Description
ハイーデニールである産業用繊維素材の加工のためにオーダー、製作されたなま糸のコーティング用押出機にポリケトンなま糸とPVCコーティング剤を投入した後、160℃以下のプロセス温度と500mpm以下の工程速度でポリケトンなま糸の表面にPVCコーティング剤を塗布してポリケトンコーティングなま糸を製造した。
本発明に係るポリケトンなま糸のコーティング加工前後の特性を調べるために、実施例で製造されたポリケトンコーティングなま糸を耐候性試験機(Xenon Arc Weather-Ometer Ci5000)を使用して、温度60℃、湿度60%で0.67w/m2の電力量で、1〜7日処理する方式で進行しており、処理後のKS K0520に基づいてなま糸引張強度を測定した結果について、下記表1に示した。
図3では、ポリケトンなま糸コーティング加工した後、耐候性試験前後の引張強さの比較データを示している。
図4では、ポリケトンなま糸コーティング加工した後、耐候性試験前後の伸張比較データを示している。
図5では、ポリケトンなま糸コーティング加工した後、耐候性試験前後のモジュラス比較データを示している。
Claims (1)
- なま糸コーティング用の押出機にポリ塩化ビニルコーティング剤または熱可塑性ポリウレタンコーティング剤を投入する段階;と
上記なま糸コーティング用の押出機によってポリケトンなま糸の表面にコーティング剤が塗布される手順を含み、
上記コーティング剤が塗布される手順は、160℃以下の温度、500mpm以下の工程速度で
実行され、上記ポリケトンなま糸に0.400g/m以下にコーティング剤が塗布され、
上記コーティング剤は、UV安定剤またはカラーマスターバッチチップを追加でさらに含み、
上記コーティング剤が塗布されるステップの後、ポリケトンなま糸の製織工程、機能性加工、及びコーティングからなる群から選択された1種以上の後加工工程を追加でさらに含み、
コーティングが塗布されたポリケトンなま糸は引張強度が15.48g/d、伸度が4.9%、モジュラスが405.3g/dであり、前記ポリケトンなま糸を温度60℃、湿度60%にて0.67w/m2の電力量で7日処理した後に測定した引張強度が13.86g/d、伸度が4.9%、モジュラスが383.7g/dであることを特徴とするポリケトンなま糸のコーティング加工方法。
