Claims (20)
- 基礎要素に構造要素を固定する方法であって、該方法にて、前記基礎要素に深さ方向を規定し且つ面積Aの力伝達面を有する有底穴が作り出され、該有底穴が深さ方向に10mmよりも浅い深さTを有し、ここで、前記力伝達面が0°〜20°までの円錐開き半角β及び平均直径dを備えた円錐台形状をなし、前記有底穴が60°〜180°までの円錐開き角αを備えた円錐形状の底及びその開口縁にて深さ方向に0〜2mmまでの傾斜深さLで延びる斜面を有し、前記力伝達面の前記平均直径dが最大の面公差kでは少なくとも、
- 前記基礎要素は金属又は合金からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有底穴は前記深さ方向に8mmよりも浅い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記円錐開き角αは、88°〜138°の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜深さLは、0〜0.5mmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- kは0.2又は0.1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有底穴は、前記底、前記力伝達面及び前記斜面によって構成されている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は、前記有底穴内に前記力伝達面のみを介して固着されている、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は自己タッピングの外側ねじを有する、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記力伝達面は、前記外側ねじに対して補完的な内側ねじを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は前記有底穴内にて、押圧、接着、溶接、半田付け及び/又はねじ留めされている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記斜面と前記深さ方向との間の傾斜角は30°と60°との間にある、請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜角は、40°と50°との間にある、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎要素の面と深さ方向との間の打ち込み角は少なくとも80°である、請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記打ち込み角は85°又は90°である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は、金属、合金又はプラスチックからなる、請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記有底穴は前記基礎要素内に穿たれている、請求項1〜16の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は、カウンタ力伝達面を有し、前記カウンタ力伝達面は前記有底穴内で固定要素を固着するために前記力伝達面と相互に作用する、請求項1〜17の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素は、頭部を備えた軸を有する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記平均直径dはさらに、前記深さT以上である、請求項1〜19の何れかに記載の方法。
