follicles to the total area of the hair follicles (occupation of the hair follicles). The rate) can be easily set to a desired ratio, and a brush having a desired drainage and a desired suppleness of hair follicles can be obtained.

Further, the hair bundle fixing portion is provided in the planting hole and is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface of the head portion.
In this way, the surface of the fixed portion is configured to protrude from the back surface of the head portion, so that the thickness of the head portion is reduced and the holding length of the hair follicle by the head portion (hair follicle hole) is increased. Can be done.
Further, the lumpy portion of the hair bundle is arranged at a position of 50% or more of the thickness of the head portion from the surface of the head portion.
When the hair is arranged at a position less than 50% of the thickness of the head portion, the holding length of the hair bundle by the head portion (planting hole) is short, and the movable fulcrum of the hair (on the surface side of the head portion). Since the contact point between the edge of the planting hole and the hair is in the vicinity of the lumpy portion, there is an adverse effect that the hair is easily pulled out, which is not preferable. Further, since the movable fulcrum of the hair is in the vicinity of the lumpy portion, the amplitude of the hair becomes large, which causes an adverse effect that the tip of the hair is easily opened, which is not preferable.

Here, it is desirable that the opening edge of the planting hole on the surface side of the head portion is curved or chamfered.
When the opening edge of the planting hole on the surface side of the head portion is a vertical corner portion, the corner portion tends to bend the hair, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the opening edge of the planting hole is curved or chamfered, the bending of the hair is suppressed and the hair bundle can be used as a guide when inserting the hair bundle at the time of manufacturing.

In particular, the method for manufacturing a brush according to the present invention is the above-mentioned method for manufacturing a brush, after a step of forming a head portion having a penetrating planting hole and the locking portion, and a step of forming the head portion. After the step of inserting the hair bundle made of synthetic resin fibers into the planting hole and the step of inserting the hair bundle into the planting hole, one end of the hair bundle on the back side of the head portion is melted and solidified. After the step of forming the lumpy portion and the step of forming the lumpy portion, the step of locking the lumpy portion to the locking portion, and the step of locking the lumpy portion with the resin formed in the planting hole and melted to form the lumpy portion. A step of forming a hair bundle fixing portion, which covers the back surface side and fixes the hair bundle to the head portion by solidifying the molten resin, is provided, and in the head portion forming step, the back surface of the head portion is provided. In the step of forming a wall portion so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole on the side and fixing the hair bundle to the head portion, the wall portion is melted and solidified, and the planting hole on the back surface side of the head portion is covered with the above. It is characterized in that a hair bundle fixing portion is formed so as to cover the back surface side of the lump-shaped portion, and the hair bundle fixing portion is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface of the head portion.

As described above, in the method for manufacturing a brush according to the present invention, the back side of the lumpy portion is covered with the molten resin formed in the planting hole, and the molten resin solidifies to form the hair bundle with the head. It is provided with a step of forming a hair bundle fixing portion to be fixed to the portion. Since the hair follicles are fixed to the head portion by the hair bundle fixing portion , even if the hair-implanted holes are filled with the molding resin, the hair follicles are filled with a high resin injection pressure as in the conventional case. No need.
As a result, it is possible to suppress the filled resin from seeping out to the head surface through the hair follicles, and it is also possible to suppress the adhesion between the lower ends of the hair and the adhesion between the lower end of the hair and the hair planting hole. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the shape of the hair-planted hole itself from becoming a shape that imitates a hair bundle.
Therefore, the brush according to the present invention can be made to have good drainage and a good usability that can maintain a predetermined suppleness of the hair bundle.

In addition, since the hair follicle fixing portion is formed in the planting hole, there is no thick edge portion of the recess as compared with the case where one recess is formed in the head portion as in the conventional case. The pores can be formed in the vicinity of the outer edge portion of the head portion, and more hair bundles can be formed in the entire head portion, so that the brush can be used comfortably.

Further, in the step of forming the head portion, a wall portion is formed in the planting hole on the back surface side of the head portion so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole, and the wall portion is fixed to the head portion. The portion is melted and solidified to form a hair bundle fixing portion that covers the back surface side of the lumpy portion in the planting hole on the back surface side of the head portion.
In this way, by forming a wall portion formed so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole on the back side of the head portion and melting and solidifying this wall portion, the back side of the massive portion can be easily covered. , The hair bundle can be securely fixed to the head portion.

It should be noted that a part of the head portion or a fixing portion for fixing the hair bundle to the head portion by melting and solidifying a part of the head portion or a closing member different from the head portion in which the planting hole is arranged, covering the back surface side of the lump portion, and fixing the hair bundle to the head portion is provided. When it is formed, it does not require a molding die and can be manufactured at low cost.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a brush and a method for manufacturing a brush having a good feeling of use, which allows good drainage and maintains a predetermined suppleness of a hair bundle.

また図2は、図1(a)のI−I断面図である。
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. In the description of this embodiment, a toothbrush will be described as an example.
1A and 1B are perspective views showing an embodiment of the toothbrush according to the present invention, FIG. 1A is a perspective view seen from the back surface side of the toothbrush, and FIG. 1B is a perspective view seen from the front surface side of the toothbrush. be. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line I-I of FIG. 1 (a). Further, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the planting hole.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a toothbrush, reference numeral 2 indicates a handle of the toothbrush 1, and a toothbrush head (hereinafter referred to as a head portion) 4 having a toothbrush 3 provided at the tip of the handle is formed. The toothbrush 3 is formed by planting a hair bundle 5A made of a plurality of synthetic resin fibers 5 at a plurality of locations of the head portion 4.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a lump-shaped portion 5B is formed at one end of the hair bundle 5A on the back surface side of the head portion 2. The lump portion 5B is formed in a state where the hair bundle 5A is melted and solidified.
Further, the head portion 4 is formed with a plurality of planting holes 6 through which the hair bundle 5A is inserted and held. A large diameter portion 6b having a larger diameter than the other portion (small diameter portion) of the planting hole 6 is formed at the upper end portion of the planting hole 6. The large diameter portion 6b constitutes a part of the planting hole 6 and communicates with the planting hole 6. That is, the large-diameter portion 6b forms a so-called stepped locking portion 6a at the boundary between the large-diameter portion 6b (bottom surface portion) and the planting hole (small-diameter portion) 6. Further, the locking portion 6a is configured so that the lump portion 5B is locked.
The large diameter portion 6b may have a diameter sufficient to form the locking portion 6a, and increasing the diameter more than necessary may increase the number of planting holes 6 formed in the head portion 2. It means to reduce it, which is not preferable.

The planting hole 6 is formed so as to penetrate the front surface 4a side and the back surface 4b side of the head portion 4, and the opening on the back surface side of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) is opened by the hair bundle fixing portion 7. By covering, the hair bundle 5A is fixed to the head portion 4. The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is in a state where a part of the head portion 4 is melted and solidified.

The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface 4b of the head portion 4. In this way, the surface of the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is configured to protrude from the back surface of the head portion 4, which is the holding length of the hair bundle 5A by the planting hole 6 while reducing the thickness of the head portion 4. This is to lengthen.
In particular, it is desirable that the lump portion 5B is arranged at a position (dimension t2) of 50% or more of the head portion thickness t1 from the surface 4a of the head portion 4.
The thickness of the head portion means the maximum thickness of the head portion, and when the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed as a convex portion protruding from the back surface 4b of the head portion 4, the hair is formed from the surface of the head portion 4. It refers to the dimension up to the surface of the convex portion of the bundle fixing portion 7.
When the hair is arranged at a position less than 50% of the thickness of the head portion, the holding length of the hair bundle by the head portion 4 (planting hole 6) is short, and the movable fulcrum P (head portion) of the hair is short. Since the contact point between the edge of the planting hole on the surface side and the hair) is in the vicinity of the lumpy portion 5B, there is an adverse effect that the hair is easily pulled out, which is not preferable. Further, since the movable fulcrum P of the hair is in the vicinity of the lumpy portion 5B, the amplitude (swing) of the hair becomes large, which causes an adverse effect that the tip of the hair is easily opened, which is not preferable.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening edge 6c of the planting hole 6 on the surface side of the head portion 4 is curved or chamfered. When the opening edge 6c of the planting hole 6 on the surface side of the head portion 4 is a vertical corner portion, the corner portion makes it easy for the hair 5 to bend, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the opening edge 6c of the planting hole 6 is curved or chamfered, the bending of the hair 5 is suppressed and the hair bundle 5A is made to function as a guide at the time of manufacturing. be able to.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5A, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 has an outer shape formed so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) on the back surface side of the head portion 4. It is formed by melting and solidifying a wall portion 4c having a cylindrical or truncated cone shape (a planting hole 6 is formed in the central portion). When the outer shape is a cylindrical or truncated cone-shaped wall portion 4c, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 can be easily formed by pressing a heating / melting device such as a heater from above.
The wall portion 4c does not have to be formed so as to surround the entire circumference of the planting hole 6, and may surround a part of the planting hole 6. That is, the wall portion 4c may be any as long as it can be melted to close the opening 6b1 of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) and fix the massive portion 5B.

Further, the head portion 4 is made of a resin such as polypropylene resin, polyacetal resin, polyoxymethylene resin, etc., and is integrally formed with the handle 2 of the toothbrush 1. Further, the head portion 4 is formed to have a width of 6 to 15 mm, a length of 15 to 35 mm, and a thickness of 2 to 7 mm, for example.

Further, the synthetic resin fiber 5 planted in the head portion 4 is formed, for example, with a length of 9 to 14 mm from the surface of the head portion 4. As the material of the synthetic resin fiber 5 constituting the toothbrush 3, a polyamide resin such as 6,6-nylon, 6-nylon, 12-nylon, 6,10-nylon, 6,12-nylon, polyethylene, and polypropylene are used. Polyamide-based resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, and polyester-based resins such as polytrimethylene terephthalate are used.

As shown in the schematic diagram enlarged in FIG. 4A, the synthetic resin fiber 5 constituting the toothbrush portion 3 is formed to have a diameter gradually decreasing toward the tip, and a tapered surface tapered to the tip portion. It contains a tapered fiber 5a on which 5a1 is formed and a columnar fiber (non-tapered fiber) 5b as shown in the enlarged schematic diagram in FIG. 4 (b).
The tapered surface 5a1 length X of the tapered fiber 5a is formed in a range of 1 to 5 mm from the tip of the synthetic resin fiber.

In this way, the tapered surface 5a1 length X of the tapered fiber 5a is formed in the range of 1 to 5 mm from the tip of the synthetic resin fiber in consideration of the effect of sweeping out periodontal pockets and the effect of cleaning the tooth surface. It is a thing. As a result, a toothbrush suitable for patients suffering from moderate periodontitis can be obtained.
That is, when the tapered surface 5a1 length X is less than 1 mm, the tapered fibers 5a do not penetrate deep into the periodontal pocket, and cleaning of the back of the pocket becomes insufficient. On the other hand, when the tapered surface 5a1 length X exceeds 5 mm, the bristles (tapered fibers) become too thin, it is difficult to remove dirt in the periodontal pocket, and the waist (repulsive force against bending) is weak, so that the tooth surface is exposed. It is not preferable because the polishing effect is also reduced.

As the synthetic resin fiber, a fiber having a diameter of about 0.10 mm to 0.25 mm can obtain appropriate elasticity and also has an effect of suppressing bending and bending, and is suitably used as a toothbrush of a toothbrush. be able to.
The diameter of both the tapered fiber 5a and the non-tapered fiber 5b is preferably 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. The diameter of the tapered fiber 5a is the diameter of the cylindrical portion (the portion where the tapered surface 5a1 is not formed).

In addition to the columnar shape, the synthetic resin fiber may have an elliptical shape, a star shape, an eyebrows shape, a cross shape, or a polygonal shape.

Further, the number of fibers in a bundle of synthetic resin fibers 5 can be appropriately set, but usually 20 to 50 fibers are preferably used as the number of fibers protruding from one hair follicle hole 6. can. The number of fiber bundles 5A (pores 6) to be planted at the tip of the handle 2 of the toothbrush 1 can be appropriately set, but those usually planted at 14 to 40 locations are preferable. It can be used.

In the toothbrush configured as described above, a part of the head portion 4 is melted by melting the massive portion 5B formed at one end of the hair bundle 5A inserted into the planting hole 6 without using a flat wire. It is fixed by the hair bundle fixing portion 7 in the solidified state. Therefore, unlike a conventional toothbrush, one recess is not filled with resin, so that there is no interface between the fixed portion for fixing the hair bundle and the head portion, and it is possible to prevent the adverse effect of the fixed portion falling off. ..

Further, unlike the conventional toothbrush in which the toothbrush main body portion (head portion and handle portion) is formed and the hair bundle is fixed to the head portion at the same time, the toothbrush does not adhere to the lower ends of the hair. Further, the lower end portion of the bristles is not adhered to the toothbrush main body portion (head portion).
Further, the bristles of the toothbrush do not have a shape that resembles a hair bundle like the conventional toothbrush, and a gap is formed between the lower end portion of the bristles and the toothbrush main body portion (head portion).
As a result, it is possible to obtain a toothbrush having good drainage and a good usability that can maintain a predetermined suppleness of the hair bundle.
In particular, since the shape of the hair follicles can be maintained in a desired shape, a gap can be formed between the hair follicles and the hair follicles, and the ratio of the area of the hair follicles to the total area of the hair follicles (of the hair follicles). Occupancy rate) can be easily set to a desired ratio, and a toothbrush having a desired drainage and a desired suppleness of hair follicles can be obtained.

Next, an embodiment of the method for manufacturing a toothbrush according to the present invention will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 5A, a plurality of penetrating planting holes 6 and a locking portion 6a formed on the bottom surface of the large-diameter portion 6b provided in the upper part of the planting hole 6 are provided. The toothbrush 1 having the head portion 4 is formed by resin molding.
After forming the toothbrush 1 having the head portion 4, as shown in FIG. 5B, a hair bundle 5A made of a plurality of synthetic resin fibers 5 is inserted into the planting hole 6. At this time, the opening edge (opening 6c) on the surface side of the planting hole 6 is curved or chamfered.
Therefore, the opening edge (opening 6c) on the surface side of the planting hole 6 functions as a guide when the hair bundle 5A is inserted, and the hair bundle 5A can be easily inserted into the planting hole 6. can.

After inserting the hair bundle 5A into the planting hole 6, as shown in FIG. 5C, one end of the hair bundle 5A on the back surface side of the head portion 4 is melted and solidified by the heat melting device 8. The lump portion 5B is formed.
As the heating / melting device 8, a heating / melting device such as a commonly used heater or an impulse welder (IPW) can be used.
When the heater is used, the shape of the lump portion 5B cannot be adjusted because the hair bundle 5A is brought close to (non-contacting) with one end and melted by heating. Therefore, there is a possibility that the lump portion 5B cannot be accommodated in the large diameter portion 6b in the pushing step of the subsequent step.
On the other hand, when an impulse welder (IPW) is used, it has a heating tip 8a and is brought into contact with the heating tip 8a to form a lump portion 5B, so that the shape can be adjusted and the lump portion 5B can be formed. It is possible to prevent the harmful effect of not being able to be accommodated in the large diameter portion 6b.

A case where the massive portion 5B is formed by using an impulse welder (IPW) will be described with reference to FIG. 7.
As described above, when the impulse welder (IPW) is used, the heating tip 8a is provided, and the heating tip 8a is formed with a cavity 8a1 having a predetermined shape. The heating chip 8a is lowered from the state shown in FIG. 7 (a). Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, one end of the hair bundle 5A is accommodated in the cavity 8a and heated and melted. At this time, one end of the hair bundle 5A can be formed by the cavity 8a to form a lumpy portion 5B having a predetermined shape.

Further, it will be described back to FIG. 5 (d).
As shown in FIG. 5D, after cutting the hair bundle 5A of the synthetic resin fiber (hair) 5, as shown in FIG. 6A, the push pin 9 is used by the bottom surface of the large diameter portion 6b. The lumpy portion 5B is pushed to the formed locking portion 6a, and the lumpy portion 5B is locked to the locking portion 6a.
In this pushing step, a method of pushing the lump portion 5B with the push pin 9 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a nozzle for injecting air is provided to inject the air into the lump portion 5B. Then, the lump portion 5B may be pushed in.

After the pushing step of the lumpy portion 5B, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed as shown in FIG. 6B. An impulse welder (IPW) is used to form the hair bundle fixing portion 7.
The process of forming the hair bundle fixing portion 7 will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, the impulse welder (IPW) has a heating tip 8b, and the heating tip 8b is formed with a cavity 8b1 having a predetermined shape (see FIG. 8A).

As shown in FIG. 8B, the heating chip 8b is lowered, the wall portion 4c is housed in the cavity 8a, and the heating chip 8b is heated and melted. At this time, corresponding to the shape inside the cavity 8a, the wall portion 4c collapses in the direction of covering the back surface side of the massive portion 5B, closes the upper opening 6b1 of the large diameter portion 6b, and fixes the massive portion 5B. The fixing portion 7 is formed. That is, the lump portion 5B is embedded and fixed in the head portion 4 by heating and melting the wall portion 4c and solidifying it.
As shown in FIG. 8C, the head portion 4 (toothbrush 1) is completed by raising the heating tip 8b.

In this way, the hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed by melting and solidifying a part of the head portion 4 (wall portion 4c), so that the fixing portion and the head portion for fixing the hair bundle like a conventional toothbrush There are no interfaces and the mechanical strength can be increased.
Further, unlike the conventional toothbrush, the molding die 50 is not required, so that the head portion 4 (toothbrush 1) can be manufactured at low cost.
Moreover, unlike the conventional toothbrush, the toothbrush does not adhere to the lower ends of the bristles constituting the bristles, and the lower ends of the bristles may be adhered to the toothbrush main body (head portion). No. Further, unlike the conventional toothbrush in which the toothbrush main body (head part and handle part) is formed and the hair bundle is fixed to the head part at the same time, the hair follicle hole of the toothbrush does not have a shape that follows the hair bundle. A gap is formed between the lower end of the bristles and the toothbrush body (head), and the shape of the bristles can be maintained.
As a result, it is possible to obtain a toothbrush with good drainage and a good usability that can maintain a predetermined suppleness of the hair bundle.

The hair bundle fixing portion 7 of the above embodiment has a wall portion 4c which is a part of the head portion and is formed so as to surround the periphery of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b) on the back surface side of the head portion 4. It was formed by melting and solidifying.
On the other hand, the first modification is a closed member having a cylindrical or truncated cone shape, which is arranged on the back side of the planting hole (large diameter portion 6b) (a separate member from the head portion). It is characterized in that it is formed by melting and solidifying 10A.

The process of forming the hair bundle fixing portion 7 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the closing member 10A is arranged on the back surface side (large diameter portion 6b side) of the planting hole 6. Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the heating tip 8b of the impulse welder (IPW) is lowered, the closing member 10A is housed in the cavity 8a, and the heat is melted. At this time, corresponding to the shape inside the cavity 8a, the closing member 10A collapses in a direction covering the back surface side of the lump portion 5B, closes the opening 6b1 of the large diameter portion 6b, and fixes the lump portion 5B. 7 is formed. That is, the lump portion 5B is embedded and fixed in the head portion 4 by heating and melting the closing member 10A and solidifying it.
As shown in FIG. 9C, the head portion 4 (toothbrush 1) is completed by raising the heating tip 8b.

Next, a second modification of the above embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The members that are the same as or correspond to the members shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 in FIG. 10 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
This second modification is formed by melting a closing member 10B which is arranged on the back surface side of the planting hole (which is a separate member from the head portion) and has a spherical outer shape or an elliptical cross section. There is a feature.

The process of forming the hair bundle fixing portion 7 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 10A, the closing member 10B is arranged on the back surface side of the planting hole 6 (large diameter portion 6b). At this time, since the outer shape of the closing member 10B is spherical or the cross section is formed into an elliptical shape, a part of the closing member 10B enters the large diameter portion 6b and is temporarily fixed.
After that, as shown in FIG. 10B, the heating tip 8b of the impulse welder (IPW) is lowered, the closing member 10B is housed in the cavity 8a, and the lump portion 5B is fixed by heating and melting and solidifying. The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed.
That is, the lump portion 5B is embedded and fixed in the head portion 4 by heating and melting the closing member 10B and solidifying it. As shown in FIG. 10 (c), the head portion 4 (toothbrush 1) is completed by raising the heating tip 8b.

Next, a third modification of the above embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The members that are the same as or correspond to the members shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 in FIG. 11 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
This third modification is characterized in that it is formed by melting and solidifying a sheet-shaped closing member 10C which is arranged on the back surface side of the planting hole (which is a separate member from the head portion). ..
In addition, this modification shows the case where the large diameter portion 6b is not formed.

The process of forming the hair bundle fixing portion 7 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 11A, the closing member 10C is arranged on the back surface side of the planting hole 6. At this time, since the closing member 10C is formed in a sheet shape, the closing member 10C is temporarily fixed by being placed on the upper surface (back surface) of the head portion 4. In the massive portion 5B, the upper edge portion of the planting hole 6 becomes the locking portion 6a and is locked to the locking portion 6a.
After that, as shown in FIG. 11B, the heating tip 8b of the impulse welder (IPW) is lowered, the closing member 10C is housed in the cavity 8a, and the lump portion 5B is fixed by heating and melting and solidifying. The hair bundle fixing portion 7 is formed. That is, the lump portion 5B is embedded and fixed in the head portion 4 (the back surface of the head portion) by heating and melting and solidifying the closing member 10C.
Then, as shown in FIG. 11C, the head portion 4 (toothbrush 1) is completed by raising the heating tip 8b.

In the above embodiment, a case where a hair bundle fixing portion is formed by melting and solidifying a part of the head portion or a closing member made of a synthetic resin different from the head portion has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the back filler (synthetic resin) may be filled in the large diameter portion 6b by a molding apparatus as in the conventional case. In this case, since the volume of the large diameter portion 6b is smaller than the volume of the concave portion as compared with the conventional toothbrush in which one concave portion is formed, the back filling material (the back filling material) is applied to the large diameter portion 6b with a low injection pressure. It is possible to form a hair bundle fixing portion 7 that can be filled with synthetic resin) and can reliably fix the hair bundle.

Further, in the above embodiment, the toothbrush has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, brushes such as a hair brush, a body brush, a make-up brush, a shoe brush, and a clothes brush are applied. be able to.

Specifically, FIG. 12 will be described with reference to an example of a hair washing brush. In FIG. 12, members that are the same as or correspond to the members shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The head portion 4 of this hair washing brush is formed in an annular shape, and a through hole 4A is formed in the central portion thereof. The through hole 4A is formed for draining water. On the back surface side of the head portion 4, hair bundle fixing portions 7 are individually provided in each of the plurality of planting holes.
