Description
Claims (14)
- 現在の近似フルエンス面値xcurrのセットを定義するマルチリーフコリメータのためのリーフ位置の対応するセットを各コントロールポイントが有する、当該コントロールポイントの集まりを含む放射線供給計画を受け取るステップと、
対応する線量ボリュームを伴う予測フルエンス面値x*のセットを計算するステップと、
各潜在的なコントロールポイントについてのリーフ位置を表わす階層グラフ構造におけるリーフ位置の経路に関する最小コスト経路又は最短経路を介した前記予測フルエンス面値と前記現在の近似フルエンス面値との差x*−xcurrの訂正マッピングによって、リーフ位置の対応するセットを有する付加的なコントロールポイントを決定し、リーフ位置の対応するセットを有する決定された前記コントロールポイントを、前記コントロールポイントの集まりに加えるステップと、
を含み、
前記階層グラフ構造が各潜在的なコントロールポイントについての層を含み、各i番目の層は、前記マルチリーフコリメータのi番目の行におけるリーフ対を表す、放射線供給計画の方法。 - 反復の回数を含む所定の停止基準が満たされるまで、前記方法のステップを反復するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予測フルエンス面値x*のセットが、

- 前記最短経路が、
- 前記計算するステップが、近似フルエンス及び線量を計算する前に、前記集まりから前記コントロールポイントのうちの1つを除去するステップを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記階層グラフ構造が、除去された前記コントロールポイントの近接範囲内のコントロールポイントを制御するように限定される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記訂正マッピングは、各々がコントロールポイントを生み出す複数の訂正マッピングを含み、
前記加えるステップが、所定の測定基準に従って、前記決定されたコントロールポイントのうちの1つの選択を含む、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記階層グラフ構造が、各潜在的なコントロールポイントについてのノードを有する層を含み、各i番目の層は、マルチリーフコリメータ(MLC)のi番目の行におけるリーフ対を表し、層内の前記ノードは、全ての実現可能なリーフ対位置を表し、各ノードは、各ビットが、1の値をコリメートされていない、0の値をコリメートされているとしたピクセル又は開口を表す2進数列を含むベクトルbrによって表され、隣接する層のノードは、第1の重みerと正則化値とが割り当てられるグラフエッジによって接続される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記現在の近似フルエンス面値xcurrが、
- 放射線供給デバイスと、
放射線供給計画に沿って放射線を供給するように前記放射線供給デバイスを制御するコントローラと、
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを実行することによって前記放射線供給計画を決定する1つ又は複数のプロセッサと、
を含む、放射線供給システム。 - 現在の近似線量dcurrとコントロールポイントの集まりとを含む放射線供給計画を受け取るコントロールポイント管理ユニット又はコントロールポイント管理手段であって、各コントロールポイントは、現在の近似フルエンス面値xcurrのセットを定義するマルチリーフコリメータのためのリーフ位置の対応するセットを有する、コントロールポイント管理ユニット又はコントロールポイント管理手段と、
線量行列dを用いてパラメータ空間にマッピングする予測フルエンス面値x*のセットを計算する予測ユニット又は予測手段と、
各潜在的なコントロールポイントについてのリーフ位置を表わす階層グラフ構造におけるリーフ位置のマッピングの経路に関する最小コスト経路又は最短経路を介した前記予測フルエンス面値と前記現在の近似フルエンス面値との差x*−xcurrの訂正マッピングによって、リーフ位置の対応するセットを有する付加的なコントロールポイントを決定する訂正ユニット又は訂正手段と、
を備え、
前記コントロールポイント管理ユニット又は前記コントロールポイント管理手段は、さらに、リーフ位置の対応するセットを有する決定された前記コントロールポイントを、前記コントロールポイントの集まりに加え、
前記階層グラフ構造が各潜在的なコントロールポイントについての層を含み、各i番目の層は、前記マルチリーフコリメータのi番目の行におけるリーフ対を表す、
放射線供給計画のためのシステム。 - ソフトウェアを担持する非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体であって、前記ソフトウェアは、1つ又は複数の電子データ処理デバイスを制御して、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行させる、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体。
