Description
また、請求項3に記載の発明では、ハウジング(2)に収容された複数の弁体(3〜5)を当該弁体の軸線回りに回転させることにより、外部の複数の機器(93〜96)への2種類の流体の流れを制御する切替弁であって、前記ハウジングは、前記弁体が回転自在に収容される複数の円柱状空間の弁体収容孔(21〜23)、および一端が前記弁体収容孔の周壁面に接続されるとともに他端が前記ハウジングの外壁面に開口して前記流体を流通させる複数の直線状の流体通路孔(61〜66)を備え、複数の前記弁体収容孔の軸線は相互に平行であり、複数の前記流体通路孔の軸線は、相互に平行で、且つ、前記弁体収容孔の軸線に対して垂直であり、各々の前記流体通路孔は、少なくとも2つの前記弁体収容孔に接続されるとともに、軸直交断面の一部または全部が、前記流体通路孔の軸線方向視において前記弁体収容孔と重なっており、2種類の前記流体は、冷水と温水であり、前記ハウジングは、隣接する前記流体通路孔間に、一方の前記流体通路孔を流通する流体と他方の前記流体通路孔を流通する流体との間の熱移動を抑制する断熱空間(24、25)を備える。
本発明の一実施形態について説明する。
上記実施形態では、車両搭載時に第1〜第3弁体収容孔21〜23の各軸線を天地方向にしたが、車両搭載時に第1〜第3弁体収容孔21〜23の各軸線を水平方向にしてもよい。
上記実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、複数の弁体収容孔の各軸線は相互に平行である。また、弁体収容孔の周壁面に接続されるとともに他端がハウジングの外壁面に開口している直線状の複数の流体通路孔を備え、各々の流体通路孔の軸線は、相互に平行で、且つ、弁体収容孔の軸線に対して垂直である。さらに、各々の流体通路孔は、複数の弁体収容孔のうち少なくとも2つの弁体収容孔に接続されるとともに、各々の流体通路孔の軸直交断面の一部または全部が、各々の流体通路孔の軸線方向視において、接続される弁体収容孔と重なっている。

Claims (5)
- ハウジング(2)に収容された複数の弁体(3〜5)を当該弁体の軸線回りに回転させることにより、外部の複数の機器(93〜96)への2種類の流体の流れを制御する切替弁であって、
前記ハウジングは、前記弁体が回転自在に収容される複数の円柱状空間の弁体収容孔(21〜23)、および一端が前記弁体収容孔の周壁面に接続されるとともに他端が前記ハウジングの外壁面に開口して前記流体を流通させる複数の直線状の流体通路孔(61〜66)を備え、
複数の前記弁体収容孔の軸線は相互に平行であり、
複数の前記流体通路孔の軸線は、相互に平行で、且つ、前記弁体収容孔の軸線に対して垂直であり、
各々の前記流体通路孔は、少なくとも2つの前記弁体収容孔に接続されるとともに、軸直交断面の一部または全部が、前記流体通路孔の軸線方向視において前記弁体収容孔と重なっており、
前記複数の流体通路孔のうち、前記複数の弁体収容孔の軸線方向に直行し且つ前記複数の流体通路孔の軸線に直行する方向(C)の位置が相互にずれる2つの流体通路孔(61、62)は、前記複数の弁体収容孔のうち同じ1つの弁体収容孔(21)と、前記2つの流体通路孔の軸線方向に重なるようにして、前記同じ1つの弁体収容孔に接続されており、
前記複数の弁体のうち前記同じ1つの弁体収容孔に収容される1つの弁体(3)の位置に応じて、前記同じ1つの弁体収容孔と前記2つの流体通路孔のうち一方(61)との間の連通、非連通が切り替わり、かつ、前記同じ1つの弁体収容孔と前記2つの流体通路孔のうち他方(62)との間の連通、非連通が切り替わる切替弁。 - 2種類の前記流体は、冷水と温水であり、
前記ハウジングは、隣接する前記流体通路孔間に、一方の前記流体通路孔を流通する流体と他方の前記流体通路孔を流通する流体との間の熱移動を抑制する断熱空間(24、25)を備える請求項1に記載の切替弁。 - ハウジング(2)に収容された複数の弁体(3〜5)を当該弁体の軸線回りに回転させることにより、外部の複数の機器(93〜96)への2種類の流体の流れを制御する切替弁であって、

複数の前記弁体のうち少なくとも一つは、前記冷水および前記温水の一方のみを複数の前記機器に流す請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の切替弁。
