Description
既存の磁石ホイールは、図1に図示されたように、円形板(強磁性体)と磁石とが一緒に回転する形で用いられる。
しかし、円形板が一つでも床板との間に空間が発生すると、吸着力が急激に落ちる短所がある。
図2に図示された磁石ホイールは、図1に図示された磁石ホイールと異なる形として床板との空間が発生しても、吸着力をある程度保つ形である。
本実施例は、図7に図示されたように、付着対象物Pに用いられる場合、均衡ブロック10が回転しても、磁性体20の位置の変化がほとんどないため、磁性体20の吸着力の変化がほとんどない。
従って、均一の吸着力を保つことができる。
図8の(a)に図示された均衡ブロック10を反時計回りに90度回転させて、磁石止め板SPに磁性体20を向かわせると、図8の(b)に図示されたように、磁力線は、磁石止め板(SP、強磁性体)において作用し、付着対象物Pには、影響を及ぼすことができないので、付着対象物Pから容易にはがすことができる。
本実施例による磁石ホイール100の均衡ブロック10aは、ブロックボディー11が内部に収容されるケース17をさらに備え、縁部12をケース17に分離できるようにネジ結合したことから、前述の第一実施例と違いがある。
図17は、本実施例の活用例を概略的に図示した図面であり、本実施例は、無限軌道Mの形でも応用できる。

Claims (5)
- 均衡ブロックと;
前記均衡ブロックに設けられ、磁力で前記均衡ブロックを付着対象物に付着させる磁性体;及び
前記均衡ブロックに設けられ、前記磁性体から発生される磁場を前記付着対象物の方向へ誘導する磁気遮蔽ブロックとを含み、
前記磁気遮蔽ブロックは、
前記磁性体から発生される磁場が前記均衡ブロックの中心部の方向へ出ることを遮蔽する天井部;及び
前記天井部と連結され、前記磁性体の側面方向へ磁場が放出されることを遮断する壁部とを含み、
前記磁気遮蔽ブロックは、前記付着対象物の方向へ向かう前記磁性体の底部を除いた他の領域を全て遮蔽させ、
前記均衡ブロックは、
円形の形で設けられるブロックボディー;及び
前記ブロックボディーの縁に設けられ、前記ブロックボディーより大きな直径を有する縁部とを含み、
前記磁性体は、前記ブロックボディーに設けられており、
前記ブロックボディーには、貫通する支え軸を回転できるように支えるベアリングが設けられており、
支え軸固定部材が、前記縁部に設けられたホールに挿入され、前記支え軸を前記縁部に固定させ、
前記支え軸固定部材は、ネジ山が外周面に設けられ、前記縁部に設けられたホールに形成されたネジ山にネジ結合され、
前記磁気遮蔽ブロックは、前記ブロックボディーに結合される
磁石ホイール。 - 前記磁気遮蔽ブロックは、前記均衡ブロックに嵌め合い結合及び溶接結合のうち、選ばれた一つの方式で結合される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石ホイール。 - 前記磁気遮蔽ブロックは、前記天井部の面における法線と、前記支え軸の軸線とが垂直になるように設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石ホイール。 - 前記縁部には、摩擦部材が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石ホイール。 - 前記磁性体は、永久磁石を含む
請求項1に記載の磁石ホイール。
