Claims (14)
- 喫煙物品のための独立自立型可燃性多層熱源を製造する方法であって、
第1型穴を定めて該第1型穴内に取り出し可能要素を含む金型を与える段階と、
前記第1型穴に第1粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
第1粒子状成分に第1圧縮力を印加することにより、第1圧縮段階で該第1粒子状成分を第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の第1層を形成する段階と、
前記第1層の形成後に前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型に1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加粒子状成分を入れ、それまで前記取り出し可能要素が占めていた空間を該1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加粒子状成分の一部分が占める段階と、
前記取り出し可能要素の取り出し後に1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加圧縮段階で前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加層を形成し、前記第1層が、実質的に該第1軸と平行な第1インタフェースに沿って該1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加層のうちの1つに接触し、かつ該第1層が、実質的に該第1軸と垂直な第2インタフェースに沿って該1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加層のうちの1つと接触する段階と、
前記金型から前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源を取り出す段階と、
を含み、
前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加圧縮段階は、前記金型から前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源を取り出す前に、前記第1層を形成するために前記第1粒子状成分に印加する前記第1圧縮力よりも大きい圧縮力を前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加粒子状成分に印加する段階を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記取り出し可能要素の取り出し後に1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加圧縮段階で前記1つ又はそれよりも多くの追加粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の第2層及び該独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の第3層を形成し、前記第1層が、該第1軸と実質的に平行な第1インタフェースに沿って該第2層と接触し、かつ該第1層が、該第1軸に実質的に垂直な第2インタフェースに沿って該第3層と接触する段階、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1層の形成後に前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型の一部分及び前記第1層の一部分によって定められる第2型穴に第2粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
第2圧縮力を印加することにより、第2圧縮段階で前記第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第2層を形成する段階と、
前記金型の一部分、前記第1層の一部分、及び前記第2層の一部分によって定められる第3型穴に第3粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
第3圧縮力を印加することにより、第3の圧縮段階で前記第3粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第3層を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記第3層を形成するために前記第3粒子状成分に印加する前記第3圧縮力は、前記第1層を形成するために前記第1粒子状成分に印加する前記第1圧縮力及び前記第2層を形成するために前記第2粒子状成分に印加する前記第2圧縮力よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1型穴内の前記取り出し可能要素の周りに前記第1粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第1圧縮段階で前記第1粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記取り出し可能要素を外接する前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の外側第1層を形成する段階と、
前記外側第1層の形成後に前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型の一部分及び前記外側第1層の内面によって定められる第2型穴に前記第2粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第2圧縮段階で前記第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記外側第1層によって外接される前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の内側第2層を形成する段階と、
前記金型の一部分、前記外側第1層の一部分、及び前記内側第2層の一部分によって定められる第3型穴に前記第3粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第3の圧縮段階で前記第3粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第3層を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 実質的に円筒形の第1型穴を定めて該実質的に円筒形の第1型穴に実質的に円筒形の取り出し可能要素を含む金型を与える段階と、
前記実質的に円筒形の第1型穴内の前記実質的に円筒形の取り出し可能要素の周りに前記第1粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第1圧縮段階で前記第1粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記実質的に円筒形の取り出し可能要素に外接する前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層を形成する段階と、
前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層の形成後に前記実質的に円筒形の第1型穴から前記実質的に円筒形の取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型の一部分及び前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層の内側環状面によって定められる実質的に円筒形の第2型穴に前記第2粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第2圧縮段階で前記第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層によって外接される前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の実質的に円筒形の内側第2層を形成する段階と、
前記金型の一部分、前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層の一部分、及び前記実質的に円筒形の内側第2層の一部分によって定められる第3型穴に前記第3粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第3の圧縮段階で前記第3粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第3層を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記第2圧縮段階で前記第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して、前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層と比べて高さが減少した実質的に円筒形の内側第2層を形成する段階と、
前記金型の一部分、前記実質的に円筒形の環状外側第1層の内側環状面及び端面、及び前記実質的に円筒形の内側第2層の端面によって定められる第3型穴に前記第3粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第3の圧縮段階で前記第3粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第3層を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第2粒子状成分と前記第3粒子状成分は、組成が同じであることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2粒子状成分と前記第3粒子状成分は、組成が異なることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2粒子状成分と前記第3粒子状成分は、物理特性が異なることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層の形成後に前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型の一部分及び前記第1層の一部分によって定められる第2型穴に第2粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記金型の一部分、前記第1層の一部分、及び前記第2粒子状成分の一部分によって定められる第3型穴に第3粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第2層を形成し、かつ前記第3粒子状成分に第2圧縮力を印加することにより、第2圧縮段階で同時に該第3粒子状成分を該第1軸に沿って圧縮して該独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の前記第3層を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記第2層及び前記第3層を形成するために前記第3粒子状成分に印加する前記第2圧縮力は、前記第1層を形成するために前記第1粒子状成分に印加する前記第1圧縮力よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1層の形成後に前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階と、
前記金型の一部分及び前記第1層の一部分によって定められる第2型穴に第2粒子状成分を入れる段階と、
前記第2粒子状成分に第2圧縮力を印加することにより、第2圧縮段階で該第2粒子状成分を前記第1軸に沿って圧縮して前記独立自立型可燃性多層熱源の第2層を形成し、前記第1層が、該第1軸と実質的に平行な第1インタフェースに沿って該第2層に接触し、かつ該第1層が、該第1軸と実質的に垂直な第2インタフェースに沿って該第2層に接触する段階と、
を含み、
前記第2層を形成するために前記第2粒子状成分に印加する前記第2圧縮力は、前記第1層を形成するために前記第1粒子状成分に印加する前記第1圧縮力よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1粒子状成分と前記第2粒子状成分は、組成が異なることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1粒子状成分と前記第2粒子状成分は、物理特性が異なることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記金型は開放した上端を有し、前記方法は、前記第1層の形成後に該金型の開放した上端を通って前記第1型穴から前記取り出し可能要素を取り出す段階を含む、前記方法。
