Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システム(10)を制御するための制御方法において、
・燃料噴射システム(10)を用意するステップであって、前記燃料噴射システム(10)は、圧力室(22)内で動作中に下死点(UT)と上死点(OT)との間で移動する、燃料に高圧を印加するためのポンプピストン(32)を備える燃料高圧ポンプ(14)と、前記ポンプピストン(32)を駆動するためのカムシャフト(34)と、前記高圧が印加された燃料を内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射するための少なくとも1つのインジェクタ弁(42)を備える高圧領域(16)とを有する、ステップと、
・前記高圧領域(16)内の所定の開弁圧力(Poeff)に達したときに前記高圧領域(16)から前記燃料高圧ポンプ(14)の前記圧力室(22)に燃料をリリーフする圧力制限弁(46)を用意するステップと、
・前記高圧領域(16)内の前記所定の開弁圧力(Poeff)を上回っている、前記燃料噴射システム(10)内の障害状況を識別するステップと、
・前記ポンプピストン(32)が前記上死点(OT)に位置する第1のOT時点と、前記ポンプピストン(32)が前記上死点(OT)に位置する第2のOT時点との間に4つの均等に分布された象限(Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4)を有する1つの周期期間(tp)を特定するステップと、
・前記インジェクタ弁(42)が燃料の噴射を開始する噴射時点(tI)を設定するステップと、
・前記ポンプピストン(32)に対する前記カムシャフト(34)のカムシャフト角度を調節するためのカムシャフト調節器(58)を用意するステップと、
・前記噴射時点(tI)が、前記周期期間(tp)の第2の象限(Q2)および/または前記周期期間(tp)の第3の象限(Q3)に亘っている期間内に位置するように、前記カムシャフト(34)のカムシャフト角度を調節するステップと、
を有する、制御方法。 - 前記障害状況を、前記高圧領域(16)内に配置された高圧センサ(44)によって識別する、
請求項1記載の制御方法。 - 前記圧力制限弁(46)の前記開弁圧力(Poeff)を、前記高圧領域(16)内で最大限に許容可能な最大圧力(Pmax)よりも低く調整し、
前記最大圧力(Pmax)を、とりわけ500バールを上回る範囲に規定する、
請求項1または2記載の制御方法。 - 前記噴射時点(tI)を、前記内燃機関の燃料要求に基づいて設定する、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法。 - 前記高圧領域(16)内の前記所定の開弁圧力(Poeff)を再び下回っている、前記燃料噴射システム(10)の通常モードに再び突入したことが識別された場合に、前記カムシャフト(34)の調節を、設定された前記噴射時点(tI)に基づいて終了する、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法。 - 前記ポンプピストン(32)に対する前記カムシャフト(34)のそれぞれのカムシャフト角度に所定のOT時点を対応付けている特性マップ(K1)を保存する、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法。 - 前記内燃機関の少なくとも2つの動作状態を用意し、
惰行モードでは、前記インジェクタ弁(42)による前記燃焼室への燃料の噴射を実施せず、
噴射モードでは、前記インジェクタ弁(42)による前記燃焼室への燃料の噴射を少なくとも1回実施し、
前記障害状況では、前記内燃機関の前記惰行モードを非作動化して、前記内燃機関を前記噴射モードのみで動作させる、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法。 - 前記最大圧力(Pmax)よりも低く、とりわけ前記圧力制限弁(46)の開弁圧力(Poeff)に相当する高圧が、前記高圧領域(16)内で発生するような量の燃料を、前記インジェクタ弁(42)によって噴射する、
請求項7記載の制御方法。 - 内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射システム(10)において、
前記燃料噴射システム(10)は、とりわけ請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法を実施するように構成されており、
前記燃料噴射システム(10)は、
・圧力室(22)内で動作中に下死点(UT)と上死点(OT)との間で移動する、燃料に高圧を印加するためのポンプピストン(32)を備える燃料高圧ポンプ(14)と、
・前記ポンプピストン(32)に対するカムシャフト(34)のカムシャフト角度を調節するためのカムシャフト調節器(58)を有する、前記ポンプピストン(32)を駆動するためのカムシャフト(34)と、
・前記高圧が印加された燃料を前記内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射するための少なくとも1つのインジェクタ弁(42)を備える高圧領域(16)と、
・前記高圧領域(16)内の所定の開弁圧力(Poeff)に達したときに前記高圧領域(16)から前記燃料高圧ポンプ(14)の前記圧力室(22)に燃料をリリーフするように構成された、前記高圧領域(16)内に配置された圧力制限弁(46)と、
・制御装置(26)と
を有し、前記制御装置(26)は、
−前記高圧領域(16)内の前記所定の開弁圧力(Poeff)を上回っている、前記燃料噴射システム(10)内の障害状況を識別し、
−前記ポンプピストン(32)が前記上死点(OT)に位置する第1のOT時点と、前記ポンプピストン(32)が前記上死点(OT)に位置する第2のOT時点との間に4つの均等に分布された象限(Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4)を有する1つの周期期間(tp)を特定し、
−前記インジェクタ弁(42)が燃料の噴射を開始する噴射時点(tI)を設定し、
−前記噴射時点(tI)が、前記周期期間(tp)の第2の象限(Q2)および/または前記周期期間(tp)の第3の象限(Q3)に亘っている期間内に位置するように、前記ポンプピストン(32)に対する前記カムシャフト(34)のカムシャフト角度を調節する
ように構成されている、燃料噴射システム(10)。
