Description
本出願は、米国特許仮出願第61/666,353号(2012年6月29日出願)および米国特許非仮出願第13/781,140号(2013年2月28日出願)の出願日の利益を主張する。これらの開示は参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (15)
- 近位端、遠位端、前記近位端に隣接した弁輪セクション、および前記遠位端に隣接した大動脈セクションを有する、折畳み可能かつ拡張可能なステントであって、複数の支柱を備える、ステントと、
前記ステントに配置され、選択された前記支柱に結合される複数の交連特徴であって、各々が、第1の幅を有する近位端および第2の幅を有する遠位端を有する本体であって、前記第1の幅は前記第2の幅より広く、前記選択された支柱が前記本体の前記遠位端から前記ステントの遠位端に向けて延びる上方の支柱を有する本体、ならびに前記本体に少なくとも1つのアイレットを備える、複数の交連特徴と、
複数の弁尖を備えた折畳み可能かつ拡張可能な弁アセンブリであって、前記弁尖の少なくとも1つは少なくとも1つの縫合糸によって少なくとも1つの前記アイレットおよび少なくとも1つの前記上方の支柱の両方に結合される、弁アセンブリと
を含む、人工心臓弁。 - 前記選択された支柱は、前記本体の前記近位端から前記ステントの近位端に向けて延びるさらなる2つの下方の支柱をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの弁尖はさらに前記さらなる2つの下方の支柱に結合される、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 各本体は、2つのアイレット、および前記2つのアイレット間に形成される中央リブ部を有する、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの縫合糸は、前記中央リブ部周りに縫合糸のループを含む、請求項3に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの縫合糸は、前記中央リブ部周りに縫合糸の4つのループを含む、請求項4に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 2つの弁尖は各交連特徴に結合される、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの縫合糸は、前記本体の前記近位端と前記本体の前記遠位端を通る中心軸を中心に対称であるというパターンで適用される、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 近位端、遠位端、前記近位端に隣接した弁輪セクション、および前記遠位端に隣接した大動脈セクションを有する、折畳み可能かつ拡張可能なステントであって、前記ステントは複数の支柱を備え、前記複数の支柱は、上方の支柱を有し、前記ステントはさらに前記上方の支柱に結合される複数の交連特徴を備え、各交連特徴は第1の幅を有する近位端および第2の幅を有する遠位端を有する本体を備え、前記第1の幅は前記第2の幅より広く、ならびに前記本体に少なくとも1つのアイレットを備え、前記上方の支柱が前記本体の前記遠位端から前記ステントの遠位端に向けて延びる、ステントを備える工程と、
折畳み可能かつ拡張可能な弁アセンブリを前記ステントに結合する工程であって、前記弁アセンブリは複数の弁尖を備え、前記結合する工程には少なくとも1つの前記弁尖を、少なくとも1つの縫合糸によって前記少なくとも1つのアイレットおよび前記少なくとも1つの上方の支柱の両方に結合することを含む、結合する工程と
を含む、人工心臓弁を組み立てる方法。 - 前記複数の支柱は、さらに前記本体の前記近位端から前記ステントの近位端に延びる2つの下方の支柱を含み、前記結合する工程は前記少なくとも1つの弁尖を前記2つの下方の支柱に結合することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。

- 前記少なくとも1つの縫合糸は、前記上方の支柱または前記下方の支柱の一つに隣接して結ばれた2つのテールを含む、請求項2に記載の人工心臓弁。
