Claims (16)

前記視聴データの組は、スマートTV識別子と、前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツに関する番組識別子と広告識別子と、を備え、
前記方法は、
前記スマートTVで再生された前記コンテンツを、少なくとも、実況、録画、オンデマンド、オーバー・ザ・トップのいずれかに分類するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生される前記コンテンツに挿入された前記第1の広告を、少なくとも、全国的、地域的、動的のいずれかに分類するステップと、
前記メディアプラン、前記視聴データの組、前記コンテンツの分類、及び前記第1の広告の分類に従って、前記第1の広告に関する広告インプレッション数を決定するステップと、を更に備え、
前記広告インプレッション数を決定するステップは、報告するスマートTVの数を追跡されたTVの数で割り、その結果に特定市場エリアにおけるテレビ所有者数を掛けるステップを含み、
前記広告インプレッション数が地理的単位又は政治的単位における指定市場エリアのすべてに亘って足し合わされ、前記地理的単位又は政治的単位の広告インプレッションが決定される方法。 - 少なくとも2つのタイムゾーン及び少なくとも2つのTV配信メディアにまたがって、各広告に関するメディアプランを比較するステップと、
前記広告が、前記タイムゾーンと前記TV配信メディアにまたがって、同じ番組内の同じ時間位置に出現した場合は、前記同じ番組内の前記時間位置を全国的な広告スロットに分類するステップと、
前記広告が、前記タイムゾーンと前記TV配信メディアにまたがって、同じ番組内の同じ時間位置に出現しなかった場合は、前記同じ番組内の前記時間位置を非全国的な広告スロットに分類するステップと、を更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記同じ番組内の前記時間位置が非全国的なタイムスロットに分類されたとき、
前記広告が、地理的領域の全域で、前記地理的領域内のTV配信メディアのオペレータにより均一又は不均一に挿入されたと判断するステップ、を更に備える請求項2に記載の方法。 - 第1の広告のメディアプランを決定するステップは、
複数のTV配信メディア内の複数のネットワークコールサインに関し、前記ネットワークコールサインの各々に紐付いたコンテンツを分析し、前記コンテンツ内の新たな広告と既に特定された広告とを特定し、特定された広告の代表値を抽出するステップと、
前記コンテンツ内の広告に広告識別子を割り当てるステップと、
前記ネットワークコールサインに関する番組スケジュールにアクセスするステップと、を備え、
前記番組スケジュールは、前記ネットワークコールサインによって送信されたコンテンツ内の番組の開始時刻及び終了時刻を含み、
前記広告のメディアプランを決定するステップは、
前記コンテンツ内の前記番組で、前記広告識別子が発生した回数と発生した時刻とを決定するステップと、
前記番組スケジュール内で、前記第1の広告が出現した番組のサブセットを備えるメディアプランを決定するステップと、を更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ネットワークコールサインの各々に紐付いたコンテンツを分析し、前記コンテンツ内の新たな広告を特定するステップは、
前記コンテンツの一部分が、先行する部分に対して少なくとも1つのシーンチェンジを含むか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分の前に、ブランク又は黒のフレームがあるか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分に、先行する部分に対して量の変化があるか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分には、先行する部分にあった文字列スクロール部分が消えているか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分には、先行する部分にあったネットワークロゴが消えているか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分が出現した番組の開始時又は前記コンテンツの前記部分が出現した番組内の最後の広告時から起算して、特定の長さの時間が経過したか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分の前、又は後、又は前後に広告が出現したか否かと、
前記コンテンツの前記部分が、複数のインスタンスに出現したか否かと、を判断するステップを備える請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記ネットワークコールサインの各々に紐付いたコンテンツを分析し、前記コンテンツ内の新たな広告と既に特定された広告とを特定するステップは、
前記コンテンツが既に特定された広告と一致するか否か、又は前記コンテンツが広告であることの基準を満たすか否かを決定するステップと、
前記コンテンツが既に特定された広告と一致する、又は前記コンテンツが広告であることの基準を満たすと判断された場合、前記コンテンツに関するデータを記録するステップと、を備え、
前記データは、前記広告識別子、前記広告の再生時間、前記広告の開始時刻及び終了時刻、前記広告の代表値、前記広告を再生したスマートTVが存在する市場エリア、前記広告を送信したオペレータ、前記広告が出現した広告スロット、及び前記広告に対する評価支出額の中の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 広告コンテンツの代表値及び前記広告コンテンツの広告識別子と、番組コンテンツの代表値及び前記番組コンテンツの番組識別子と、をスマートTVに送信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツストリーム内の広告の、前記スマートTVによってなされた特定に関する情報を、前記スマートTVから受信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツを分類するステップと、
を更に備え、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツが時間差を伴わずにメディアプランを辿ったとき、前記コンテンツは実況に分類され、
前記特定に関する情報は、前記スマートTVに送信された広告識別子と番組識別子のサブセットを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 広告コンテンツの代表値及び前記広告コンテンツの広告識別子と、番組コンテンツの代表値及び前記番組コンテンツの番組識別子と、をスマートTVに送信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツストリーム内の広告の、前記スマートTVによってなされた特定に関する情報を、前記スマートTVから受信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツを分類するステップと、
を更に備え、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツが時間差を伴ってメディアプランを辿ったとき、前記コンテンツは録画に分類され、
前記特定に関する情報は、前記スマートTVに送信された広告識別子と番組識別子のサブセットを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 広告コンテンツの代表値及び前記広告コンテンツの広告識別子と、番組コンテンツの代表値及び前記番組コンテンツの番組識別子と、をスマートTVに送信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツストリーム内の広告の、前記スマートTVによってなされた特定に関する情報を、前記スマートTVから受信するステップと、
前記スマートTVで再生されたコンテンツがメディアプランを辿らず、かつ前記コンテンツ内の番組は既知であると判断した場合、前記コンテンツのソースを分類するステップと、
前記コンテンツ内の広告の特性を測定するステップと、
前記測定された特性に従って、前記コンテンツのソースを割り当てるステップと、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ソースは、前記スマートTVへの、オンデマンド配信、オーバー・ザ・トップ配信、又はインターネット配信を含む請求項9に記載の方法。
