Description
Claims (14)
- クロスヘッド(22)を有する大型2行程ターボ過給機付き圧縮点火内燃エンジン内に気体燃料を噴射するための燃料バルブ(26)用のノズル(40)であって、
主方向および軸(X)で、ノズル本体の近位端(41)にあるベース(42)からノズル本体の遠位端(44)に延びるノズル本体であって、前記ベース(42)は、前記燃料バルブ(26)に取り付けるように構成される、ノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体内で、前記遠位端(44)に、またはその近くに配置された複数のノズル穴(45)と、
前記燃料バルブ(26)から燃料を受けるために前記ベース(42)に開口する入口ポート(48)と、
前記入口ポート(48)から前記ノズル本体内へと前記主方向(X)に延在し、前記近位端(41)と前記遠位端(44)との間の中央位置まで延びる主ボア(50)とを備え、
各ノズル穴(45)は、前記主ボア(50)から前記ノズル穴(45)の1つに延びる個々の供給通路(49)によって、前記中央位置において前記主ボア(50)に流体接続されているノズル。 - 前記ノズル穴(45)がノズル軸(I、II、III、IV、V、VI)を有し、前記ノズル軸(I、II、III、IV、V、VI)が、前記主方向(X)と鈍角(α)で配置される、請求項1に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記供給通路(49)が、前記主方向(X)と平行であるか、または前記主方向(X)と鈍角である方向で前記主ボア(50)から延びる、請求項1または2に記載のノズル(40)。
- 各ノズル穴(45)は、ノズル穴(45)のノズル軸線(I、II、III、IV、V、VI)を供給通路(49)に対して鈍角または直角にして、供給通路(49)に接続されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記遠位端(44)が、平面の端部表面(47)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記平面の端部表面(47)は、円形または楕円形の輪郭を有する、請求項5に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記平面の端部表面(47)は、前記主方向(X)と鋭角(β)で配置される、請求項5または6に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記ノズル本体が、前記ベース(42)と前記遠位端(44)の間に延びる円筒形の部分(43)を備える、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記ノズル本体が、前記円筒形の部分(43)を前記端部表面(47)の輪郭に接続する湾曲した、または丸い外側表面を有する移行エリア(46)を備える、請求項8に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記ノズル穴(45)が、前記移行エリア(46)内に配置される、請求項9に記載のノズル(40)。
- 上記ノズル穴(45)が、前記端部表面(47)の輪郭周りに分散される、請求項10に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記主ボア(50)の断面積が、前記供給通路(49)の断面積より大きい、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記供給通路(49)の断面積が、前記ノズル穴(45)の断面積に等しい、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
- 前記入口ポート(48)が、前記主ボア(50)の直径より大きい直径を有するボアによって形成される、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(40)。
