Claims (18)
- パウチ外装材の外周部が封止され、中央部に電極組立体が収納されるように構成されたパウチ型二次電池の電極リードであって、
少なくとも一部が、電気伝導性材質からなり、前記電極組立体の電極タブと接触し、前記パウチ外装材の封止部に介される内側リードと、
前記内側リードよりも外側に配置され、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質からなり、外部装置と接続可能な外部端子を提供し、前記パウチ外装材の封止部に介され、前記内側リードと部分的に接触し、かつ前記パウチ型二次電池の内圧増加時、一部の形態が変形されて前記内側リードとの接触部分が分離されるように構成された外側リードと、を含むことを特徴とする電極リード。 - 前記内側リードは、電気伝導性材質からなり、前記電極組立体の電極タブと接触可能に構成されたタブ接触部と、電気伝導性材質の板状に構成され、前記タブ接触部の外側で前記タブ接触部と電気的に接続された内側接触部と、前記内側接触部の周縁に沿って位置し、前記パウチ外装材の封止部の内部に介されるように構成された内側周縁部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側リードは、電気伝導性材質の板状に構成され、少なくとも一部が前記内側接触部に接触し、前記パウチ型二次電池の内圧増加時、前記内側接触部と分離可能に構成された外側接触部と、前記外側接触部と電気的に接続され、前記パウチ外装材の外部に露出して前記外部装置が接続される端子部と、前記外側接触部の周縁に沿って位置し、前記パウチ外装材の封止部の内部に介されて前記封止部に接触し固定されるように構成された外側周縁部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側接触部は、少なくとも一部が内方へ曲げられ、前記内側接触部と部分的に接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側接触部は、曲げられた部分の内側端部が扁平に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電極リード。
- 前記内側接触部には、内外方向へ貫通した形態の結合孔が形成され、
前記外側接触部は、前記結合孔の外周縁に沿って前記内側接触部に接触することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極リード。 - 前記パウチ型二次電池の内圧増加時、前記端子部及び前記外側周縁部の位置は固定された状態で、前記外側接触部が外方へ移動して前記内側接触部と分離されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側リードは、前記外側周縁部の外側端部に位置して前記外側接触部の外側を覆い、前記外側接触部から所定距離で離隔して配置され、前記外側接触部との間に空間を形成する外側蓋部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側蓋部は、内外方向へ貫通した形態の外側貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電極リード。
- 前記内側周縁部及び前記外側周縁部は、楕円のリング状に構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記内側接触部には、前記外側接触部との接触部分の外部に内外方向へ貫通された形態の内側貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 前記外側接触部には、前記内側接触部との接触部分の外部に一つ以上の切欠きが形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極リード。
- 電気絶縁性材質からなり、リング状に形成されて前記内側リードの周縁と前記外側リードの周縁との間に配置されることで、前記内側リードの周縁と前記外側リードの周縁とを電気的に絶縁する絶縁部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極リード。
- 前記内側リードと前記外側リードとは、相互接触部分が溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極リード。
- 前記内側リード及び前記外側リードと前記パウチ外装材の封止部との間に介され、前記内側リード及び前記外側リードと前記パウチ外装材の封止部とを接着する封止フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極リード。
- 請求項1〜15のうちいずれか一項に記載の電極リードを含むパウチ型二次電池。
- 請求項16に記載のパウチ型二次電池を含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項17に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
