その他の実施形態に係る分光解析装置100について、図7を用いて説明する。図7は、分光解析装置100の構成を示すブロック図である。分光解析装置100は、複数の標識物質で標識された複数の物質を含む試料に照射する光を発生する光源と、前記試料に照射された光によって、前記試料で発生した観測光を分光する分光器と、前記分光器で分光された観測光を検出して、観測スペクトルデータを出力する検出器と、前記検出器から出力された観測スペクトルデータに基づいて、試料中に含まれる複数の物質を解析する処理部であって、複数の標識物質に対して設定された基準スペクトルデータ及びノイズ成分のデータを要素とする行列の一般化逆行列を用いて、前記観測スペクトルデータから前記試料に含まれる物質を解析する処理部と、を備えている。この構成によって、適切に試料を解析することができる。

Claims (10)
- 複数の標識物質で標識された複数の物質を含む試料に照射する光を発生する光源と
前記試料に照射された光によって、前記試料で発生した観測光を分光する分光器と、
前記分光器で分光された観測光を検出して、観測スペクトルデータを出力する検出器と、
前記検出器から出力された観測スペクトルデータに基づいて、試料中に含まれる複数の物質を解析する処理部であって、複数の標識物質に対して設定された基準スペクトルデータ及び変動するノイズ成分のデータを要素とする行列の一般化逆行列を用いて、前記観測スペクトルデータから前記試料に含まれる物質の濃度を解析する処理部と、を備えた分光解析装置。 - 前記ノイズ成分のデータには、前記標識物質がない状態で分光測定された迷光ノイズのデータが含まれている請求項1に記載の分光解析装置。
- 前記ノイズ成分のデータには、波長によらず前記行列の要素が一定値となるオフセットノイズのデータが含まれている請求項1、又は2に記載の分光解析装置。
- 前記観測スペクトルデータの行列と、前記一般化逆行列との積を算出することで、前記試料に含まれる複数の標識物質の割合を算出する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分光解析装置。
- 前記試料に含まれる複数の物質がDNA断片であり、
PCR増幅された前記試料を電気泳動することで前記DNA断片をサイズ分離し、
サイズ分離された前記DNA断片の塩基配列に応じて、DNA鑑定を行う請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分光解析装置。 - 複数の標識物質で標識された複数の物質を含む試料に光を照射し、
前記試料に照射された光によって、前記試料で発生した観測光を分光し、
分光された前記観測光を検出して、観測スペクトルデータを出力し、
複数の前記標識物質に対して設定された基準スペクトルデータ及び変動するノイズ成分のデータを要素とする行列の一般化逆行列を取得し、
前記一般化逆行列と前記観測スペクトルデータとを用いて前記試料に含まれる物質の濃度を解析する分光解析方法。 - 前記ノイズ成分のデータには、前記標識物質がない状態で分光測定された迷光ノイズのデータが含まれている請求項6に記載の分光解析方法。
- 前記ノイズ成分のデータには、波長によらず前記行列の要素が一定値となるオフセットノイズのデータが含まれている請求項6、又は7に記載の分光解析方法。
- 前記観測スペクトルデータの行列と、前記一般化逆行列との積を算出することで、前記試料に含まれる複数の標識物質の割合を算出する請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分光解析方法。
- 標識物質を含む試料で発生した光を分光測定することで得られた観測スペクトルデータを用いて、試料を解析する分光解析方法をコンピュータに対して実行させるプログラムであって、
前記分光解析方法は、
複数の前記標識物質に対して設定された基準スペクトルデータ及び変動するノイズ成分のデータを要素とする行列の一般化逆行列を取得し、
前記一般化逆行列と前記観測スペクトルデータとを用いて前記試料に含まれる物質の濃度を解析する、プログラム。
