Claims (5)
- 基準の照射面上の所定の照射位置に、第1方向に延び、且つ、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に所定の線幅を有するライン状の光を照射する光照射装置であって、
基板と、前記基板上に前記第1方向に沿って所定間隔毎に並べられ、前記基板面と直交する方向に光軸の向きを揃えて配置された複数の光源と、前記各光源の光路上に配置され、前記各光源からの光を所定の拡がり角の光となるように整形する複数の光学素子と、をそれぞれ有する複数の発光ユニットを備え、
前記複数の発光ユニットは、前記第1方向から見たときに、各発光ユニットから出射される光の光路中心が前記照射位置において交わるように、前記照射位置を中心とした円弧上に配置され、
前記各発光ユニットから出射される光は、前記照射面上において、前記所定の線幅よりも広い、所定の照射幅を有し、
前記各発光ユニットから出射される光の前記第2方向の照射強度分布は、略正規分布であり、前記照射面に対して垂直な方向の所定の範囲内において互いにオーバーラップしている
ことを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記各発光ユニットから出射される光の光路長をaとし、前記照射幅をbとし、前記各光学素子の有効径をcとし、前記拡がり角を±θとしたときに、以下の条件式(1)を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
tanθ=(b−c)/2a ・・・ (1) - 前記拡がり角が、±10°〜±40°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記複数の発光ユニットは、前記第1方向から見たときに、前記照射位置における垂線を対称軸として、線対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記光が、紫外線硬化樹脂に作用する波長の光であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
