Description
Claims (10)
- 金属薄板を搬送しかつ突合わせ溶接する方法であって、
任意に成形された扁平な金属薄板部材を、供給手段(12)によって、所定の一定速度vTRで連続的に水平な方向TRに動かされる少なくとも2つの搬送ベルト(3,4)に載置させて、互いに溶接されるべき2つの個別ワーク(30a,30b)の、それぞれ2つの、溶接されるべき縁部(31,32)を、できるだけ小さなギャップを形成するように互いに突き合わせて接合し、
運動可能な溶接光学系(7)を使用することができるように、保持手段(6)によって、前記搬送ベルト(3,4)の個々のセグメント(2)に分割された表面に、前記個別ワークが、長い区間Lにわたって同じ位置に保持されるように位置固定し、
溶接されたブランク(50)を除去する手段(13)を用いる、金属薄板を搬送しかつ突合わせ溶接する方法において、
高さ方向および長手方向に移動可能である運動可能な溶接光学系(7)をさらに用い、
溶接前のシームジオメトリを監視しかつ溶接後の溶接シームを監視するための定位置固定の手段(8,9,10)が設けられており、
前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)は、上方からの接近が確保されるように下側からのみ緊定されており、
溶接されるべき個別ワーク(30a,30b)の溶接時に、少なくとも1つの運動可能な溶接光学系(7)を、溶接シーム(51)を形成しつつ、前記搬送ベルト(3,4)の速度vTRから溶接速度vSだけ減じられた速度に等しい速度vOSで、搬送方向TRと同じ長手方向SROに動かし、
前記両個別ワーク(30a,30b)の溶接によって溶接されたブランク(50)が形成された後に、前記少なくとも1つの運動可能な溶接光学系(7)を、前記搬送ベルト(3,4)の搬送速度vTRの数倍に相当する速度vORで、搬送方向TRとは逆向きの長手方向RROに、溶接されるべき次の溶接シームの開始点OSAにまで長手方向に動かす
ことを特徴とする、金属薄板を搬送しかつ突合わせ溶接する方法。 - 前記搬送ベルト(3,4)を、チェーン駆動装置によって少なくとも1つの駆動ピニオン(1)を介して駆動し、前記搬送ベルト(3,4)の個々の前記セグメント(2)は、磁極プレートとして設計されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記保持手段(6)は、運動不可能な磁気的な保持手段、好ましくは永久磁石として、または遮断可能な永久磁石として、または電磁石として、または真空モジュールとして、形成されている、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 溶接されるべき前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)を前記搬送ベルト(3,4)上に位置固定するために、接続・遮断可能に設計された制御ユニットを介して前記保持手段(6)を接続し、前記保持手段(6)に電流を印加し、これにより磁束を発生させ、前記保持手段(6)を介して磁束を前記セグメント(2)に伝達し、溶接後に、溶接されたブランク(50)を固定解除するために、電流を遮断することによって前記磁束を遮断することができる、請求項1を引用する請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記磁束は、前記保持手段(6)と前記セグメント(2)と金属製の前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)とを介して閉じられており、これにより約10〜12N/cm2の範囲の高い力Fを前記個別ワークに加えて、前記個別ワーク(30a,30b,40,50)を、搬送中に片側で下方から前記搬送ベルト(3,4)上に位置固定する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記個別ワーク(30a)の緊定により、前記個別ワーク(30b)に磁力を加える磁束を発生させ、これによって、溶接されるべき前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)の間のギャップ閉鎖を行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カメラによって、溶接されるべき前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)の間の残留ギャップの監視を行い、溶接されるべき前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)の間の最小ギャップ(43)のギャップ閉鎖を、溶接されるべき前記個別ワーク(30a,30b)の間に付加線材を供給することによって行う、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記搬送ベルト(3,4)が、ベルト駆動装置またはシャトル駆動装置としても形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 自動車産業において自動車のボディを製造するための請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法を使用して、ボディ製造におけるテーラードブランクを製造する方法。
