Description
キシレン中の可溶性画分は、次の偏差(ISO 16152で規定されているブラケット間)を除いて、ISO 16152、 2005に従って測定した。
溶液体積は250ml(200ml)である。
25℃で30分間沈澱段階の間、溶液を最終10分間マグネチックスターラー(30分間、撹拌を一切行わずに)によってアジテーター下に維持させる。
最終乾燥ステップは、70℃(100℃)において真空下で行われる。
前記キシレン−可溶性画分の含量は、元の2.5グラムの百分率として表示され、次いで、差(100に相補的)によって、キシレン不溶性%で表示される。
プロピレン/エチレンコポリマーの13C NMR
13C NMRスペクトルは、120℃でフーリエ変換モードにおいて160.91MHzで動作する、クライオプローブが備えられたブルカー(Bruker)AV−600分光器上で取得した。
クロマトグラフィーによって測定した。
ポリマーのメルトフローレートMFRは、ISO 1133(230℃、2.16Kg)に従って測定した。
135℃においてテトラヒドロナフタレン中で測定した。
射出成形試片でIS0 178及びISO 1873−2に従う補充条件に従って測定した。
ISO 1873−2に従って及びISO 3167に従って射出成形し、エッジワイズノッチ(例えば、ISO 1873−2 ed.1989の条件1A)した試片でISO 180/Aに従って測定した。
PI=54.6×(弾性率分離)−1.76
ここで、弾性率分離(MS)は、下記のように定義される:
MS=(G’における周波数=500Pa)/(G”における周波数=500Pa)
ここで、G’は、貯蔵弾性率であり、G”は、損失弾性率である。
チーグラー・ナッタ触媒は、ヨーロッパ特許EP728769の実施例5、48〜55行に従って製造した。助触媒としてトリエチルアルルニニウム(TEAL)を使用し、外部供与体としてジシクロペンチルジメトキシシランを使用した。
Claims (12)
- プロピレンポリマー組成物であって、
A)多分散指数(P.I.)値が4.3〜4.9であり、25℃でキシレン不溶性画分が95%超過であり、また、MFR(ISO 1133、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重によるメルトフローレート)が20〜75g/10分の範囲であるプロピレンホモポリマー60重量%〜75重量%;及び
B)46.0重量%〜49.0重量%のエチレン誘導単位とのプロピレンのコポリマー25重量%〜40重量%、を含み、
前記組成物が25℃でキシレン中の可溶性画分の固有粘度が2.2〜2.9dl/gを含み;下記関係式:
MFRaは、成分A)のメルトフローレート(ISO 1133、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重によるメルトフローレート)であり、
P.I.が、成分A)の多分散指数であり、
IVは、25℃でキシレン中の可溶性画分の固有粘度であり;
Xsは、組成物の25℃でキシレン中の可溶性画分であり、
A+Bの量が、100重量%である、プロピレンホモポリマー組成物。 - 成分A)は、MFR(ISO 1133、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重によるメルトフローレート)が25〜70g/10分の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分B)は、47.0重量%〜48.5重量%のエチレン誘導単位を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 25℃でキシレン中の可溶性画分の固有粘度が、2.4〜2.9dl/gを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分A)は62重量%〜72重量%の範囲であり、成分B)は28重量%〜38重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 関係式(I)の結果が、45〜60を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物:
- 関係式(I)の結果が、50〜55を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物:
- 成分A)は63重量%〜73重量%の範囲であり、成分B)は29重量%〜37重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分A)の25℃でキシレン不溶性画分が、97重量%超過である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分B)において、プロピレンのコポリマーが、47.0重量%〜48.5重量%のエチレン誘導単位を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプロピレンポリマー組成物を使用して得られた、成形品。
- 請求項11に記載の射出成形品。
