Claims (24)

前記複数の電極の各々が、前記バルーンが拡張構成にある時に身体内腔の壁と接触する、請求項15に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記複数のバルーンは、第1層バルーン、第2層バルーン、及び第3層バルーンを含み、
前記第2層バルーンは、前記第1層バルーンと前記第3層バルーンの間に配置される、請求項15又は16に記載の医療デバイス。 - 複数の導電ワイヤを更に含み、
前記複数の導電ワイヤのうちの各々の第1の端部が、前記複数の電極のうちの異なる1つに電気的に結合される、請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記複数の導電ワイヤのうちの各々の第2の端部が、アブレーションエネルギ源に電気的に結合される、請求項18に記載の医療デバイス。
- 近位端、遠位端、及びそれらの間を延びる内腔を含むカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの遠位端の近くに配置された複数のバルーンと、この複数のバルーンは、前記カテーテルの周りに配置されたバネによって隣接するバルーンから付勢されており、
前記カテーテルの内腔の少なくとも一部分を通る複数のチューブであって、該複数のチューブのうちの各々の第1の端部が、前記複数のバルーンのうちの異なる1つに流体的に接続された前記複数のチューブと、

前記複数の電極の各々が、前記バルーンが拡張構成にある時に身体内腔の壁と接触する、請求項20に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記複数のバルーンは、第1層バルーン、第2層バルーン、及び第3層バルーンを含み、
前記第2層バルーンは、前記第1層バルーンと前記第3層バルーンの間に配置される、請求項20又は21に記載の医療デバイス。 - 複数の導電ワイヤを更に含み、
前記複数の導電ワイヤのうちの各々の第1の端部が、前記複数の電極のうちの異なる1つに電気的に結合される、請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記複数の導電ワイヤのうちの各々の第2の端部が、アブレーションエネルギ源に電気的に結合される、請求項23に記載の医療デバイス。
