Description
Claims (8)
- 車輪とステータ及びロータを有する電気モータ又は発電機とを車両に取り付ける軸受装置であって、前記軸受装置はシーリング素子と軸受ブロックとを備え、前記軸受ブロックは前記ロータの第1の半径方向壁及び前記車輪に結合する第1の結合素子と、前記ステータ及び/又は前記車両に結合する第2の結合素子とを含み、前記第1の結合素子と前記第2の結合素子が互いに相対的に回転し得るように前記第1の結合素子と前記第2の結合素子との間に第1のベアリングが装着され、前記第1の結合素子は取り付けフランジを含み、前記取り付けフランジは前記取り付けフランジを貫通するように構成されたボルト孔を有し、前記ロータ及び前記車輪を前記第1の結合素子に結合するボルトを前記ボルト孔の第1開口部で受け入れるように構成され、前記シーリング素子は前記ボルト孔を通って前記電気モータ又は発電機内に物質が進入するのを禁止するために前記ボルト孔の第2の開口部に装着されるように構成され、前記シーリング素子と前記取り付けフランジは、前記第2の開口部を覆う前記シーリング素子の取り付けを容易にするために相補キー係合部を含む、軸受装置。
- 前記シーリング素子は、前記ボルト孔を通って前記電気モータ又は発電機内に塵及び/又は水が進入するのを禁止するために前記ボルト孔の第2の開口部に装着されるように構成されている、請求項1記載の軸受装置。
- 前記シーリング素子は凹部を有する、請求項1又は2記載の軸受装置。
- 前記シーリング素子はゴム製である、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の軸受装置。
- 前記シーリング素子と前記取り付けフランジとの間にシーリング化合物が設置されている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の軸受装置。
- 前記取り付けフランジは、前記取り付けフランジを貫通するように構成された複数のボルト孔を含み、前記ロータ及び前記車輪を前記第1の結合素子に結合するそれぞれのボルトを前記ボルト孔の各々の第1開口部で受け入れるように構成され、前記ボルト孔を通って前記電気モータ又は発電機内に物質が進入するのを禁止するために複数のシーリング素子がそれぞれのボルト孔の第2の開口部に取り付けられるように構成されている、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の軸受装置。
- 前記複数のシーリング素子は互いに連結されている、請求項6に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記複数のシーリング素子の各々はスプルーにより連結されている、請求項7記載の軸受装置。
