Description

Claims (23)
- 眼科用システムのための患者インターフェースであって、
前記眼科用システムの遠位端に前記患者インターフェースを取り付けるように構成される取付部分と、
眼に前記患者インターフェースをドッキングするように構成される接触部分と、
前記接触部分に結合された接触要素であって、
前記眼への前記患者インターフェースのドッキングの一部として、前記眼の角膜の表面に接触するように構成され、かつ
中央曲率半径Rcを有する中央部分及び周辺曲率半径Rpを有する周辺部分を有し、RcがRpより小さい、接触要素と、を備え、
前記中央部分及び前記周辺部分が、前記ドッキングの間において前記眼の中央−角膜を延伸させるように構成された、6〜9mmの範囲内にある中央−直径Dcを有する縁において接合され、前記中央−直径Dcは前記眼の周辺−角膜の直径より小さく、前記周辺−角膜の直径は10mm〜12mmの範囲にある、患者インターフェース。 - Rcが、6.6mm〜9.1mmの範囲にあり、Rpが、8.8mm〜10.8mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- Rcが、7.1mm〜8.1mmの範囲にあり、Rpが、9.3mm〜10.3mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触部分が、
前記中央部分と前記角膜との間の接触空間からの空気の圧出を補助するように構成される脱出構造を備える、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記接触要素の近位面に対応し、かつ
前記眼へのドッキング時に前記接触要素の5%超の半径方向の変形を防止するように構成される、剛性遠位レンズと、
外周に沿って前記接触要素を前記接触部分に固着し、かつ
前記眼へのドッキング時に前記接触要素の5%超の側方拡大を防止するように構成される、固着構造と、を備える、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記接触要素が、前記接触部分に挿入されるように構成され、かつ
前記接触部分が、前記接触要素の前記挿入を受容するように構成される、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記接触部分が、
前記接触要素の近位面の近位曲率半径の5%以内の遠位曲率半径を有する、遠位面を有する剛性遠位レンズであって、
その挿入時に前記接触要素との延長した接触を形成し、かつ
前記眼へのドッキング時に前記接触要素の5%超の半径方向の変形を防止するように構成される、剛性遠位レンズを備える、請求項6に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記接触部分が、
固着溝、支持リム、挿入構造、インターロック構造、スライドイン構造、ポップイン構造、ロックイン構造のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、固着構造を備え、
固着構造が、
前記挿入した接触要素を前記接触部分にしっかりと固着し、かつ
前記眼へのドッキング時に前記接触要素の5%超の側方拡大を防止するように構成される、請求項6に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 遠位レンズ、固着構造、前記接触要素の材料、及び前記中央曲率半径Rcが、前記眼に前記患者インターフェースをドッキングする際、前記眼の角膜の曲率半径の変化が前記中央曲率半径の変化より大きい(△R(中央−角膜)>△Rc)ように選択される、請求項6に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素が、前記角膜の前記表面に潤滑膜を形成する接触材料を含む、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素の表面が、親水性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素が、70%を上回る含水量を有するヒドロゲルを含む、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素が、50〜70%の範囲の含水量を有するヒドロゲルを含む、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素が、30〜50%の範囲の含水量を有するヒドロゲルを含む、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触要素が、1.32〜1.44の範囲の水和屈折率を有する、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記接触部分が、
吸引システムに結合され、
前記吸引システムからの吸引を受容し、かつ
前記眼に前記患者インターフェースをドッキングするために、前記患者インターフェースと前記眼との間の接触空間に前記吸引システムの前記吸引を適用するように構成される、吸引リングを備える、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記取付部分及び前記接触部分が、前記患者インターフェースの統合部分である、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記取付部分が、前記接触部分から分離し、
前記取付部分が、前記接触部分が前記眼にドッキングされた後に、前記接触部分に結合されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。 - 前記接触要素が、前記中央部分と前記周辺部分との間に、中間曲率半径Riを有する中間部分を備え、Rc<Ri<Rpである、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- Rcが、7〜9mmの範囲にあり、Riが、8〜12mmの範囲にあり、Rpが、10〜14mmの範囲にある、請求項19に記載の患者インターフェース。
- Dcは、前記眼の中央−角膜の直径より大きい、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記縁は、前記眼の前記周辺−角膜に接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
- 前記縁は、ドッキング時、前記眼の中央−角膜を伸ばすように構成される、請求項1に記載の患者インターフェース。
