Claims (12)
- 液状のかつガス状の媒体に対する減圧弁(1)であって、該減圧弁(1)が、少なくとも1つの上側部分(3)および下側部分(4)から成るハウジング(2)と、ピストン用孔(6)を有する内側ハウジング(5)と、ハウジング(2)を、流体が存在しない領域と、流体が通流する領域とに分割するためのダイヤフラム(7)と、スピンドル(9)、ばね受け(10)、ばねホルダ(22)および少なくとも1つのばね(11)を有する圧力調整ユニット(8)と、固定手段(12)と、ピストン(13)とを有しており、該ピストン(13)とダイヤフラム(7)とが、固定手段(12)によって互いに結合されており、ピストン(13)が、ピストン用孔(6)内に配置されており、ピストン(13)とピストン用孔(6)との間に、シールのために、少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(14)が配置されている、液状のかつガス状の媒体のための減圧弁において、
ピストン(13)が、一体形に形成されており、シールエレメント(14)が、ピストン(13)に一体にまたは内側ハウジング(5)に一体に配置されており、この場合に、シールエレメント(14)がピストン(13)と一体に、若しくはシールエレメント(14)が内側ハウジング(5)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、液状のかつガス状の媒体のための減圧弁。 - ピストン(13)が、ピストン用孔(6)内に摺動可能に配置されている、請求項1記載の減圧弁。
- 内側ハウジング(5)が、ピストン(13)に沿って摺動可能に配置されている、請求項1記載の減圧弁。
- シールエレメント(14)が、内側ハウジング(5)の通流開口(15)よりも上側でピストン用孔(6)の周面をシールしている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- シールエレメント(14)が、内側ハウジング(5)の通流開口(15)よりも上側でピストン(13)の外面をシールしている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- シールエレメント(14)が、圧力アシストされている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- シールエレメント(14)が、シールリップ(14)の形状を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- ピストン(13)が、PTFE、PFAおよび/またはPVDFから成っているかまたはPTFE、PFAおよびPVDFのうちの少なくとも一種類が添加された材料から成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- ピストン(13)が、シール円錐体(16)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- シール円錐体(16)が、ピストン(13)に一体に配置されている、請求項9記載の減圧弁。
- 圧力調整ユニット(8)が、少なくとも2つのばね(11)を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の減圧弁。
- ばね(11)が、互いに内外に配置されている、請求項11記載の減圧弁。
