Claims (6)
- 電気トルクモータと、油圧ブロックに入る油圧油の流れを制御するように配置された可撓性部材および剛性ビームと、差圧に応答した軸方向運動のために前記油圧ブロック内に摺動装着されたスプールと、
前記スプールの運動に応答して復帰力を伝送するように、その一端(E)が前記ビームに直接連結されたフィードバックバネと、
を備え、
前記トルクモータは、前記剛性ビームに連結されるとともに電気入力に応答して前記ビームおよび可撓性部材を偏向するために可動である、駆動部材を含み、
前記フィードバックバネは、その他端(F)が、前記スプールを軸方向に通過する一対のネジ(16)の間に締結されることにより、前記スプールに固定して取り付けられ、それにより、前記油圧ブロック内の前記スプールの半径方向変位を吸収するように配置された、一体型バネ部材であり、
前記フィードバックバネは、前記ビームに直接連結された前記一端(E)から半径方向に延在し、次いで前記スプールに向かって垂直方向に延在し、次いで前記他端(F)へと半径方向に延在しており、
前記一体型バネ部材は、析出硬化型ステンレス鋼、オーステナイト・ステンレス鋼合金、時効硬化のニッケル基超合金、または炭素鋼ピアノ線で作成されるとともに、前記油圧ブロック内で前記スプールの半径方向変位に確実に抵抗する曲げ剛性を有する、電気油圧サーボ弁。 - 1つまたは複数のスペーサが、前記ネジと前記フィードバックバネとの間に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記一体型バネ部材は、金属接続部によって前記ビームに固定して取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記一体型バネ部材は、前記スプールの前記軸方向運動によって生成される最小曲げ半径が直径の半分を下回らないように選択された前記直径を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記一体型バネ部材は、少なくとも140GPa、150GPa、160GPa、170GPa、180GPa、180GPa、190GPa、または200GPaの弾性係数を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記一体型バネ部材は、少なくとも1200MPa、1300MPa、1400MPa、1500MPa、1600MPa、1700MPa、または1800MPaの最終引張強度を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁。
