Description
- 共振型電圧コンバータDC/DC CONV、
- 電圧コンバータDC/DC CONVの上流側に接続された力率補正回路PFC、
- 補正回路PFCに接続され、力率を補正するために補正回路自体を操作し、且つ、安定した直流電圧VPFCを出力に供給するのに適した制御回路PFC CNTR、
- 特に、電圧コンバータDC/DC CONVは、共振LLC技術によるDC/DCコンバータからなる。
デモの目的のみに検討される回路において、バッテリー充電器は、完全充電において400ボルトであり、完全放電において280ボルトである電気自動車用の高電圧バッテリーに接続される。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)と、
前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の上流側に接続された少なくとも力率補正回路(PFC)と、
前記補正回路(PFC)に機能的に接続され、充電器(C)の力率を修正するよう前記補正回路(PFC)を操作するのに適した制御回路(PFC CNTR)と、
前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の出力及び少なくとも前記制御回路(PFC CNTR)の入力に接続された少なくとも反作用ライン(L)と、を備え、
前記制御回路(PFC CNTR)は、前記反作用ライン(L)を経由して前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の出力に接続された少なくとも第1入力と、前記補正回路(PFC)の入力に接続された第2入力と、を有し、前記制御回路(PFC CNTR)は、前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)をできるだけ最大効率ポイント付近で動作させるよう、あらかじめ定義された電圧インターバル内で、前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の出力電圧(Vdcout)に従い、かつ主入力電圧(VMAINS)と整合するよう、補正回路(PFC)の出力電圧(VPFC)を変化させることを特徴とする電気自動車用バッテリー充電器(C)。 - 前記反作用ライン(L)は、前記補正回路(PFC)の出力に接続された第1入力と、前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の出力に接続された第2入力と、前記制御回路(PFC CNTR)の前記第1入力に接続された出力を有する第1加算器(SUM1)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー充電器。
- 前記反作用ライン(L)は、前記補正回路(PFC)の入力に接続された第1入力と、前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)の出力に接続された第2入力と、前記制御回路(PFC CNTR)の第2入力に接続された出力を有する第2加算器(SUM2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリー充電器。
- 前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)は、少なくともDC/DCコンバータを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリー充電器。
- 前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)に機能的に接続された少なくとも第2制御回路(DC/DC CONTR)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリー充電器。
- 前記第2制御回路(DC/DC CONTR)は、前記電圧コンバータ(DC/DC CONV)に接続された第1入力と、前記第1加算器(SUM1)に接続された第1出力と、前記第2加算器(SUM2)に接続された第2出力を有することを特徴とする先行する請求項5に記載のバッテリー充電器。
