Claims (15)
- 遠位端および近位端を有し、一部または全部が、折畳み状態と拡張状態との間を移動できる生検針と、
遠位端および近位端を有するシースと
を備える装置であって、
前記生検針は、前記折畳み状態において、前記シース内に収容され、前記拡張状態において、少なくとも前記生検針の前記遠位端が前記シースの前記遠位端から延び、
前記生検針には2つ以上のスリーブが設けられ、それらは前記折畳み状態において少なくとも部分的に重なり合い、前記拡張状態において、試料採取のために、前記折畳み状態における半径に対して増加した半径が生じるように円筒状に拡張し、
前記拡張状態における前記生検針の前記遠位端の断面は略円形断面である、装置。 - 前記針の最遠端は面取り縁である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブは、前記針の前記遠位端である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブは、前記針のシャフトに連結される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記針の全長に亘り前記2つ以上のスリーブが延設される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブはニチノール製である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブは、前記拡張形状において略円錐形である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記生検針が前記シース内で折畳み状態に戻ると、採取された試料コアは細長くなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブの内面には、前記生検針の中心に向かって延びる保持機構が設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つ以上のスリーブの内面には、前記生検針の前記近位端に向かって延びる保持機構が設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 遠位端および近位端を有し、一部または全部が、退避構成と拡張構成との間を移動できる生検針と、
遠位端、近位端、およびそれらの間に延びる長手方向軸を有するシースと、
前記生検針が前記シースの前記長手方向軸に沿って動くと、前記生検針の回転軸のまわりに前記生検針を回転させる、前記生検針および前記シースと連通する回転機構と
を備える装置であって、
前記生検針は、前記退避構成において、部分的および/または全体的に前記シース内に位置し、前記拡張構成において、前記遠位端が前記長手方向軸に沿って軸方向に延び、
前記生検針には2つ以上のスリーブが設けられ、それらは前記退避構成において少なくとも部分的に重なり合い、前記拡張構成において前記退避構成に対して断面積が増加するように拡張する、装置。 - 前記回転機構は、前記生検針を回転させ、かつ前記生検針を軸方向に動かす、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記回転機構は、前記シースの一部および前記生検針の一部であり、それらは、前記回転軸のまわりに前記生検針の前記回転をもたらすために互いに相補的である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記回転機構は、前記生検針の前記回転をもたらす施条である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記回転機構は、前記生検針が前記近位端から前記遠位端に向かって、および前記遠位端から前記近位端に向かって延びると、前記回転軸のまわりに回転する、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
