Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国特許仮出願第61/666,353号(2012年6月29日出願)および米国特許非仮出願第13/781,140号(2013年2月28日出願)の出願日の利益を主張する。これらの開示は参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (18)
- 近位端、遠位端、前記近位端に隣接した弁輪セクション、および前記遠位端に隣接した大動脈セクションを有する、折畳み可能かつ拡張可能なステントであって、複数の支柱を備える、ステントと、
前記ステントに配置され、選択された前記支柱に結合される複数の交連特徴であって、各々が近位端および遠位端を有する本体、ならびに前記本体に少なくとも1つのアイレットを備える、交連特徴と、
複数の弁尖を備えた折畳み可能かつ拡張可能な弁アセンブリであって、前記弁尖の少なくとも1つは縫合糸パターンによって少なくとも1つの前記アイレットおよび前記選択された支柱の少なくとも1つに結合される、弁アセンブリと
を含む、人工心臓弁。 - 前記選択された支柱には、前記本体の前記遠位端に結合される2つの支柱を含み、前記少なくとも1つの弁尖は前記2つの支柱に結合される、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記選択された支柱は、前記本体の前記近位端に結合されるさらなる2つの支柱をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの弁尖はさらに前記さらなる2つの支柱に結合される、請求項2に記載の人工心臓弁。

- 近位端、遠位端、前記近位端に隣接した弁輪セクション、および前記遠位端に隣接した大動脈セクションを有する、折畳み可能かつ拡張可能なステントを準備する工程であって、前記ステントは複数の支柱および前記ステントに配置され、選択された前記支柱に結合される複数の交連特徴を備え、各交連特徴は近位端および遠位端を有する本体、ならびに前記本体に少なくとも1つのアイレットを備える、準備する工程と、
折畳み可能かつ拡張可能な弁アセンブリを前記ステントに結合する工程であって、前記弁アセンブリは複数の弁尖を備え、前記結合する工程には少なくとも1つの前記弁尖を、縫合糸パターンによって前記少なくとも1つのアイレットおよび前記選択された支柱の少なくとも1つに結合することを含む、結合する工程と
