Claims (5)
- 複数の針状部品に同時に電解メッキを施工するための電解メッキ装置であって、
管壁に複数の貫通孔を設けその下端部を金属電極で閉塞しその内部に針状部品を略鉛直に保持し得る管状容器と、
前記管状容器を略鉛直方向に保ったままメッキ浴中において振動させる振動機構と、を含むことを特徴とする電解メッキ装置。 - 前記振動機構は、前記管状容器に振動を与える振動装置と、前記振動装置を吊下する弾性支持体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解メッキ装置。
- 複数の針状部品に同時に電解メッキを施工するための電解メッキ方法であって、
金属電極上に前記針状部品を略鉛直に保持しつつメッキ浴中に浸漬し、前記メッキ浴及び前記金属電極の間に通電し、前記金属電極を振動させてこの上で前記針状部品のそれぞれを略鉛直に保持しつつ運動させることを特徴とする電解メッキ方法。 - 前記針状部品のそれぞれを長手方向の軸線の周囲で回転運動させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電解メッキ方法。
- 管壁に複数の貫通孔を設けその下端部を前記金属電極で閉塞した管状容器の内部に前記針状部品を略鉛直に保持させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電解メッキ方法。
