Claims (7)
- 電力変換回路を備えた複数のパワーユニットと、前記複数のパワーユニットへの電力入出力を行う複数の電線と、前記複数のパワーユニットに液体冷媒を供給する冷却装置と、前記複数のパワーユニットと前記冷却装置を接続する複数の配管を備えた電力変換装置であって、
電力変換装置の中央部に、前記複数の電線と、前記複数の配管を集約する空間を設け、
前記複数のパワーユニットに前記複数の電線を接続する主回路端子と、前記複数のパワーユニットに前記複数の配管を接続する複数のパワーユニット側配管コネクタと、前記冷却装置に前記複数の配管を接続する複数の冷却装置側配管コネクタを、前記空間に接する位置に設置することを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記複数の冷却装置側配管コネクタは前記冷却装置の底面側に設置され、
前記複数の配管は、前記複数のパワーユニット側配管コネクタから、前記空間の下部を通って前記複数の冷却装置側配管コネクタに接続され、
前記複数の電線は、前記複数のパワーユニットの主回路端子から、前記空間の上部を通って、電力変換装置の入力と出力に接続されることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記冷却装置は、液体冷媒を冷却する放熱器と、放熱器に冷却風を供給する送風機と、液体冷媒を循環させるポンプと、前記複数のパワーユニットに液体冷媒を分配して供給する分配管と、前記複数のパワーユニットから液体冷媒を受け取る集約管で構成され、
前記分配管と、前記集約管には前記複数の冷却装置側配管コネクタが設置されて、前記冷却装置の底面側に設置され、
前記送風機は、前記放熱器の風下側に設置され、
冷却風は電力変換装置の側面側から前記放熱器に供給され、前記放熱器と前記分配管と前記集約管の間の空間を通過して、電力変換装置の底面側から排気されることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記分配管と前記集約管に設置される前記複数の冷却装置側配管コネクタは、千鳥状に配置されることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記冷却装置に液体冷媒を注入あるいは排出するためのバルブが、電力変換装置の側面側あるいは底面側の少なくとも1箇所に設置されることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記複数のパワーユニットは、電力変換装置から各々が着脱可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置であって、
鉄道車両の床下に設置されることを特徴とする、電力変換装置。
