Description
Claims (13)
- 以下のものを組み合わせて備えるリリーフバルブであって、
ルーメンの端部に形成された環状シートを有する上部本体、
前記環状シートの上に置かれた環状オーリングが配置された環状溝を有しているポペット、
前記上部本体内に前記ポペットを保持するための排気リングであって、前記リリーフバルブの開閉中において前記ポペットが上下方向に往復運動を行うように前記ポペットを位置決めする排気リング、
前記排気リングを所定位置に確保するための前記上部本体に付けられたキャップ、および
前記キャップの下側の中に保持されたコイル最上部と、前記ポペットの縁部の内部に保持されたコイル最下部とを有するスプリング、を備え、
前記排気リングは、前記ポペットが開成および閉成における上昇および下降して、前記ポペットの縁部の周りの流体の流れの排気率を規定し、そして前記ポペットのクラッキング圧と実質的に同じ、またはクラッキング圧より僅かに低いレシート圧を達成するように構成されたリリーフバルブ。 - 前記ポペットは、概ね凹部形状部分を有し、凹部形状部分がその内部中心から延びた直立の突起を有し、前記突起は、半球状の外観形状に形成された複数の内側ウェブと、前記上部本体のルーメンから内側に僅かに先細りの複数の外側ウェブと、を備えた、請求項1に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記キャップは、前記キャップを所定位置に確実に保持するように、前記上部本体の外縁部に形成された対応するスロットに嵌め込む複数のタブを備え、前記キャップは、前記キャップが前記上部本体に付けられるとき、前記排気リングを所定位置に安定させるために下方へ延びた複数のレグを更に備えた、請求項2に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記外側ウェブに接合された前記排気リングは、前記ポペットが前記キャップの内部で整列せずに横向きに傾くことなく上方に往復運動することを保証するよう構成された請求項3に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記排気リングは、前記ポペットの外径より僅かに大きな直径の環状の円形壁を備え、円形壁の中で前記ポペットが上下方向に往復運動するように構成された請求項1に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記環状の円形壁の上端は、一連の交互に形成されたクレネルとマーランを有する銃眼状の壁を備えており、前記クレネルとマーランは、前記ポペットが前記排気リングの内部で上昇するにつれて、前記ポペットの周囲の増加する断面排気領域と、前記ポペットが前記排気リングの内部を下降するにつれて、前記ポペットの周囲の減少する断面排気領域と、を互いに規定した請求項5に記載されたリリーフバルブ。
- 前記環状シートの上部外側エッジ上に配置された前記排気リングの前記環状の壁の周りに一体的に形成されたカラーをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記カラーは、複数の取付孔を備えており、前記取付孔は、前記環状シートの上部外側エッジの縁部から上方に延びる対応する複数の取付ポストにフィットするように取り付けられるように配置された請求項7に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記カラーを更に中心に配置するように、前記上部外側エッジの前記縁部の周囲に上方に延びる複数の弓形レッジを更に含む請求項8に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記カラーは、複数の弾性バネ部を更に含み、前記複数の弾性バネ部は、前記排気リングの前記カラーが前記上部外側エッジ上に密着配置の維持を保証するように、前記キャップの下側から延びるそれぞれの従属レグに対向するよう整列された請求項9に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記クレネルの少なくともいくつかは、階段状の形式を備える請求項6に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記クレネルの前記階段状の形式は、下部階段状部分および上部階段状部分を備える請求項11に記載のリリーフバルブ。
- 前記下部階段状部分は、前記上部階段状部分より小さい半径を含む請求項12に記載のリリーフバルブ。
