Description
Claims (15)
- 切断された胸骨の露出端を被覆するための機器であって、
切断された胸骨の露出端の表面に接触し、露出端からの出血を低減するように構成された内側層と、
柔軟層幅及び柔軟層長さを有する柔軟層であって、柔軟層長さに沿う第1及び第2長尺側部を有し、第1及び第2長尺側部それぞれが、柔軟層の柔軟層長さに沿う間隔で設けられた複数のノッチを有し、柔軟層が、手術の過程で、長手方向に複数のノッチで曲がるように構成され、柔軟層が、露出した胸骨の湾曲に形状付けられ、柔軟層が、横方向において露出した胸骨の幅に形状付けられ、また、柔軟層が、内側層に接着剤を介して取り付けられる、柔軟層と、
柔軟層の柔軟層長さに沿って長手方向に配置され、また柔軟層に対して支持を与える補強材と、
補強材と柔軟層上に配置され、補強材と柔軟層を全体的に被覆する外側被覆部であって、補強材上の外側被覆部は、開創器が係合するように構成され、補強材が、柔軟層の長さに沿って開創器からの力を分配する、外側被覆部を備える、機器。 - 内側層が、柔軟層に隣接して設けられた圧縮性層を備える、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 内側層が、
柔軟層に隣接して設けられた圧縮性層;及び
圧縮性層上に設けられた止血物質層を備え、
圧縮性層は、切断された胸骨の露出端上に止血物質層を並置するべく圧縮されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の機器。 - 止血物質層が、切断端からの出血を少なくとも低減するように構成された止血物質を含む、請求項3に記載の機器。
- 内側層が内側層長さ及び内側層幅を有し、内側層は、内側層長さが、切断された胸骨の長さに一致するように、切断された胸骨の露出端に接触するように位置付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 柔軟層と内側層は、切断された胸骨の露出端に適合するように曲げられるように構成され、柔軟層幅と内側層幅は、大胸筋、脂肪組織、及び表皮の少なくとも一つに係合することなく、切断された胸骨の胸骨外皮と胸骨骨髄の表面を被覆するために十分であるように構成される、請求項5に記載の機器。
- 柔軟層は、細片と細片から離れるように延びる複数の柔軟部分を含む、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 細片は、柔軟層長さに沿って柔軟層の中央に配置され、複数の柔軟部分は、細片の各側で細片から等しい距離を延びる、請求項7に記載の機器。
- 補強材は、補強材長さを有し、補強材は、補強材の補強材長さに沿って配置された補強材ノッチを含み、補強材ノッチが、柔軟層の複数のノッチの一つに適合される、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 胸骨切開術後の患者の切断された胸骨の露出端を少なくとも部分的に被覆するための機器であって、露出端が、露出長さを有し、また、切断された胸骨の胸骨外皮と胸骨骨髄の表面を含み、胸骨切開術が、患者の大胸筋、脂肪組織、及び表皮を露出させる、前記機器は、
内側層長さと内側層幅を有し、露出端の胸骨外皮と胸骨骨髄の表面に接触し、胸骨骨髄の表面からの出血を低減するべく、内側層長さが露出端の露出長さに適合されるように位置付けられるように構成される内側層;
内側層に取り付けられると共に、柔軟層長さが内側層長さに一致し、柔軟層幅が内側層幅に一致するように位置付けられる柔軟層であって、柔軟層長さに沿う第1及び第2側部を有し、第1側部が、柔軟層長さに沿って間隔をあけて配置された第1の複数のノッチを有し、第2側部が、柔軟層長さに沿って間隔をあけて配置された第2の複数のノッチを有し、柔軟層と内側層が、手術の間、第1の複数のノッチと第2の複数のノッチで曲げられるように構成され、柔軟層と内側層が、切断された胸骨の湾曲に形状付けられ、また、柔軟層と内側層が、切断された胸骨の露出端に適合され、柔軟層幅と内側層幅が、大胸筋、脂肪組織、及び表皮の少なくとも一つに係合することなく、露出端の胸骨外皮と胸骨骨髄の表面を被覆するために十分である、柔軟層;及び
柔軟層の外面を全体的に被覆する外側被覆部であって、開創器が係合するように構成された外側被覆部を備え、
柔軟層は、柔軟層長さ及び切断された胸骨に沿って開創器からの力を分配するように構成される、機器。 - 内側層は、柔軟層に隣接して配置された圧縮性層を備える、請求項10に記載の機器。
- 内側層が、
柔軟層に隣接して設けられた圧縮性層;及び
圧縮性層上に設けられた止血物質層を備え、
圧縮性層は、切断された胸骨の露出端上に止血物質層を並置するべく圧縮されるように構成される、請求項10に記載の機器。 - 止血物質層が、切断端からの出血を少なくとも低減するように構成された止血物質を含む、請求項12に記載の機器。
- 柔軟層長さに一致する長手方向に柔軟層上に配置され、柔軟層に支持を与えるように構成された補強材を更に備える、請求項10に記載の機器。
- 外側被覆部が柔軟層上の補強材を被覆し、補強材上の外側被覆部は、開創器が係合するように構成され、補強材が、柔軟層の長さ及び切断された胸骨に沿って開創器からの力を分配し、切断された胸骨の割裂を低減する、請求項14に記載の機器。
