Description
即ち、請求項1記載の本発明は、燃料が貯留されたタンク内に挿入された筒状のバレルの周面から分岐されたポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をする際に用いられ、
前記バレル内に挿入可能な有底筒状で、その内部に作業空間を有し、
前記ポンプ吐出配管を閉塞する閉塞部材を挿通させる挿通孔が、その周壁を貫通して設けられ、
前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記挿通孔が前記ポンプ吐出配管の開口と対向する位置になるように設けられていることを特徴とする作業用鞘管である。
前記タンクから前記バレル内への流路を遮断する遮断工程と、
前記バレル内に前記作業用鞘管を挿入して、前記挿通孔が前記ポンプ吐出配管の開口と対向するように配置する鞘管配置工程と、
前記ポンプ吐出配管の前記バレルから離れた側から前記バレルに向けて不活性ガスを放出し、前記作業空間内を不活性ガスでパージするパージ工程と、
前記閉塞部材を前記挿通孔から挿通させて、前記ポンプ吐出配管内に挿入することで、前記ポンプ吐出配管を閉塞するポンプ吐出配管閉塞工程と、
を順次行うことを特徴とするポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をするための環境整備方法である。

- 燃料が貯留されたタンク内に挿入された筒状のバレルの周面から分岐されたポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をする際に用いられ、
前記バレル内に挿入可能な有底筒状で、その内部に作業空間を有し、
前記ポンプ吐出配管を閉塞する閉塞部材を挿通させる挿通孔が、その周壁を貫通して設けられ、
前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記挿通孔が前記ポンプ吐出配管の開口と対向する位置になるように設けられていることを特徴とする作業用鞘管。 - 前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記バレルと前記周壁との隙間において前記挿通孔を囲むようにリング状に設けられて、当該リングの内外を仕切る仕切り部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の作業用鞘管。
- 前記仕切り部材が、前記挿通孔の周縁乃至その近傍から筒状に立設された立設部と、該立設部に外嵌されるパッキンと、を備え、
前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記パッキンが前記バレルの内周面に密着された状態となることを特徴とする請求項2記載の作業用鞘管。 - 前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記バレルの径方向の位置決めをする位置決め部が、前記バレル内への挿入方向側の端部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項記載の作業用鞘管。
- 前記バレル内に挿入された状態で、前記バレルに対する傾きを補正する傾き補正部が、前記周壁において、前記挿通孔と対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項記載の作業用鞘管。
- 前記作業空間の酸素濃度を測定する酸素濃度計が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のうちいずれか一項記載の作業用鞘管。
- 前記作業空間の可燃性ガスを検知するガス検知器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一項記載の作業用鞘管。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のうちいずれか一項記載の作業用鞘管を用いて前記ポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をするための環境整備方法であって、
前記タンクから前記バレル内への流路を遮断する遮断工程と、
前記バレル内に前記作業用鞘管を挿入して、前記挿通孔が前記ポンプ吐出配管の開口と対向するように配置する鞘管配置工程と、
前記ポンプ吐出配管の前記バレルから離れた側から前記バレルに向けて不活性ガスを放出し、前記作業空間内を不活性ガスでパージするパージ工程と、
前記閉塞部材を前記挿通孔から挿通させて、前記ポンプ吐出配管内に挿入することで、前記ポンプ吐出配管を閉塞するポンプ吐出配管閉塞工程と、
を順次行うことを特徴とするポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をするための環境整備方法。 - 前記閉塞部材が、ヘキサプラグであることを特徴とする請求項8記載のポンプ吐出配管の改修作業をするための環境整備方法。
